Was referred to Vogue by my sisters cousin. Convenient location was able to make a last minute same day appointment for 2 with the service of getting a deluxe pedicure. I truly liked the fact that once you walk for your service they have you wash your hands. With Covid still going on inside was clean and neat. The service was horrible!! A professional to me should know how to do a pedicure, well not a Vogue. Me and my sister both wasn't satisfied with our service. $45 for deluxe pedicure and $20 for gel polish ( i definitely don't get that) when scrubbing the bottom of my feet the lady only did it enough to where only very little dead skin came off. Well when I got home my feet still needed work. So i had to complete what was started. The massaging of the foot was like she was scared to touch my feet, and legs. Today is the first time that I've felt racially discriminated. I walked into the shop this morning inquiring how long the wait would be for a manicure and pedicure. A Karen; customer was staring at me so hard, as if I did not belong in there. I asked if there was a problem. Then Petra stated they do not take walk-ins that it is by appointment only. Since when? I was there in August as a walk-in and it was not a problem. I no longer live in Reynoldsburg, so when I am in the city I try to patronize the business. I had been a client there until I moved. I've been going to Vogue Nails for 2 months now and they are always really professional and nice! I am always satisfied with my nails and can never wait to go back for my balance. I have never had a nail break but i also do not do a lot of activities that are hard on my hands so keep that in mind. WORST PLACE. Customer service is horrible. Came on Saturday at 11 am with my best friend, who got a fill in. Got a pedicure. At 2pm my pedicure was over and I was told I had to wait for customers who arrived hours after me to finish my request. When I questioned this, I was told I could be quiet or get out by Nick. Girls seemed to not have a clue what was going on. Went twice and first time nails looked good but only lasted for the first day or so until they all chipped. I've been doing acrylics for about 3 years and this was not normal for my nails. Still went again to see if it was just a mistake but it happened again and this time as one of the girls was filing my nails she cut me open and I was bleeding. The service was really great . They engage in interesting & friendly conversation with you instead of staring rudely . I came in for a pedicure & waited about 15 minutes soaking my feet but didn't mind because I was enjoying the massage chair lol. My only complaint is my massage was about 2 minutes max. My mom also came & received a balance & pedicure too . She joined me for her pedicure a good 30 minutes after my pedicure started meaning a lady was working on me I wasn't just soaking my feet & was having her toes painted at the same time as me . I really hate to do this but I had to update my review on this spot. My nails are currently in the worst shape since probably high school 15 years ago! First of all within about a week or my service the top layer of my gel polish started to peel off. Just the top layer, that was bad enough as that hasn't happened to me where just the top layer peels but I didn't think that was enough to change my review. This is what did it, I have fairly long natural nails and I normally keep them pretty long. I had a baby in July and completely cut my nails off at that point. In the past two months or so I started growing my nails back out and they have grown in very healthy. Well after getting my nails done I noticed a crack very close to my nail bed on one finger. The crack spread and I pulled the nail off, bummer but I can live with that. Since then FIVE other nails are showing cracks deep within the nail bed, I can't even pull them off or I will bleed! This has never ever happened to me where pretty much half of my nails are cracked and polish peeling so soon. Not only am I disappointed but I am going on vacation soon and will now have to cut all my nails down again and for a while to come since the cracks are so low in my nail bed. read more

I have been going to Vogue on and off for about 8 years and the past couple of years I had been going to Ricky. Ricky did an absolutely perfect job, I didn't even have to say anything he just knew. I had been out of work for a while so I let my nails go but as soon as I got back to work I went in only to find out that Ricky was no longer there. I have no idea what the guys name was that did my nails but they were sub par at best. I don't give second chances when it comes to my nails I just move on. As long as you have to wait at Vogue you should leave with a quality product. If anyone knows where Ricky is PLEASE let me know. read more

I have always been happy with Teresa doing my nails she started doing my nails back when she worked at The nail salon at Brice Outlet Mall which was in the 1990's. Then they opened Vouge Nails on 256 in Reynoldsburg. I do the acrylic nails because I'm a hairdresser and I prefer that over the gel nails I have never had a problem with lifting or with fungus or my nails breaking or anything like that so I always go to her for my nails. I've also had pedicures in the salon from the other staff members and everybody has always been very good very kind and it's a very nice salon I highly recommend it. read more

I've been going to Teresa for nails (balance) for about a year now. She is fast and does a super job.

Theresa was horrible... She did what she wanted to do and not what I asked her to. She told me that she did Gel nails. And that was a lie. She told me if I get gel nails nothing good would come from it. She continued to tell me that the liquid gel would be expensive 60$ but I never asked her how much they would be that wasn't my concern. My concern was getting what I wanted and that did not happen. I will never return and let everyone I know of such terrible service I had here. I am still in awe how she did what she wanted and it wasn't a problem for her. The problem for her was that it was 60$ mind you she wasn't the one paying. She told me that my nails would lift and so on and so fourth but when I came in I had gel on and just wanted a balance and she knew that, but since I haven't been to the nail salon in a month or so they were pretty lifted and that was my fault. So instead of doing a balance we decided to just do a new set and she put the new set and instead of using liquid gel she used acrylic when I clearly asked for liquid gel. I know many of people who go here but I will let them know to go to Posh nails in pickerington they will always deliver. read more

The experience that I had today at the salon was extremely unprofessional. I called the salon before going and at what time will they be closing I was told they close at 6:30 in rush-hour traffic I made it to the nail salon at 5:45! I sign in and there were no seats I parked right in front is set in my car... Once I seen that 627 was approaching I went to the door which was locked. Instead of someone coming to the door and actually finding out that I was signed in they just stared and shook her head no where closed. I motion to the desk I've signed in already only for a few employees to laugh and no one comes to the door I walk to my car and then someone opens the door is is yes at that point the experience was already a zero! I would never recommend this establishment to anyone because of the way you treat people my time is valuable also ! read more

The salon is always packed, work is great. The problem here is organization and not being able to make an appointment. Plan on sitting in a tiny waiting area for an hour or more. This was not a one time occurance, it's everytime. People get frustrated and leave because what ever wait time you are given, double it! read more
