Three meat combo...Brisket, pork and turkey
Lisa G.

I have been to MANY bbq places all over the US...this one is probably the best I have had. Hub and I get the three meat combo with smoked turkey, chopped brisket and chopped pork. We chose baked beans for a side, and added the collard greens. The meat here is cooked to perfection! They also have several sauces that are amazing! These are located by the soft drink section and you can help yourself to as many variety sauces that you want. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside is cozy with picnic style tables...very clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have outdoor seating as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We got there at 11am and by the time we left, not many tables were left...so the word is out on this place. The person taking our order was friendly and efficient.

The amount of food you get for the price is fantastic. Service is even better! Something about good service. It just makes the food better IMO. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance of the place is great. Nice family feel to the place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bench style seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Please see pictures, we ordered a lot of food. Fed roughly 14 people and still had food left.

Tried the 2 meat plate with brisket and chicken. My brisket came out a little cold, but my partner said theirs was good. The chicken was decent and the collard greens were actually really good. The mac and cheese wasn't really my favorite, but the Kool-Aid was good. The banana pudding was very sweet but still tasty. Peach cobbler was okay. I personally didn't like the soft pie pieces mixed inside. Overall the food was decent and I'd probably come back to try other items. The jalapeño poppers were probably my favorite thing we tried. They were huge and packed with flavor. Overall the food was decent and I'd probably come back to try other items.

We stopped by Rolling Smoke BBQ for a to go order to feed what felt like a small army, and this feast absolutely understood the assignment. Got 4 lbs of brisket, 4 beef dino ribs, and some sides and dessert. The brisket was smoky, tender, and seasoned just right, while the Texas Twinkies (jalapeños stuffed with brisket and cream cheese, wrapped in bacon) disappeared faster than a magician could. The mac & cheese, loaded mashed potatoes, and garlic parmesan green beans all earned spots on the clean-plate club. Dessert sealed the deal with a delicious peach cobbler and banana pudding that practically demanded stretchy pants. My only complaint? One of my beef dino ribs was saltier than my relatives during family game night, though everyone else swore theirs was perfect and not salty at all. Bonus points for the tasty BBQ sauce, pickle-topped perfection, and packing everything accurately with plenty of utensils. Overall, this BBQ feast had my family happily chewing in silence, the highest compliment a foodie can give!!

Best beef ribs in the country

As a lover of beef ribs, these are unmatched in flavor and price. Excellent bark on the ribs with a nice smoky flavor. Trimmed well, not just a rib of un trimmed fat. Every time we visit to Vegas, I stop here. That isn't changing any time soon. Thank you rolling smoke bbq!

I visited Rollin Smoke Barbeque located close to industrial area of Las Vegas for my birthday on last Thursday. Overall it was just an okay experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon entering, I right away noticed just how roomy this restaurant is. It has two large dining areas with lots of seating available. Never did the restaurant seem crowded or too full for the number of people there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decorations at Rollin Smoke Barbeque had a very relaxed, casual atmosphere. Very much what you would want in a barbeque location in Las Vegas! The décor included many elements of rustic and modern design that added an inviting element![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One thing I noticed immediately was how quickly the food came out to us. As soon as we placed an order, we were basically in a matter of seconds waiting on our food at most five minutes. The speed of getting this amount of food in such a short period of time is just incredible, especially since they get so many people coming through all day. This really made the whole experience of eating here smooth and simple! Unfortunately, while the atmosphere was great, the food was not good. I ordered a two meat plate with mac & cheese. however, both meats were not very enjoyable. The pork was extremely cold. In addition to the pork, I received an end cut of the baby back ribs as part of my meat portion. The end cut of the baby back ribs was almost inedible due to how tough they were. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even though there is a big problem with the food, I can still say that we really enjoyed the ambiance and service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This is one of those places where I would definitely give them another chance to see if they have improved on their food in the future. However, given this was for my birthday, I felt disappointed because our main course did not live up to the rest of what we experienced.

Menu full of delicious BBQ.

