He then walked back to the desk not helping me one bit. I didn't even want to buy the socks he was so rude and didn't care one bit about his job not clearly how the socks were disorganized. Even as I purchased 3 pair, the same man didn't have the courtesy to say thank you to me for the purchase. There are a lot of places to shop so not sure why they care so little about customer service.

There's plenty of convenient free parking. The sales people are helpful. I like when they help me find my specific size and color without leaving me to hunt all over the store. If you're spending time outdoors in Park city and you participate in Active sports, it's worthwhile to come here and pick up some good under armor sports wear on your visit. Anytime I'm in Park City I visit this store, same with the one in Utah County. The quality, texture and look of their clothing is second to none, and the staff has never been anything but friendly and helpful. Like any clothing store, you won't love everything at Calvin Klein, but shop here frequently and you're sure to find some great items. Sure, I'm no runner or athlete but I do walk a LOT (15k+ steps a day), mostly for exercise, but I also work for a company with a large HQ and find myself getting a lot of steps in there too. I would wear through tennis shoes in 3-4 months usually, but New Balance products really go the extra hundred miles and last way longer than cheaper brands, and they are the most comfortable brand around in my experience. I also like that some of their shoes are made (or at least assembled) in the USA, this is getting a rare thing these days. Yeah, you pay a bit of a premium but it's worth it, and having an outlet store for the brand is just awesome when you're looking to find a deal. Yeah, it's hit or miss I admit (factory stores just are in general let's face it), but that's the game and anytime I get a win it makes me happy!

A salesman there trying to convince me that a silk tie there is a great deal at $98. Absurd. My experience there was awful. The salesman I worked with sold me two pairs of Chino's. I asked him if the pants would come out of a tumble dryer without wrinkles and he suggested I try that. Turns out the pants were too small in the waist. I took them back to exchange for a larger size. All seemed to be going well and I was looking at a number of other items to purchase which would have added around $600-$700 to what I already purchased. I was then abruptly told I could not exchange the pants I had purchased because tags were removed but still in the bag and they had been washed. I had bought these pants two days prior. What a bunch of idiots who really are lame. Get this. I'm trying to not return but rather exchange the pants I purchased and I was also looking to make a significant purchase, in addition. Where is the common sense with this store's business's return policy and the knucklehead employee I had to deal with. (1) they made a $120 sale but lost a $700 sale (2) On top of that they not only lost the $600 additional sale but also a customer for life. I would never shop at this store again.
