I came to the office with my broken glass and Val (Valentine) promptly cut the glass using the measurements that I had provided to him. When I tried it at home, I found out that my measurements are off on 1/16". I came back to the shop and Val cut a new glass. I offered to pay, but his wife Maria told me that I do not have to do it. Slay contacted me a week later to let me know he was slightly behind due to the bad weather South Florida was experiencing and he would be there as soon as the rain subsided. Slay indeed showed up at my place as soon as the weather got better and installed my shower door.
