WOW!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Without any prior discussion of pricing, he showed up to a private community for a private event and told me to 'suck my ****' and 'kiss my ***' over the phone -- in front of employees. This is certainly not someone I would ever recommend. I strongly suggest getting everything in writing or avoiding this truck at all costs. I'm always looking to help small businesses and unfortunately, this did not work out and represented themselves very poorly. You and I both know I have proof, so I think it's best that I respectfully ask you not to lie--and/or maybe perhaps just not respond--for the sake of professionalism and your business. Posting the screenshots of our conversation will not help you here, and I do have those if you would like to reference them that would be great before making false accusations. One thing I won't do is lie. This was simply an attempted opportunity for you to capture a new area and build potential future business with other successful business owners. I have nothing to gain or lose. What we do is help small businesses capitalize. To date, we've helped over 60 small businesses and have only had one bad experience. Want to guess which one that was? Regardless, my only goal here is to hold you accountable and hope you learn to remain professional, no matter what you may believe justifies your actions. Also, the event was not canceled. A few homeowners and business owners stood nearby and witnessed your ridiculous behavior, which prompted a call to Metro before you left. WOW! My team and I are blown away with the level of professionalism, cleanliness, and customer service we received from Billy at Unit 702. In April, my team and I tried to come up with a way we could give back to our favorite neighborhood (keeping in mind social distancing). We came up with the idea of hiring an ice cream truck to stroll through and offer popsicles to anyone interested. I called several trucks, Billy got back to me right away, quoted us a reasonable $$ amount, and continued communicating from beginning to end. Day of the event, the entire neighborhood raved about how clean the truck was, how friendly Billy was to all of them, they even took pictures of their children in front of the truck because it looks so cool. It was such a hit, we hired him again a few months later and we had the same experience. This is our second time using Billy. This truck is immaculate! Billy is extremely courteous and friendly. He works to accommodate you and there was excellent communication leading up to the event. He was always on time and never left early. Cool, fun Ice cream trucks of yesteryear are becoming a lost art, but Billy found a way to bring it back with his exciting, police-themed truck. He has a wide variety of options and the best prices in town. Billy takes pride in keeping his business clean and it shows. There were Lysol wipes and spray, and he wore gloves and a mask the whole time upon our request. It is the cleanest truck we've ever seen!
