My favorite is the Italian calzone, no question. I have enjoyed their pizzas for years but now I'm hooked on the calzone. What I truly enjoy is the consistency with everything they make. The shop is slowly taking over the entire plaza... now with their breakfast cafe in the spot next door. The online order is super simple. This shop will cook your pizza half cooked, as a lot of people like. We like ours well done cooked even longer than maybe the traditional cook time so we always request that. When my son went to pick up our pizza it was already sitting on the counter it had not been 15 since minutes since the order was placed. When he grabbed the box it was kinda wet on the bottom of box so we don't know if they set it on the counter on top of something ,but it was more than just extra sauce and onions that made the soggy like they assumed. We tried to recook it and when we took the pizza out of the box all the cardboard inside of the box was wet like something had been literally poured inside the box. I could barely get it out because it was so soggy it was falling apart. We live less than 5 minutes driving time so it was not from steam and cooking it more once we got home did not help it was that wet.. I have never seen pizza that soggy. I had my son call and they did not offer anything except advice on not to order onions or extra sauce when its humid out. We would have like a re-cooked pizza and to return the one we had especially since we had company. It was too wet to pick up a slice and inedible. So, if the owners see this maybe they'd like to somehow rectify it because now I have to start my grill to feed my company. Furthermore, if a customer orders extra sauce and onions on a pizza that.we are asking to be cooked well done an your only job is to cook pizza, you should advise the customer that it won't be crisp. We've ordered it that way before.. and as I said this was far beyond just soggy it was literally wet..and the 2 that ventured to eat it ,now have a stomach ache. It was most certainly undercooked and so wet it couldn't even be rebaked.

Spoke with a lady manager, she was polite and helpful previously. Decided after tonight's bad food that I wasn't coming back. So called just to let them know. This time it was a guy manager. I've been in this industry for about over 40 years now and am so tired of assholes like this guy. He is what makes food service shit. And why restaurants go out of business. His ego needs checked. When I was ordering I had to explain it to the girl 6 or 7 times before she got it. She was getting frustrated. I asked for a pizza with olive oil and garlic, with chicken and hot peppers, house cheese mix. That's all. She kept asking if I wanted a white with no ranch. I said no, and explained, again, what we wanted. We have ordered this more than once. Finally after like 6 times she repeated it back, I corrected that we wanted hot peppers, not just peppers. She said OK. We still got green peppers by the way. SMH.... The pizza was the final straw for me, and why I was calling. The black and bleu shrimp was absolutely amazing. It's got blackened spice and has this creamy sauce that makes you go dip for more (I need that recipe honestly). If I had some bread, I'd definitely use this as a dip lol. We got the thin crust Sicilian pizza to share. The pizza unfortunately was very wet and kind of soggy. I think they could have waited to let it rest for a few min before serving because it would especially show when we were separate the slices and try to take one off the plate. I don't usually want my toppings and cheese to just slide off the pizza. Also since we were at a bar w/ some of the games going on, we wanted wings and got their crispy whole wings in a dry spice rub. They were pretty big wings and well seasoned -- not too spicy though if that's not your vibe.