If you're craving Southern BBQ, Rollin Smoke is a good choice. There are a few locations, but this review is focused on the location closest to the Strip Its location is several minutes from the center of the Strip. Don't be put off by the looks of the location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The site is in a kind of rundown strip mall-ish center with plenty of parking.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Inside you order at the counter and food is brought to your table. Even with a line, service is friendly and wait times are pretty minimal. Their menu has a little of everything from beef ribs, brisket and sausage links to okra, corn nuggets and slaw. Seating is first come first serve and they have e quite a large dining area with plenty of tables with bench seats. Next to the soda machine are an abundance of different sauces that will appeal to even the pickiest of bbq eaters. For lunch we chose the 3 meat trio. We chose sliced brisket (it comes chopped if you don't specify) 1/4 dark meat chicken and hot links. For the included side, we chose the dirty rice. We added an extra 1/4 dark meat chicken and a side of cheesy mac and cheese. Wife and I split the brisket and hot links and we will usually have leftovers as they are generous with their portions. All the barbecue has rich and Smokey flavor. The brisket was tender and had a hive visible smoke ring around the edge. The links have nice heat that is not overpowering. The dark meat chicken is also tender and juicy. When you peel the skin back the meat underneath is glistening. Both the rice and macaroni complimented our protein selections. If I have one knock, the sides were merely warm and not hot. I think this as due to the volume of people there for lunch today. For sauce I chose their original and sweet mama varieties. They are very tasty and full of southern bbq influence. All-in-all, this is a great BBQ spot and centrally located for visitors to the Strip.

This restaurant is definitely over hyped. The food was ok but definitely does not deserve any rankings on best bbq. The pulled pork was extremely dry , no way to eat it alone had to cover in sauce. The ribs were good but nothing to brag about I've had much better. The sauces were the same ok but nothing special , they did have a good variety. The potato salad was pretty good but a very small portion for $7.

This is an unexpected review as it resulted from an undeliverable uber eats pickup. Long story short, support informed me that I couldn't be paid for the next delivery-- which I had already picked up-- due to the fact that it was accepted during an hourly rate period that was now over. So support cancelled the order, leaving me with this package: brisket, pulled chicken, cheddar link, and a baked potato. I'm going to start by telling you that the staff could not be nicer-- they respect drivers... which is lovely... even when understaffed. Let's get right to it: I was excited to try the brisket and it had good flavor but the texture suffered from the 45 minute drive to my kitchen. Maybe I'm spoiled by too much time in Texas... The house barbecue was sweet and tangy: the original Arkansauce. It did rescue the brisket. . . and left me curious about the rest of the sauce options. The potato was huge. It bulked this meal up to be an easy sharing portion for two old people. We were both underwhelmed by the cheddar sausage which would have benefited from a quick suntan. It was flaccid. The standout turned out to be the pulled chicken. Moist and flavorful with a balanced smokiness, it was absolutely delightful. Any time I end up with an undeliverable meal I try to make a value for the restaurant out of the event. I'm pretty sure we will make a point of trying this place in person-- and look forward to the chance to tip the awesome staff!'

Trio Platter w/ a hot link, 2 spare ribs, burnt ends, piece of toast and a side of BBQ beans
Diana K.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and ended up ordering the trio with the spare ribs, burnt ends and hot links and side of BBQ beans. Hubby ordered the Rib Platter special with a side of slaw. We also started with the fried pickles and candied bacon. Portions were generous. We definitely could've split a meal between the two of us, but our eyes were bigger than our stomachs today. They had a bunch of different sauces that you could choose from on the side. I tried a few and they were good. I surprisingly liked the mustard one. I would've liked to have a beer with my food (which they had), but I was driving so ended up soda instead. The also had kool-aid and TANG! Who remembers tang as a kid? Staff were very nice and on top of it. I noticed as soon as someone was finished, they were cleaning. They also offer an AYCE (i think for $62?).. wouldn't have been worth it for me, but for all you BBQ lovers out there! I'll def be back to try something new. There were just too many things to choose from for the first time.

Always good time here since 11 years ago. They have expanded with time with much more spacious seating area indoor and even patio seatings, but still good food and service. Neshia was great, I returned three times to order more food, and she remembered what I already got and what I didn't like, amazingly personalized customer service! Our party of 4 loves their cat fish, which is better than the ones we had in London and in Gordon Ramsay fish and chip. The burnt tips are so good, must have, too. Ribs and briskets are very flavorful and juicy as well. Gotta get a side of their fried corn pudding and highly recommend the sugar cane sweet tea. Nice staff, various of sauces (the sweet one is perfect with the briskets and ribs), great vibes for friends to hang out, and Nearby the strip!! Will definitely come back more often.

