It' was a evening out with family, the location is awesome across the rooftop of Bellevue, you get great view and it's a great date night. Waitstaff is great and above expectation for the restaurant that it is. On point and very well done. I don't know if it's because it's a Chain or what but I feel like the food felt very basic for a restaurant if it's caliber. Or I've raised it to a caliber as other I thought to be in the same class and it just isn't. There was a little that left me just wanting a more polished and flavored product all around. Not the fact the food wasn't good but it wasn't elevated enough comparatively and maybe I expected too much. Overall a great experience and place to take someone for a date or for a great evening out.

It has been quite some time since my last visit to Daniel's. While the service in the main dining room remains polished and friendly, the food quality simply does not justify the premium pricing. We began in the lounge, where the service felt indifferent--a common side effect of mandatory service fees. The drinks were overpriced and watered down ($20 for a well martini; $14 for a well gin and soda). My martini, ordered extra dry with olive juice on the side, clearly tasted of vermouth, suggesting the shakers aren't rinsed between pours. The dining room experience was equally underwhelming. An $18 spinach salad arrived with minimal toppings--barely half an egg and a few pecan fragments. Similarly, the $50 chicken entree was small and overpowered by an incredibly salty sauce. While the steaks were excellent--perfectly cooked, well-sized, and flavorful--they were the only highlight of a disappointing meal. If a restaurant is going to charge these prices, the product must match the cost. For a high-end steak dinner that actually leaves you feeling satisfied, I'd recommend John Howie instead.

Stopped in for happy hour on a very slow evening to celebrate my retirement; nice relaxed vibe in the bar with only a few tables occupied. Service was excellent. Lacy took great care of us, and Gabe at the bar did a solid job on my specialty cocktail. The downside: the happy hour menu felt limited, and the discounts were modest (about $2 off select drinks). I expected a bit more variety and value. Gotta wish! That said, the food was fantastic. The seated ahi was amazing, the steak bites were really good, and the Caesar salad hit the mark. My only miss was the $35 specialty Manhattan -- well made but far too sweet for my taste, especially at that price. Overall, great service and quality food -- just hoping for a stronger happy hour lineup next time.

We went to celebrate my birthday and our visit proved that this establishment doesn't just promise luxury; it delivers it through impeccable service, a sophisticated atmosphere, and culinary craftsmanship that justifies the high-end price point. The bone-in ribeye was cooked to absolute perfection, boasting that elusive, quintessential steakhouse charred flavor and aroma. We were seated in the bar area to sample their more casual offerings, specifically the wild salmon sandwich. The fillet was impressively generous in size and not overly seasoned. The crispy artichoke hearts were delicious!

We have been here several times and had decent meals, but we had a super disappointing experience this time. From the beginning, the host was a bit rude. They sat us at a table all the way in the back by a swinging door, and when we requested to move that he said that we had to go all the way back to the front of the restaurant to be reseated one table over. We all got wagyu steaks but they were poor cuts and drowning in butter, and incredibly salty. The icing on the cake is that I asked for my leftovers to be boxed up, they did not package up multiple full stalks of the remaining asparagus. Just overall a pretty horrible experience from service to food beginning from the start all the way through the leftovers. At this point, I'm not sure I would ever return for anything but a cocktail at the bar.

Came here for happy hour and were impressed with all the drinks and small bites they had. It's never a happy hour without fries so of course we ordered them. Service is great, and the views from the dining area are stunning.

My husband and I went to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. Our waiter Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job checking on us throughout the meal. I decided to try a different steak and was not disappointed. I ordered the Delmonico and WOW it was incredible. I also had their new martini-- the Timeless Flower. While it tasted lovely, it was a little weak. My husband ordered the ribeye with the lobster mashed potatoes and I'm a little bummed I didn't because those are SO good! We shared an order of the bacon wrapped scallops, something we have been dreaming of since the last time we had them 2 years ago. I think we will make this our preferred location because the ambience is much classier and more of a fine-dining experience.

