Vlad responded in less than five minutes and was even willing to come out and help me the same day. Before scheduling a service call, I asked him if he thought leaving the dryer unplugged for a while might help. Instead of trying to sell me a service visit, he was completely honest and said it actually might fix the problem. I left it unplugged for about 20 minutes, plugged it back in, and the error message disappeared. The dryer has been working perfectly since. I'm leaving a five-star review for several reasons. In this day and age, it often feels like customer service isn't what it used to be. The fact that someone took the time to respond to me on a Saturday--when he was likely home with his family--and genuinely tried to help without immediately charging me says a lot about his character and his business. I also want to mention that the diagnostic fee he quoted was very reasonable, which made me feel even more confident that I was dealing with an honest company. Thank you, Vlad! You've earned a customer for life, and I'll absolutely be recommending you and your company to my friends and family.

I wish they had said that sooner as now it's 1:30 and I am scrambling to get someone out today, I don't appreciate the wasting of my time as I let them know 2 hours ago I prefer to have service today as it is my day off. Not ok to say your repair man is off tomorrow so he can come Thursday after making me wait 2 hours for a reply. (apparently there is only 1 repair person) Value, I will have to let you know. He later cleaned the wall vent and dryer vent hose. His fee was very reasonable, but most of all I commended him for his honesty. In closing, I took his business card and contact number and requested he do yearly maintenance on the dryer like I have my HVAC tech on my AC. Definitely I will refer him and see him next year. He checked over my washer and said it was broken and with the costs of repair being over $1,000, it would be best to purchase a new washer one, to which I agreed. I requested his assistance in making the purchase. He agreed and said he'd stop by Home depot to see what they had in stock and phone me. In the meantime, my cleaning lady stopped by and was going to do my laundry, but I told her the washer was broken. She replied "nonsense." The she went over to the washer and started it right off. Laughingly she said yo pull the on/off button, you don't push it. So, my washer was in fact fine. It wasn't broken, and I didn't need a new one like Nazar said. And he never did phone me back like he said he would. However, he was polite and only charged me $35.00 for his house call.
