These guys were great, they went above and beyond. After hours of searching for a brake shop or mechanic shop to turn my rotors I found these guys. Car rotors $20 each truck rotors $30 each, gave them two rotors off by 2018 tundra(they were drilled and slotted) Got them back two hours later looking brand new and ready to go. Had a little interaction with "SAM" yelling at me infront of customers. And yelled at his workers for trying to take care of me with returns I had. Later on comes back yells and me trying to make me look dumb and I told him " you're not about to yell at me with customers in store" took my stuff went to another store where I was treated better and customer behind me walked out with me not liking the service !!!! read more

I went to O'Reilly last week to ask for help with a headlight issue and they helped me right away. Especially after AutoZone said they were unable to help me. Took my son's Jeep Liberty to the Gilbert and Southern O'Reilly's to check out his battery. All helped us out-tested the battery, replaced it for us and then tested the alternator. I am older disabled gal and really appreciate that they went over and above to help me. Maria was also kind enough to offer me a chair to sit in that she brought from the back while I was waiting. easily one of the most ridiculous setups I've ever seen. if you are going to have merchandise on the sales floor for customers to pick up and take to the register to pay, then have a cashier available to accept their payment. making someone wait in a long line when they are ready to pay is exactly why you lost my business today. This company has no regard for the customer. I would like to say they put their employees first but based on the miserable look on all their faces, that's not the case here either. Note to the hiring manager of a O'REILLY hire people who have automotive knowledge it is frustrating to come in to get a simple brake line and the lady behind the counter doesn't know what you are asking for and just takes the easy way by saying you don't carry it When on your website it clearly shows you do. I've had mixed feelings about this location. Had a guy grab me "average windshield wipers" and grabbed me the most expensive set. I bought them and went to another store and returned them the next day. A week ago I bought snow tires Incase I got stuck in Pinetop's snowy weather. Never used them. So I figured I would return them. Walked in confident that I would get my $60 back. I ask for a return and the guy says we don't return snow tires. I let him know they were unused. He just said sorry. I just left. What kind of crap policy is that. It's unused and should be fine for a return. I won't be back. Which is a shame because it's close to home. I spend a good amount of money here as of late, but not any more. F this location. read more

I don't know why this place has 2 stars. We had a really great experience here. Autozone was unable to help us and they were. I just wanted to right this review about devonta. He was great and was SO helpful. He was the only one answering the phones over and over while helping us while the other employees ignored it. there are only a few people at this location that know what they are talking about. Dan is the best he is the only person there that can seem to find me the hard to find parts. as well as figuring out other problems . i went in the other day for a M.A.P. sensor and the person that the counter told me that there was no such thing as a map sensor and that my car needed a maf sensor . i went to auto zone and they just so happened to know what i needed and had the part in stock . o'reilly just hires whoever walks in the door and doesn't care about what kind of knowledge they have in the auto industry other then hammering there Chevy's on the ground and putting a loud exhaust on it. read more

I don't know what happened to this store but they are not customer service driven anymore at all. Plus 95% of the good people are gone. Go to Lindsey and main they are better to deal with and they can take care of commercial accounts also. read more

This is the only parts store worth dealing with in the east valley. I get that the parts may not all be the top of the line but if I ever have an issue they always back the part and labor if need be. They have some of the most knowledgeable staff I've found around town including Sam, Al, Patty, Richardo, and Joe. Those are the people to see if you want the right answer the first time. read more

