We've been coming here for years. I think they are great for shirts, suits, etc. I do not recommend them for cleaning evening gowns.

THESE PEOPLE ARE LYING THIEVES. I picked up my cleaning and when I got home, I discovered that there were 6 shirts belonging to someone else. I brought them back, and they refunded the cost of the entire order, and then charged me just for my shirts. But the refund didn't go through. I went back and they refunded the total original charge again, but it didn't go through again. The manager never called me even though I left all sorts of documentation. I called my bank, they researched the situation, and then told me that the vendor had refunded my money and I had no claim, but the bank could easily see that I had never been refunded. So for a $40 incorrect charge, these incompetent thieves have lost my business FOREVER. read more

But I come here because if I need something done fast (and I get there early enough in the morning) they always turn it around on time. Yes, there are cheaper places to go. New to neighborhood and went here after thinking the 1st cleaners I found was high in price. Wow! 8 slacks and 1 blouse. $30 with 50% coupon. I said " so your telling me this would have been $60($7 per article of clothing) without a coupon. She said yes. Paid got home and several of my slacks still had wrinkles in them. Not an awful experience, but pricey without the service to back it up. Being new to the neighborhood, I thought I'd give it a shot since it is right by me and convenient, and I had a coupon from a grocery store receipt. Shirts are $1.95 (reasonable) but pants are $5.75 (ridiculous). Even though the sign says 'Same Day' she immediately said that it will take more than that and to come back for them anytime after 5pm the next day. Well, fair enough. I return the next day at 5 (as I was told), present my ticket and the lady searches the computer and tells me that my shirts haven't arrived yet, and the guy will be there at 6:30. (I guess they don't do in-house dry cleaning and I wasn't aware of that) I actually returned the following day as I couldn't make it there by 7 to pick everything up. Really I could have dropped dead in the waiting area and I don't think they would have noticed, or cared. It took a good three minutes before someone came up to me to get my ticket, then was more intent on adjusting her mp3 player and headphones than looking for my clothes. In all, the motorized rack made three complete cycles before she was able to divert her attention from her tunes to her job. Safe to say I'm not going back. I don't mind paying a bit more for good service and work, but I didn't feel I got any of that. Not worth it. read more

I moved recently near this location and I have used them four times. The first time I was having a suit jacket altered for a job I was starting. Went to pick it up and they told me "Our alteration lady went on vacation and it will not be ready for another three weeks." I asked if I could pick up the jacket to take it elsewhere. "No!! It's already out!". Second time they forgot half my order and I had to drive back to have them find it and they acted frustrated with me... because I guess I should have known their mistake. Third and fourth times my clothes were not ready on the day promised because "the driver is late!". No apologies on any of these, just bad attitude. This is a rotten little business with no customer service and no need for your patronage. There are several dry cleaners less than a block away - cheaper and much friendlier. UGH! read more

Never again. First visit was fine. Second visit they only had half of my laundry at the woodlands location. The half that was ready had a very expensive button down, three buttons crushed and destroyed. They offered to replace the buttons, (Which would have been satisfactory). When i get the shirt back it has BLUE buttons on a lavender shirt. Three blue buttons in the middle of the lavender ones... thread used was not lavender, it was black. it looked like i pulled it out of a dumpster. I refuse the shirt and request them to fix it properly. a couple days later i get a call from Val. (The owner) he tells me to track some buttons down and bring them to him in order to fix it. I have NEVER seen such flagrant disregard for customers as this man has. You will lose all my business, and i will tell every person i meet how horrendous you are. Good Day. read more

This place is too expensive for the low quality of work. I have been going to Vogue for the last few months. Today I paid $35.00 for 4shirts and a pair of pants. I have also noticed that my shirts still have stains around collar as if it was not properly washed. The time before this I brought 5 pair of shorts and was charged for the price on pants. On top of that one of the shorts had a stain on them. This place is iffy, when you have genuine customers you are suppose to know that. AVOID THIS PLACE. The service is terrible and the owner is smarmy and downright unethical. I took a Jos. A. Bank black suit in to be cleaned early this year. I didn't actually wear it again until 3 months after the cleaning. When I did wear it I was overseas and realized that the jacket was blue, too large, and from Dillards. After bringing this to their attention and their determining that they had lost my jacket, I asked for reimbursement, as I no longer had a complete suit. After much dithering and no direct contact with the owner, the manager said the owner "suggested" that my wife had substituted the blue jacket to try and bilk them out of money and refused any reimbursement except store credit (as if I would ever set foot in there again). This is the first time I have ever had a business screw up royally and not only fail to take responsibility but accuse the client who has suffered the loss of scheming to extort the business. As a new Houston resident, I was excited to see a cleaners in an area I frequent. On bringing my clothes in, I was quoted 1.95 for a shirt, 4.95 for my skirt (kind of pricey, but ok) and 4.95 for pants. Though the sign outside advertised next day cleaning, I was told that mine could not be done until Tuesday, though I was dropping it off early on a Friday afternoon. Still, I was ok with that due to the convenience. So when I go to pick up my clothes, after spending about 5 minutes trying to find my order, as my phone number hadn't been put in the computer correctly, I was floored when told my bill was almost $19!!! The lady said that the shirt that I was told was 1.95 was 4.95, and that they added 2 dollars each for lining for my skirt and pants, even though when I had dropped it off the lady had SPECIFICALLY mentioned the lining and said that would raise the price to 4.95, not over 6 bucks per article. I complained, and the lady was unable to reach her manager so offered me a measly 15% discount. Not going here again. read more

Never ever ever ever bring your clothes here! I brought a very expensive blouse here that had leather trim. I asked if they could have it cleaned because some places can't. They said they send it off to a Leather Specialist cleaners....ok, so that is your job, that is what you do, specialize in cleaning products with leather. They also had me sign a release. That should have been a red flag. I called a month or so into the waiting period to check the status of the blouse. They said - oh, they're about to start working on it, but there is a high chance that it is going to be ruined. I said please tell them not to clean any of the leather then...just spot clean the 2 spots on the blouse part. The lady then said that if they only clean those two spots, the spots will appear whiter than the rest of the blouse. I said that is totally fine. I'd rather have that issue than a ruined blouse. Well, the blouse is now in, and no one bothered to call me. I called again today to check the status. They said - well, it is here, but just as we suspected, the blouse is ruined. What?! So your "leather specialist" ruined my top?? Oh but ma'am, you signed a release. Great, thanks. I trust that you specialize in dry cleaning. I did not realize you have a 100% fail rate. I asked her if she ever read her Yelp reviews. Horrible! Save your money and your clothes! Go anywhere but here! read more
