Josh McDonough, operations manager, contacted me soon after the initial review went live. He had read the review and understood the reasons for my dissatisfaction. He and Dustin Roskam, service support lead, arrived today to make come changes to the setup about which I had complained. When they were through, I had what I had expected in the first place: simultaneous sound through the soundbar and through my hearing aids, when allows my wife and me to watch TV at the same time. Normally, I wouldn't give a 5-star review for a second attempt at delivering what was promised initially, but Josh and Dustin's professionalism won me over.

So now I've paid them to cancel the account AND the account had been reopened and they expect me to pay $30 a month. This is the absolute worst company.
