I would not recommend staying here. The room smells, moldy in the rooms are not very clean. There was a long black hair on the sink hair on the toilet and a very gross chair with stains all over.

I booked for 4th of July Weekend, Hot Mess... 1) There was a spec of feces on the toilet roll. Roomkeeping exchanged us a new roll 2) When came back the area by A/C was wet carpet 3) Was assigned a new room. It smelled like Urine upon when opening... 4) 3rd new room was a bit hot, but doable. I was only offered a 20% discount on entire booking. I later negotiated to a 1 day comp for the 2 days via Hotels.com ... The parking fee was later wavered I guess. Hotels.com said they couldnt get a hold of Hotel so I had to call and loop in Manager in a separate email... I still haven't received my $100 security deposit from 4th of July booking and it's now July 26th. Front desk/Manager said it was 3-7 days to reflect onto my account and then later on it'll take awhile since it was a debit card not a credit card // no specific ETA on when it'd be back in my account. Honestly I should've been refunded the rest of the booking too and my security deposity should already in my account but I guess not! Headache to say the least. Thanks Roberto 0/5

We enjoyed our time at voco hotel Laguna Hills. The location is convenient and the lobby and event space are beautiful! The front desk was friendly and attentive. Our room had a modern aesthetic and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast there as well. Would definitely return!

Staying here for a couple days on business. The hotel is located conveniently off the freeway and it has a really nice aesthetic at first glance. The front desk staff that checked me in was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and have a modern appearance. I enjoy the complimentary WiFi and the convenience of being able to cast the shows I'd like to watch from the streaming apps on my phone to their TV. We pay an extra amenities fee, which includes the two complimentary bottles of water, etc. There was no water in this room upon my arrival and no water in the cooler downstairs. When inquiring about how to obtain water, I was in turn asked whether I'd brought my own reusable bottle to be used at their filling station... Like, why should I have to? I'm resourceful so I just ended up DoorDashing a bottle of water to myself along with my takeout order. The reason why I won't stay here, and won't recommend anyone else to either is because the housekeepers aren't thorough with their cleaning. I just checked in today and found multiple hairs in the bed that didn't come from my head. They make the beds, but clearly don't wash the sheets and comforters between guest stays, or at least don't do so as often and consistently as they should. That is disgusting and I'm unfortunately here for another night.

This hotel is just okay. I stayed here with my gf to escape the fires in LA. The pros: Great location Cheap rate The cons: No tampons or Tylenol -- even tho the bathroom says "we got you covered" and even specifically says that they have women's hygiene products for free. See pictures. We called the front desk three times to confirm this & they were like "we can't just give you anything for free" and they didn't even have these things for purchase either. See the sign in my pictures. This was in our hotel room bathroom. There is no Gym -- said they had one on the website We picked 1 standard bed when booking -- was giving a double queen room. The Elevators and decor felt old, and our floor smelled weird. The toilet water pressure was abysmal. Clogged after regular use the first day. The staff did have it fixed immediately the next morning tho.

Unsanitary room, brown poop stains all over toilet, requested to have the room cleaned three times never addressed out entire stay. Was told no manager at the facility. GM Ronnie Torres refuses to forward my email to the owner or have the owner contact me.

The entry into the hotel is nice. The hotel appeared to be clean. Our room was a simple standard room. The parking lot fills up quickly in the afternoon and it's located near the interstate. Our experience was a good one!

Stayed here because our daughter was in a near by soccer tournament. Before we came I contacted the place and asked if they had gluten free options since i have celiac disease. "Rex" said they had GF options. But the first night there we stopped in to eat, waiter took FOREVER to come over and we were literally the only people in the "restaurant". Then the man didn't speak clear English, so he didn't understand me asking for gluten free. So we left to go eat. Rex assured me to look at the QR code for options and talk to staff, and then for breakfast, once again, they took FOREVER to take our order, and the waitress said they have no gluten free options. Waist of my time. I don't understand why I was told there were options if there weren't. Also, our kids went to the pool and the water was murky and gross, the pool is super small, their towels are super small, they ran out of towels at the pool, their trash cans were over flowing by the pool as well. The hotel is next to the freeway and it's so loud at night. The air conditioner makes a weird scraping noise. There were ants in the bathroom and on the air conditioner. Beds are small. I will never stay here again! Funny thing is we were considering getting a timeshare through IHG and this was one of the places they recommended to us! No than

Had a CE class on Dental Implants. The facility is nice and clean and the employees are pleasant. Plenty of parking. We had dinner and a class here and dinner was wonderful. The Hotel is easy to find and really close to the freeway off ramp. Happy Yelping!