1/8/26 FYI. Lunch sandwich special $12; brisket, chips & a soda.

Ask the Community - Rollin Smoke Barbeque

Are kids still eat for free on Sundays?

Hi Is this the location with the AYCE BBQ that includes drinks in the price? How much per adult? Do they offer the popular Beef dinosaur ribs w/ the AYCE or separately?

AFAIK, the AYCE cost is ~$60 or more person. Not sure if you get more than one drink per person. https://www.rollinsmokebarbeque.com/highland-drive-menu/

What is the weight of the brisket of the 3-way order?

Each Brisket selection provides a quarter pound of meat, totaling just under one pound of meat collectively and weighing in at approximately 0.75 pounds when plated

Do they charge kids 3 and under for ayce?

They don't have ayce.

Can the shrimp be steamed?

No. No steaming

Is there an all you can eat option?

Yes, $50 for all you can eat including drink, anything on the menu, but no sharing. The only restriction listed is you only get to have 2 beef ribs.

Is this restaurant pet friendly? We are passing through Vegas and would like to try the BBQ. Thank you.?

They have a patio area in front with benches and I saw own one with a pet and some others with bikes.

Is this a reservation spot or walk in okay?

Walk in

Do we need reservations for 4 people?

No reservations required.

How many ribs in a full rack beef ribs? Just ordered. Actually 4 ribs for full order. 2 for 1/2…

Yes, 4 for a full rack 2 for a half rack. How in the world does one become elite by giving people bad answers? SMH, I'm glad you checked too!

What's the difference between rollin smoke and ricks rollin smoke. Same family to competitor?

Same place. The original is on Highland Ave.

Is the outside seating dog friendly?

I didn't see any sign about pets in the outdoors eating area. I think if your dog is on a leash and well behaved, the management would allow it.

Does anyone know if they use peanut oil? Have a peanut allergy and was wondering if this could be a safe place to go?

Not sure. Good question though. We have a peanut allergy in the family. They are heavy supporters of AZ Razorbacks and children's charities.

Do they serve beer?

As of right now the answer is No. I heard they are trying to get something in the beer realm soon . We just have to wait an see. They have sodas , water , ice tea now. I'm from Orange County California and I visit this establishment when in Las…

Are they open on 4th of July and until what time?

Call restaurant for holiday hours.

Is it byob?

Yes it is

Is the $34.99 option truly all you can eat?

Yes it is.

For catering, do you have a bbq bar and/or taco bar for 30 people?

They have a new area to the left of the main entrance outside and it's air conditioned and very nice. It could definitely hold 30 or more. I wouldn't call it a bar but it looks like it could be used for a private party.

I went with the blackened catfish and watermelon slices, while my girl chose the pulled pork sandwich. We also shared the smoked wings as an appetizer. Our waitress was super friendly and upbeat but she immediately let us know that there was only one order of fried chicken left if we wanted to order it. We were not ordering fried chicken so it wasn't an issue but I thought it was odd that this is an item they would run out of on a Sunday. I ordered the chicken fried steak which came with mashed potatoes and greens. My husband ordered the catfish dinner which came with hush puppies, grits and greens. The food arrived pretty quick and was hot. My chicken fried steak was just ok. The mashed potatoes were good and the greens were the worst I've had. It was like a pound of sugar in them. Caught me off guard. It was so sweet that it was inedible. My husband's fried catfish was prepared perfectly! (We asked for it to be fried hard) It was hot, fresh and well seasoned! The hush puppies were a bit dry and taste like they roll it in the same fish fry as the catfish as it had a slight fishy taste but the grits were amazing! It had a white gravy/sauce on top of it and it was just soo good! I had wished I ordered his plate even tho we swapped a few forkfuls. One thing I noticed was the menu had changed. Based on other yelp posts, there were items that I had in mind I wanted to try when I got there like the egg rolls. The menu is vastly downsized from when they first opened which was a bummer. Usually when a restaurant downsizes their menu by that much, it's usually a sign it won't be open much longer. So go while you can if it's a place you've been wanting to try. We paid almost $80 for 2 dinners (not including tip). We did not get drinks since we had been drinking earlier. The price wasn't too bad for a sit down restaurant inside a Vegas casino.

Thick cheese sauce but no real flavor behind it. Just kinda there. 4/10 Overall: All in all, it was a good experience. Great service, good food, and a solid atmosphere.