Absolutely awful customer service and experience during my last visit there! The other day, my car battery was dead in the morning when I went to leave for work. I got a jump and proceeded to head straight to work (it was not even 5am so I couldn't go to O'Reilly's yet). After work, my car, again, wouldn't start so I had to get another jump. This time I drove straight to O'Reilly's (I had bought my previous battery from here), which was about a 20 mile drive. I wanted to go to this location since it was close to home. I get to O'Reilly's and Maria is available to help me. I use the term "help" very loosely here. I tell her my predicament and ask if she can test my battery. She proceeds to test my battery and tells me that it's a good battery and it just needs charging. Well, I reminded her that it was just running for 20 miles prior to getting there so it should be charged. She didn't seem to care. She tells me to start my car so she can test my alternator. I go to start my car and, of course, it won't start. So Maria jumps it for me and I start it. She tests my alternator and tells me it's good. She said there's nothing she can do for me. I pointed out that she just saw firsthand that my car wouldn't start and she had to jump it for me. She just kept going back to "you just need to charge your battery". She said "maybe you left your lights on". I told her my lights are automatic. She said that I could go home and remove the battery and bring it back and they could put it on the charger for an hour for me. I told her if my battery is good (like she's claiming) and my alternator is good then it should be doing all of that itself and I shouldn't have to remove it and have it charged separately. She didn't care and made absolutely zero effort to help me and sent me on my way. I left that O'Reilly's and went straight to another O'Reilly's (Gilbert/Guadalupe) and explained the whole story. The guy there (sorry, I don't remember his name) tested my battery and immediately told me "your battery is bad". He said the test showed that it was only putting out 9 volts. So why couldn't Maria at the Gilbert/Southern location see this as well?! This gentleman didn't hesitate to take out my old battery and put in the new battery for me. Once in, he asked me to start my car to test the alternator as well (just in guess Maria was wrong about that, too) and it tested fine. He was a lifesaver! I was very thankful for him helping me out. As for Maria, she either needs extra training or she shouldn't be working there to begin with. She completely disregarded me and my concerns and couldn't care less that she sent me away, knowing that she did absolutely nothing for me. It was more than obvious it was simply a bad battery. I should not have been treated that way and I should not have had to waste extra time to go to another store to get someone competent to fix my problem when it should've been resolved at the first stop. Ridiculous. I will never shop at this location again. read more

My last store visit today will be my last one, ever. The last three times I've shopped at your stores I had to return the original parts, EVERY TIME! I bought front disk brake pads and , even after the clerk and I went outside and checked the GVW rating on the door pillar, the clerk gave me the WRONG brake pads. I had to get a neighbor to give me a ride to exchange them. Next it was shock absorbers, again the WRONG ONES. This time, I was forced to drive to the store with one shock absorber off the vehicle to get the correct shocks. Today, the brake pads I got were DEFECTIVE and, again, I had to get someone to take me to return the defective parts. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me THREE times and I will tell everybody I know what a total piece of crap O'Riellys is. read more

A month ago, I swapped out my alternator and serpentine belt on my car, and bought my parts through O'Reilly. The job went smoothly, however when I started my car, there was a low 'gruff' sound as the engine turned over. Today I took my car to get its oil changed and mentioned the strange new noise. After looking for the problem, they pointed out that I've got the wrong serpentine belt on my car causing the strange noise, and that I needed to get the belts swapped out before any damage happens to the pulleys. I went straight to O'Reilly's and told them what was going on. The Assistant Manager Dan helped me out. After looking at the belts part number on my car, the receipt, and their computer system he came to the conclusion that nothing was wrong. During that whole process, he answered 3 different phone calls assisting those callers before resolving my problem. During his 3rd call, he finally had someone else help me. That person noticed right off the bat that it is indeed the wrong belt. I asked if they could help me swap it out really quickly since I don't have the tools and they made the mistake of selling me the wrong part. After checking with the manager, he said that they wouldn't help me out because technically the part they originally sold me "didn't put any part of my car in danger." What should have been a brief visit to the store lasted well over an hour due to me having to wait while the Assistant Manager answered every phone call that came. Extremely disappointed, I told them that this was the last time I would do business with them. They didn't even apologize for the mistake on their end. Zero customer service... Their are plenty of other auto parts stores in the area. Use them instead. read more

Horrible. I needed a part, and was told this store had it in stock. I was willing to travel. However, I wanted to verify that they had it before I made the long trip there. So I called. I gave the lady who answered the part number, and she put me on hold. For what seemed like forever. I decided she just forgot, so I called back and told the man who answered that I had been sitting on hold to see if they had a part, and before I could even finish my sentence, he yelled at me, telling me how busy they were. I asked for a manager. Put on hold. I called back, put on hold again. I happened to be near another O'Reilly location, so I thought I'd check with them. They were very courteous, didn't have it, but said they'd call this store for me. Guess what? Put on eternal hold. Then he was hung up on. I told them it was fine, and I took my business elsewhere. Pep Boys was more than happy to help. read more

The employees have always been more than helpful with my last minute parts needs. Open until 11pm most nights, small Speed Shop area that has almost everything you need to build a small block Chevy or Ford right off the shelf. Great for those late nights working on the garage. read more