While the hotel has a cool sixties vibe, and is fairly clean, the place needs updates. The hallway carpet is coming up and wrinkled. A major trip hazard. The room furniture looks old and the one lounge chair is dirty. This was the same condition in another room we were in. The front desk folks on the evening shift were not very help. My brother in law booked his room two months prior and they couldn't find his reservation. He had to spend 45 min haggling with the front desk after a six hour flight instead of just getting him room and settling the matter the next day.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and the beds made it easy to get a great night's sleep. There was a slight "old smoker" smell when we first walked in, but once we turned on the air conditioner it quickly disappeared. After we got settled, we honestly didn't notice it again. Although we didn't get to use the pool because we were in town for a tournament and forgot our swimsuits, the pool and patio area looked inviting and well maintained. I did use the fitness center, and I was genuinely impressed. It's one of the first hotel gyms I've visited that had everything needed for a solid workout without making me want to find a local gym. It was small but thoughtfully equipped, exceptionally clean, organized, and all of the equipment was in great condition. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. Instead of just the typical hotel buffet, they had a staff member at the breakfast station preparing and serving the hot foods, which was a really nice touch and made the breakfast feel a bit more special. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely look for this hotel chain again the next time we travel.

Complimentary breakfast with a friendly omelet cook. REAL eggs! A weeknight happy hour with swill wine but, hey, it's free and it is a nice thing for a hotel to offer. The shower is hot. CONS: Unfortunately the entire reason I'm in a hotel is that I need a place to get a good 6-8 hours sleep, and this was not that place. The mattress was an ever shifting bowl of mush accompanied by super lumpy pillows. Even if I preferred a soft rather than firm mattress, this was more like soft that had been dropped on the freeway and run over by a few trucks. After the first night I went to the desk to ask if all the rooms had the same mattresses and was told, "Yes. I'm sorry." So I requested a sheet change because the sheets smelled like sweat. (The changed ones also smelled used) So after several backaches and limited sleep, I hope to warn others that if you don't love a super soft, no support mattress with sweaty stinky smelly sheets and large lumpy hard pillows, perhaps this isn't the hotel for you.

The room were clean, they just didn't do a very good job at deep cleaning because we found a used ear swab underneath the sink in the bathroom. The double queen beds were very comfy, especially after a very long day at Disney, lots of pillows and the room were also spacious (You can literally sleep 6 people with the sofa bed) and love that is a kitchen and fridge, microwave area to reheat the snacks and food. Just wanted to pointed out that there IS NO USB-C CHARGER PORTS and they do not carry USB-C blocks downstairs, they do however have USB charging ports in the room and lots of it. So don't forget to bring your USB-C chargers and blocks for your phones and whatnot. I hope future guests are aware of this and save you some $$$ (They were selling blocks for $30 and no charging cables by the way) Breakfast are from Monday- Friday 6am-9am Saturday and Sunday 6am-10am Typical American breakfast, eggs, sausage, pancakes, hash brown, cereals, toast, muffins, bagels, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, oatmeals BUT they do have overnight oats and chia pudding with oat milk. Fresh fruits, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, teas and hot coco mix. Lots of places to sit and they do have a bar but it wasn't open in the morning of course. I know I read some previously reviews of one stars but to each of their own, in this stay we did not interact with team members since we did a digital check in and we came after a long day at Disney (We got here at 11pm) Overall, can't complain, hoping to book again in the future.

Clean rooms, good atmosphere, and the ClubSport fitness facility attached to it is honestly one of the best hotel gyms you'll find anywhere. The place has a real "active resort" vibe with pools, spa amenities, and a full health club attached, which is pretty unique for a hotel stay. But what made the night memorable was Taylor. When I first sat down at the bar, she was the only person who actually noticed I had been waiting. No eye contact from anyone else. She immediately stepped in and took care of it. Then she made my Old Fashioned exactly how I like it. Not overly sweet, balanced, and actually tasting like bourbon instead of syrup. You could tell she cared enough to get it right instead of letting a rushed bartender crank something out. The best part came after that. I'm from Northern California and admittedly have a slightly obnoxious wine palate. Instead of just pointing at the wine list and walking away, Taylor spent a solid 10 minutes walking me through their red selections, talking about flavor profiles, letting me taste a couple options, and helping me land on a bottle that actually hit the spot. That kind of hospitality is rare. Most places are trying to turn tables as fast as possible. Taylor did the opposite. She slowed down, paid attention, and made sure the experience was right. Great hotels have nice rooms and amenities. Memorable hotels have people like Taylor. If management reads these reviews, give her the recognition she deserves.
