No idea where to go... at each entrance there are service stations where you may purchase your items or ask questions. I asked where to get my fishing license and the young man cheerfully gave me precise instructions. Once I arrived at customer service I was greeted warmly and in less than 5 minutes I had my license. I chose 1 year but you can choose from a good variety of options up to three years! 5 star experience... While I walked about I was asked by a floor monitor if they could assist me with anything... I asked T question and they responded kindly good people in the store. I got some Iowa beef sticks... they also had good variety of jerky... that meaty juicy type not dried. I asked AI what are the top 5 most popular lures that work best in Utah and the store had all of them. I took them, a great Nike T shirt and my beefsteak at the cashiers near the entrance, paid and bid good day. I'd shop this place again.

Sorry to do this but things are very different at Scheels than in the past…read more I spent 30 minutes in the Kuhl department and no one even offered help or bothered to say hello. (I had several questions) 10 minutes in golf department. Same story. 20 minutes in BBQ and the two guys there seemed more worried about the display looking great than offering help. I've always loved Scheels but I am very disappointed with the current lake of service or lack of. I hope things improve! (I only spent $250)

I purchased a CYBEX ARC Trainer 750AT for $2,967.01 on 4/6/2018. My Arch Trainer came with a…read morestandard 1-year warranty. I had phone conversations and documented in emails that I would like to purchase the additional 36-month warranty. I even noted this on my credit card receipt with my signature agreeing to pay the extra fee. This past week (2/26/21), I noted my lift motor is no longer working. When I contacted Fitness Equipment Source and spoke to Mark Clayton, I received the response that they do not offer 36-month warranties but only 24 months. So devil's advocate, even if I only purchased 24 months extra, this would still mean that it should be under warranty until 4/6/21. This company seems to fall under buyer beware!! USE DISCRETION when purchasing with them!!! I will be reporting this to the BBB.

Love this guy, Mark Clayton! He is a funny guy....maybe more funny if he didn't own me $15k. Yes,…read morehe did pay some but has since decided he didn't want to pay anymore. I have emails from him stating each item he would refund and is hasn't, period. Funny he posted a email where I argreed he owed $2900.00 but he failed to point out that it was for a single item, not the remaining balance. This is what I have been putting up with for 3 months, he picks and choices what he will honor. I'm not looking to convince anyone, only warn you. I am currently filing a law suit to get my remaining funds and talking to the Salt Lake City Police Department about fraud charges against Mr. Mark. You guys can make your own choices, that's what's so great about this country. But when you run across a guy like this it's your duty to report it and hopefully keep others from getting burned. First piece of advice, DON'T pay for everything up front. Pay half down and half when you get everything you ordered. And yes, email all talks so everyone is on the same page. Doesn't always work because I have Mark agreeing to pay the $15k in numerous emails but I guess he doesn't feel obligated to his word. Good luck anyone that deals with this dude.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with the Proform 2000, and I feel compelled to share my…read morenightmare of a journey with this product and the company. I purchased the Proform 2000 treadmill in August 2023, and for a short period, it was everything I wanted--quiet, smooth, and with a 15% incline. I was thrilled with my purchase... until it started leaking hydraulic oil just a couple of months into use. Naturally, I reached out to Atlantic Fitness for assistance. A technician came to replace the part on December 26th. I thought that was the end of it--until the same issue resurfaced again in January, just weeks after the repair. At this point, I contacted iFit, hoping for a resolution. I asked for a refund given that the same part on the same machine failed twice in such a short period. However, it took months for anyone from iFit to respond--by early March, I was finally able to speak to a supervisor, Hugo Linares, who told me a refund was not an option but a replacement might be possible. At this point, the frustration was palpable. After more delays, I finally connected with Elle Petry, who actually did something constructive and helped me get in touch with the right people. Bryan Rands from the warranty department called me, and while I was on the phone with him, he placed an order for a replacement machine. Fast forward to receiving the replacement--and it was a complete disappointment. The quality of the replacement was nowhere near the level of the original Proform 2000 I had purchased. I gave it a couple of uses to confirm my suspicions and then contacted Bryan to ask for a refund. His response? Apologies for the "miscommunication," but he'd only be offering me a partial refund with a 10% restocking fee and a $250 return shipping fee. Here's where the situation completely fell apart: I was originally told a refund wasn't even an option, but now I'm being told it is. Why would I have accepted the replacement if I had known I could have gotten a refund in the first place? Why should I be hit with a restocking fee and return shipping costs when I never had to return the original unit? And why was I not warned about these additional charges until after I accepted the replacement? This entire process has been nothing short of a headache. As an avid runner, all I wanted was a high-quality machine I could trust. Instead, I've been met with poor customer service, misleading information, and a product that has failed on multiple occasions. At this point, I'm stuck with a faulty replacement treadmill, no refund, and a company that seems intent on doing the bare minimum. Proform has completely failed in delivering on both product quality and customer service. I'm done with this treadmill, and I certainly won't be recommending Proform to anyone I know. If you're considering a purchase from this brand, think twice before making the same mistake I did.
