I picked them…read morebecause their name seems to be on every "For Sale" sign in my area (Antelope), and because they've been selling here for so long. In fact, it turned out that my realtor George Brown had represented the sellers when I bought my house 20 years ago! So this would be the second time he's sold this house. I figured he would have a good idea of what my house would sell for and how long it would take, but I was surprised at how closely he nailed both; apparently he really knows this market. He came to the house and told me exactly what was needed to get the place sold and also make sure the buyer was getting a good house. I did some repairs and upgrades he suggested (mostly small things like paint touch-ups and minor repairs), he put up the sign and flyers and had a couple of open houses, and we had offers almost immediately. When it was time for closing and paperwork, Brianna helped us through the whole thing and made it easy. Selling this house was a lot easier than I assumed it would be, and during the process I felt like they were really working hard for me. George was almost always available to talk to me on the phone when I had a question, and if not, I never had to wait more than an hour or two for a callback. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They are nice people and really good at selling houses. I would use them as a buyer too, since they are so easy to deal with and know the Antelope market so well.

After a while, I started to see Dan, he showed up and showed him around. He explained how it work between with any Property Management and the owner while requesting for any work repair. There was one lady whom suppose to work with me named Stephanie (long story, but let me make it short simplifying thing), she mentioned she talking with owner for the past approximately 4-5 months , therefore no result. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of. I am the current resident at 9521 River Rose Way, a property she is currently trying to rent....as we are moving out. Terry Thompson (owner) has failed to resolve a broken a/c unit in the middle of Sacramento Summer. I have twin toddlers under 2 years old and a pregnant wife. The temperature that our house gets to during the day is unacceptable. This despite the fact that we had to on our own go purchase 2 portable a/c units to attempt to cool the house. There is only a ceiling fan in the living room. I am posting pics of my daughter's monitor which has a thermostat attached. It shows that even into the evening at 8:00p and​ 10:00p the temperature is still well above 80° as she attempts to sleep. Do yourself a favor and NEVER rent from these people. In addition to the a/c problem....in 2.5 years of living here....there has been a rat infestation in the attic which has never been appropriately handled and a fence that blew down in a storm and took months to fix, despite us asking repeatedly (we have dogs). One section of the fence still has not been repaired 18 months later. Anything that gets 'fixed' is simply done as cheaply as possible...merely placing a bandaid on gushing wounds. Terry Thompson is a slumlord....despite paying $2800/month in rent in a nice neighborhood. Carol...as nice as she is...is simply her enabler. Over $80k in rent paid and no assistance in a time of need. Terry Thompson is despicable. STAY AWAY.

At first the supervisor was eager to correct any problems, except the carpet which was an upgrade, but once the construction was winding down, they laid the supervisor off and won't return our calls. We are left with the walls cracking near the front door and upstairs and the front door isn't hung properly. I do not recommend Silverado Homes. They built this house as fast and as cheaply as they could. The walls and mounding around the doors were badly damaged by careless workers and their patch job is very noticeable after a year. Buyer beware. Poor quality and poor workmanship.
