This cute theatre is located on the back side (west side) of the marcus center. Space holds less than 500 so its quite an intimate space. We have seen several performances here so far: We recently saw George Winston (former windham Hill star) who have an amazing piano performance. We also saw the book of "moron" thanks to free tickets from yelp. And no I did not mean book of mormon, which is also good but different. Book of moron was a one man show and it was fantastic. We are fortunate enough to have many performance spaces in Milwaukee and this one is a gem. The place has a little bar in the lobby. Seats were comfortable.

It was my first time to Vogel Hall tonight. I have only been in the main theater in the past. This is a more intimate setting with 500 seats. You are able to get a good view of the performance from any seat in the house. We got to see "Book of Moron" Not to be confused with "Book of Mormon." The seats are relatively comfortable and there is a small lobby where you can purchase alcoholic and regular beverages. Each seat has a cup holder in front of it. To get here through the sky walk we had to maneuver through the Marcus to a freight elevator and make our way down to the first floor. Getting out of the parking garage was even a bigger maze.

Just go if you're wanting a fun experience with puzzles and games and card games... and experience the life of a spy. I have been at different times of the week, but do find it most fun on the weekends when there are more people. It's more a fun experience than a dinner place. Food is ok, but not for the foodie. It's for the inner spy in you. Mission impossible Burger with potato chips Burger was nicely flavored, nothing crazy to rave about but still yummy. Furtive Fish fry Bit salty, and breading completely detached from the fish. But still a good crunch and the fish was very well seasoned. Broccolini salad good, nice complement to the fish fry SpyPA Told this was an IPA from Lakefront, but didn't really have the kick of an IPA. Would not get it again. So food, pretty safe. Experience - something you won't find anywhere else.

The fries were great and the thunderballs were simple but tasty. The tacos were okay, just a bit heavy on the guacamole for my taste. Overall, it's a place to go more for the experience.

The day we came, I didn't have a taste for steak, which unusual for me! I ordered a wedge salad to start and a crab dish instead of steak and both were delicious. Everything was Fresh with great flavor. The atmosphere in this restaurant is very warm and dark but not too dark and cozy but spacious. Our server was very nice. Very attentive. Fabulous restaurant that I recommend when in Milwaukee.

The food was tasty and definitely enough for a full meal, and the concept itself makes for a unique night out. The staff were friendly and tried their best to take care of everyone. It seemed like the person who usually gives the introduction or speech wasn't there that night, so the explanation of the experience felt a little unprepared. Still, the team was polite and attentive throughout the evening. One thing to keep in mind is that drinks are separate from the dinner. The sake pairing we ordered ended up being quite expensive, and the pricing wasn't clearly listed on the menu, which was a bit surprising. The sake itself was good but fairly standard. That said, the overall atmosphere and the unique "dining in the dark" concept make it a memorable experience. With a bit more clarity on drink pricing and a smoother introduction to the evening, it could easily be a 5-star experience. Worth trying if you're looking for something different.
