    Wow, where do I begin!! Well, the alarm system and cameras are WAY overpriced. So started with the salesman telling us everything is covered for the life of the service for free. So if any of the camera or sensor or door lock stop working they will send someone out. No charge And they all covered. That's my Warrenty. As long as I have their service. Well come to find out when the installation guy shows up. That's not true. He explains it's like apple care, u pay a fee for that service. Or u pay for them to come out. And the cameras u just bought do not have a warranty unless u buy that care. Well we were lied to. That's the first ding. Second one was. Salesman said it's a soft credit check. Ok he should explain if u sign up it will turn into hard credit check. Ok that's lie number 2.. So then less then 12 hours of the new system the back camera starts acting up. Saying someone is lurking in our backyard. So we call and they say they have to reboot the camera. Are u serious it's brand new less then 12 hours. So we tell the guy are u going stay on the phone to see if that worked. HE SAYS NO. but puts us on hold. We get disconnected. I'm starting to call back. And he calls me back. My husband is upset by this time and I tell him I want to cancel. He then try to tell me things and I tell him no I want to cancel. Bad service. And then he hangs up on me. Ok we know he knows how to call me back. NOPE NO CALL BACK. So I call and ask for a supervisor!!! We want to cancel. Of course it's Sunday evening now and that department is close. We need call tomorrow morning. Ok one more very important thing. We are not new to cameras or an alarm system. So there is no contract but they do have a trick up their sleeve. So u do get stuck for 5 years because u need to pay off the equipment that's very expensive. Now say u want to pay it off sooner. They get u again. They raise that price on you for paying it off sooner. So read very carefully what u sign. And the salesman is very tricky. I tried ready it. But he scrolls up and says just sign here. Hey I like read what I'm signing. It's basic stuff. He tells me. And let's me see only key things. Also he wanted me to use my iPhone. But I used my iPad so I can see it better. I don't feel, he liked that!! So please beware. I really hope this helps anyone out there. I'm feel very lucky so far that we are canceling in our first 3 days. But I called to cancel it on day one. Oh then I had to put it in writing. I believe they are hoping I change my mind. Nope. Even giving 3 months free service. Nope. It will give me 5 years piece of mind. I'll stay with my Arlo and monitor my self. And I feel my Arlo cameras are better picture. Arlo camera is the first picture.

    Drilled THREE holes. Seriously?! And scuffed my wall... how???

    March 2025: what a 5-star appt I had today w Luis! I had requested an advisor in my Yelp…read moresolicitation. I wanted to work with someone and strategize with someone before a tool kit came out into the open. I wanted to brainstorm about a doorbell camera, not just get one cuz everyone has them. We had discussed bumping up my WiFi and he had Eero's in stock/on hand. Boom everything is wicked fast now. Three stories here with an Eero puck/router on each floor. He BEAUTIFULLY re-mounted my Samsung Frame, encouraged my instinct to go Sonos soundbar & a Sonos mini-sub-woofer. He helped me re-synch my Sonos One SL speakers and double checked all his work. I also want to compliment Luis on his dry wall work; always a gnarly option, you never know how that's going to go. We had to do a lot of surgery to get this look - NO wires visible. We opened a couple holes and a channel, he had the right drywall saw and did fine work. Luis offered shoe covers upon arrival and cleaned up after himself with his own broom/dustpan. He also didn't pack up his stuff and dart out as soon as he could, he walked me through the new apps, made sure The Frame was synched and ran performance tests to make sure everything was just right. I'm super thrilled with the state of things around here tonight and will definitely have Luis back for more work in the future! Look at how perfect this hang is; he used two kinds of levels, knew where studs & joists were and wasn't satisfied until we were both satisfied. They were on time with the appointment and very professional while working in my home. They went beyond my requested service call and even helped me with my sound connection to the surround sound. I will be using them in the future when I change out my old receiver. Excellent service!

    I live in a new Lennar build here in Ontario so I was worried how wiring would work when it came to…read moreinstalling ethernet ports that extended from one room on the second floor to the guest bedrooms. I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.

He makes you aware of options and recommendations, and lets you decide. Cost for his services was better than others, and I felt more comfortable using his company. They know what they're doing and I would have no hesitation using them again for any of my electronic wiring needs.

    Very poor service request handling. Our fire panel has had an error(s) message for months and they…read morenever resolved or cleared the issue. We had also advised that some interior alarms did not announce in several units during an event and asked for them to come up with a solution to repair the issue. Nothing was ever resolved with nor did they provide any follow up response / solution. Also, they're unaware of the password for the panel to even work on it. So their only solution is to replace their panel with a new one. It is not recommend to use this particular location or even the company if this is how they handle a multi unit complex. We have no confidence at all and if zero stars could be given, then that would be their rating.

    1 Star - Extremely Frustrating Experience…read more I've had a very disappointing experience with Bay Alarm. I was only in Suite F during 2025, and never used Suite E. When I moved from Suite E to Suite F, I was told by their representative that my account would be transferred. At no point was I informed that Suite E would remain active. Then in December 2025, I called to cancel my service for Suite F. I was told it was canceled and that I would receive a confirmation email. That confirmation never came at the time. Now I'm being charged again, including for Suite E (which I never used in 2025) and for 2026 service that I never agreed to continue. This makes absolutely no sense: * Why was Suite E never closed when I moved? * Why would I be billed for TWO alarm accounts when I only occupied one space? * Why was my cancellation not properly processed? It feels like a complete breakdown in communication and account management on their end, and now I'm being asked to pay for their mistakes. I've tried resolving this multiple times and keep having to repeat myself with no clear resolution. I was actually planning to use Bay Alarm again for a new location, but after this experience, I've completely lost trust in the company. If this isn't resolved, I will not only refuse payment for incorrect charges but will continue sharing my experience. Be very careful when working with this company -- make sure EVERYTHING is confirmed in writing.