Thoroughly impressed with this place! The patio has some really great views of Seattle which honestly really help the experience here. We didn't make a reservation so it was seat yourself in the bar area around 7 on Wednesday which was fine! We managed to snag a great table on the patio that was quiet and private and our waitress paid great attention to us which was awesome! I got the margarita to drink which was simple but effective. We also got some of the cheese curds to try as an appetizer which were quite delicious! For my entree, I got the strip with fries and we also got some other sides like the Mac and Cheese and asparagus which were also great. I loved that they asked us to cut open our steaks to make sure they were cooked to the temperature we wanted. Overall, I can't argue with good food and good vibes. We were here with work so price wasn't our big concern but I do think the prices were semi-reasonable. Is this an everyday restaurant? No but I think for a special occasion this would great. We can't forget dessert also! My espresso martini was stunning and the creme brulee and butter cake were delish! Overall, a delicious meal and I can't complain!

We had a very nice dinner. Highlights were the popcorn shrimp and dungeness crab. I do wish the crab was served separately from the sauce as I would have preferred melted butter. The service was decent. We enjoyed the quiet table we had and the location continues to be a great place for a celebration.

For the price point, I'm going to have to critique a little harder. Total for 3 came out to just under $550, almost $200 per person (which was fully expected but still high). I personally would've rather spent this money on an omakase or michelin, which both can cost about the same as this but with better quality, but steak is steak. This was my 2nd time here, and it was sadly not the magic I remember it being. Steak was very tender for sure, and service was good - but overall not the *wow* I expect for the price point. First on the steak, which is ofc the star of the show: the extra charred exterior on the steak (as advertised during the mini info speech by our server) was not all that impressive nor noticeable, and I've definitely had and made steak at home with a better crust. I asked for lighter char, which from what I understood would come more like a restaurant standard char (they said their ovens were extra hot hence extra char for *their* usual steak standards). Mine felt sadly pretty soggy and wet, and although inside was really tender, the exterior ruined it the longer I ate it. We all traded bites and they agreed. That was probably the biggest disappointment, with the soggy crust. Secondly, the knife. The dull, hardly serrated knives had us all hacking our way through the steak with ugly cuts that ripped apart the meat and pressed out all the juices for every bite, and I couldn't cut my bites as small as I wanted to because it took that much effort - so just big chunks each time. My friends also noticed this. Thirdly, the flavor. Lightly salted on the outside but bland on the inside - which is why the outside should have a slightly heavier salting, to balance out the unseasoned inside for a perfect bite. Both my friend and I had to take turns aggressively trying to get salt out of the salt shaker, which we couldn't even see how much was coming out due to the dark room, but it was much lighter flow than a normal diner salt shaker so it took some time to salt each individual bite with enough salt. Our other friend was content with her seasoning and commented that ours did indeed have less than hers did. Maybe a different chef? Fourth, the garlic mashed potatoes barely had any garlic, just a forward taste of cream and a hint of the prior (delicious but where's the garlic?) - and the truffle fries were again limp and soggy (not crispy, at all) and heavy on the parmesean but light on the salt and truffle flavor. I remember ordering truffle fries years ago that I enjoyed but this time, not so much. Really needed a truffle aioli to go with it - the one at shake shack would've easily trumped this one. :( Fifth, I thought it was a bit strange to have to cut into our steaks upon their arrival to check for correct doneness. It has been many years since my last visit and I don't remember that being standard practice, so I was thrown off this time. I understand why they do it, as Im sure people complain a lot halfway through their meals once they get into the center, but I do feel like it cools down the steak a lot faster, and I feel like 90 percent of the steak was pretty much a cool room temp by the time it made it into my mouth, even as slightly bigger chunks. Maybe it also contributed to how soggy it turned out being, since the cut down the middle probably leaches out more juices than starting from the edges. It also felt impossible to truly see the inside well, with the tiny flashlight pointed at the angle it was at hence creating shadows, so we all just nodded in agreement and moved on with the dinner so we could eat it while as hot as possible. Mine was a bit more done than I had asked for, but it was still fine enough to eat, and the other two seemed to have theirs cooked to their orders. Next, the creme brulee we had for dessert had a really hard top. We all agreed that the layer of torched sugar on top was much too thick (should be sturdy but delicate enough), but this one needed to be stabbed a few times to break through and was not fun to eat the big chunks of sugar pieces so we didn't finish it - this coming from all three of us who have had a decent amount of them and never had this thick of a top. Lastly, one of the drinks ordered was way too sweet and my friend couldn't drink it, so they re-made it for her with a different alcohol (but upcharged it without letting her know the price difference until seeing it on the receipt, which wasn't too much but just seemed tacky in practice), and then the bad drink charge also showed up on the receipt so she had to flag the waiter down to let them know for them to remove it since she didn't even get to drink it. On the positive end, we had a celebration and the guest of honor was content. I will emphasize again that the steaks were still quite quality meat and tender, and the workers were all extremely professional. The busser especially was really attentive and great at refilling our waters.

