I used Quality Steamer last month to clean my carpets. When they first came, I told them I was trying to fix a reappearing spot on the landing of our stairs. They said if I hired them to clean all my carpets (which I really didn't need to have cleaned) they'd get the spot out AND return to reclean it if it came back at no additional charge. Great! Fast forward to today when I called to say "that spot came back and when you next happen to be in my neighborhood could they stop by to reclean it?" Fadi, the person who did the initial cleaning, said, "We have a 7-day guarantee only," which is the first he mentioned that. "Well, what would it cost to come back just for this spot?" I asked. This company is where you must go and call. I had a carpet emergency and all of my furniture was outside. One man from an off company could not or would not climb up a small bank.
