Within a couple of hours after we learned that our sewer drain pipe had broken we got Voge tech, Michael, to come to our house, and it was a long drive for him. He immediately bagged and removed the contaminated dirt, disinfected the subfloor and surrounding walls, and left a negative air fan blowing for 2 days. Michael came back today for the fan and applied another layer of desiccant, confirming that the moisture content of the soil was normal. The customer service was also excellent from the office staff, who facilitated the contract over the phone and addressed all of our concerns. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It is not uncommon to hear that contractors are a nightmare, and in this case it's 100% true. I had a water heater flood in my downstairs area two days prior to going be into the hospital for shoulder surgery. The damage was relatively small and should've taken a week to repair. I don't know if these companies get more money the longer it takes but it is now five weeks later and while the repairs remaining are minor, they still existed. They shouldn't have existed in the first place because now they were just repairing their own mess. They made an absolute mess in my house. I am a dog rescuer and I advised them that I needed things cleaned up when they were done with the flooring in my dog room. Finally, about five weeks later, they still hadn't cleaned up. As long as you're being sweet and kind to their receptionist, Brenda, she's fine. But when she makes a mistake, she can't admit it until she is advised to do so. They used the wrong kind of paint, I had to correct them; and then they had to go to Home Depot to get the right paint and didn't return until the next day. They showed up when they felt like it. And while I didn't have to pay for it I believe they gouged the insurance company. Good contractors are hard to fine, but I hope this review eliminates these people and makes your choices easier. read more

So I was dealing with a small leak between my shower and an interior wall in my master bedroom. I called Voge at the suggestion of our plumber. Omar came out the same day and was great! He coordinated with his team to dry, demo and assess the situation. He was there for all the adjuster and plumbing appointments and was honest. I'd never dealt with a problem like this before and he guided me through everything. It took a few weeks to get everything dry and it was determined we needed our whole shower replaced. Rick and Tommy were extremely helpful during the rebuild process. Rick assisted with the insurance adjustment process to get everything we needed covered and accounted for. Tommy was a phenomenal project manager. He was on top of every stage of the construction and kept me in the loop. I added a few extras to our overall project that we paid for out of pocket and he made sure those were included. If I wasn't happy with work he made sure to get it corrected. My only complaints were that the plumber was a bit rude and the original hot mop guy was unhappy with what the job was going to pay him and ended up being replaced (neither of those were necessarily Voge's fault). Also, after everything had been paid, I was contacted by Voge to pay an extra $900 for a "manipulation fee". I asked what that meant and they told me it was the "moving" of my items like furniture and stuff. I explained that I moved everything on my own and wouldn't be paying the fee just because it was in the estimate. I haven't heard anything further about the matter. Although there were hiccups along the way, I'm happy with the outcome of the project and still happily give them five stars. read more

I used Voge 5 years ago and was completely satisfied with their service and repairs. I recently had a pipe burst, so I didn't hesitate to call them again. Voge reps were convinced State Farm was liable (and based on my prior claim, I did too) so I allowed them to immediately store all of my furniture. We ended up working with Rick Stephen and Jean Asbury from Voge. We started out with our insurance company, Progressive, issuing us a check for a tenth of what we ended up getting. They came and from A to Z from scoping the damage of the leak, immediately putting out fans to dry off the water damage to prevent further problems, and sending us a contractor to Tomer Biton to explain what the process was going to be. My Fiancee had just had open heart surgery, and we're in the middle of a pandemic during his recovery, and we had hard wood floors that needed to be removed ASAP. Tomer Biton the contractor and his team came and took care of everything. They dried and disinfected the home. They cleared the walls that were wet, we went over options on flooring, and paint, and then they put everything together, I have attached some pics on the floors and some paint you can see before we put everything back. If I could put a zero I would. Save yourself the money and a lawsuit and don't deal with this fraud company. They do illegal stuff to get Insurance to give you more money and then they charge you an arm and a leg before they even start your kitchen. And then say they're going to start and then they never show up. Worst service I have ever had. They hire people that day to do that job that doesn't even know what's going on. They did half the job and the next day it's someone else continuing the next day. They had a painter come and paint( not sure why because u can see in the picture it is clearly not ready for paint) they painted around light fixtures that we were going to sell because we had just bought them. We are putting canned lighting in so doesn't make sense to paint around the lights when we have to paint after that work is done. My kitchen looks like this after 50 days and where are they? nowhere to be found. Then they say" we will take your stuff to our warehouse so it doesn't get damages moving it around and they can do your flooring easier". And then hold your stuff hostage. My daughter has no clothes or shoes to wear because they took everything. And won't give it til we pay the bogus invoice. We got into contact with Voge and they came right away. 24 hour service! They first dried out the carpet and left their industrial dryers overnight so that no mold would form.