Went on a beautiful day and got patio seating. We were served right away and given great service. Our waiter was friendly and quick. The steak was cooked perfectly and the Cesar salad was amazing.

Order a burger and aioli amazing quality, ordered to go the service was amazing! Quality products and the staff have always been beyond exceptional.

Both hand rolls were very surprising in their ingredients and overall taste, but our favorite was the ceviche. Odd that they feel the need to charge extra for soy sauce and wasabi, but okay. Once sat in the tiny table in the dining room, our waiter came by and offered his sage advice on the menu. He made a comment about his "lean body" and what he chooses to intake with regards to food and his recs for dinner that he did NOT say to the table full of thin, white folks next to us, so that was noteworthy and unnecessary. He recommended me the cap of ribeye, which for the price, left a lot to be desired personally. My husband preferred the flavor of that particular piece over his bone-in, and I actually preferred his, so that was interesting. We also ordered the truffle Mac and cheese but didn't finish it. The pasta was very reminiscent of wheat or lentil pasta and it felt too stodgy. Flavor was fine, but the parsley crumbs were....an interesting visual choice. The bread "basket" was interesting, but the best was the complimentary dessert (goat cheesecake was delectable), as well as the mushroom dessert. So cute and tasty. We were mostly taken care of by side staff and frankly, they were much warmer and approachable, so kudos to them. Lastly, I was shocked to learn of the deposit to sit by a window, and then having to watch people come in wearing sweat pants and crocs. Utter nonsense. $400+ later, we would only return for the sushi, pork belly and dessert.

Our server chased us on the way out and asked if she did something wrong. She was surprised that the leftover food is not supposed to be on the ground. Ps: got no complimentary bday or anniversary deserts. They said no. But i saw 2 other tables got things not from desserts menu with candle on it. Interesting.

FOGO DE CHÃO is brilliant and absolutely phenomenal if you're looking for a Brazilian steakhouse!!!…read moreThat's about all that needs to be said... period. But that's not my style so here I go... First off, the ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant as you immediately step inside is spectacular. It's elegant but with a casual feel. Or maybe it was its casual with an elegant vibe... either way, you cannot go wrong. Depending on the time of day, if the wait is long, I'd suggest grabbing a drink from the full bar. Once seated, we ordered our drinks and headed over to the salad bar/cold cuts and grabbed some select items. I'm always careful to not overload on the trimmings as I'm here for the various cuts of meats. Pretty simple process. You flip your marker (green) over for cuts of meat being offered and over again (red) if you want to enjoy your meal. Then on and off again. The skewers of meat are divine, ranging from bacon wrapped chicken, to sausages, to a variety cuts and cooked beef, pork, or lamb. I opted for a 6oz. Lobster tail dripping in succulent butter, as well! Such an amazing experience! Thank you to the staff of Fogo and all of the chefs... hats off to you! As always, enjoy and Happy Sampling!

No one else in my party who did not eat the smoked salmon became sick, so I am confident it was the source of what appears to have been food poisoning. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be investigated promptly for the safety of other guests. Additionally, the managers advised me that my receipt would be emailed to me, but I still have not received it. It has now been three days since I made that request. I'm very disappointed by the lack of follow-up and would appreciate having my receipt emailed to me immediately.

Almost 20 years later and now married, I wanted to bring my husband here and share this experience. Of course, we both had a great time. The atmosphere, the service, the food. Again, all wonderful! Parking is in the garage, and they validate. We got the Torched Salmon Belly (be sure to eat the leaf it comes on! it's part of the experience). Delicious! 10/10 would get again, mostly because the Shiso leaf was something I've never had before. The Grilled Octopus was wonderful and not chewy at all. Loved the Greek lemon caper pepperoncini vinaigrette that came with it. I read that a lot of others were recommending the Deviled Eggs, which we also got and enjoyed. I think one set was salmon and the other was tuna. You honestly cant go wrong with either. I feel like getting the Coconut Creme Pie is a must here. I love coconut, and oddly enough really dislike pies, so this wouldn't be something I would normally get. But with a presentation like this, how can you pass it up? I do remember getting this back in 2008 and loving it, and it seems my tastebuds haven't changed. 10/10! Get this! But only if you love coconut.
