A couple of the people on the phone were callous and rude. On top of that the cost is 5x higher than any other compounding pharmacy in OC for my specific med. After dealing with the chaos of CVS and Walgreens for years, I finally switched to Seaview and haven't looked back. They are the real deal - a small family owned neighborhood pharmacy type of vibe. Need to talk to a live person? No problem!! You can actually call and someone will answer. No long automated lines or waiting on hold forever to talk to a live person. When I walk into Seaview, I am always greeted by kind and smiling faces. Everyone here is incredibly helpful. And they are so fast!!! Literally will leave my doctors apt upstairs and within minutes my prescription is ready. I am so glad I found Seaview Pharmacy. They make picking up prescriptions a breeze. I will never go back to a big pharmacy! Even though there are many pharmacies closer to me, I will gladly make the drive to Seaview every time.

I spoke to my provider twice and they gave me the number they called and even relistened to their own voice mail message to make sure it was there . The woman just continued to brush me off. Thank god the pharmacy at Monarch beach was so much better. One phone call and my prescription was filled. I think this pharmacy has never heard of customer service

I wish there was a ZERO star available for rating this pharmacy. It is the WORST PHARMACY we have ever dealt with, with rude and unprofessional staff - reaching the highest level of unprofessional and rude behavior today, 29 November 2025. It's possible the representatives today may be the holiday coverage staff however their behavior towards customers is unacceptable. Elijah and Arianna are incredibly rude to customers, unprofessional, and they discriminate against various clients by showing favoritism towards people they know, and for whom they create special rules at the expense of increased wait times for the other customers, ie they are taking customers they prefer ahead of others. Today their pharmacist was on an extended "lunch break" 2:37-3:37 pm (?) and I had to wait 50 minutes in the pharmacy while another lady who had the same situation was dispensed her medications when telling them she was a health care professional herself (which I am as well). The favoritism and discrimination were so blatant, I asked to speak with a manager, but none was available. Dante from the CVS store tried to help, but he could not do anything and was appalled himself seeing the behavior of the pharmacy staff. Please spare yourself incredible headache and wait time by avoiding this pharmacy altogether.

I have been coming to this Costco for nearly 5 years now and in that time, I have had numerous amount of interactions with flat out rude employees. This morning, my son and I went grocery shopping and it was early so they were not packed at all. We finished grocery shopping and we get over to the self checkout and the lady at the self checkout, which is empty by the way, let's all the customer in front of me go to a register and stops me and doesn't even give me the option to say no. She says " I need to scan your items." in the last month alone this has happened three times. I don't know if it's because I have a young child or if because most of the clientele at this Costco are older. I genuinely feel discriminated against, and it bothers me a lot. I really don't want to drive to Aliso Viejo because I go to Costco on a weekly basis but I think their policy should be made clear. Do only older people get to scan their products? Is it because I am Hispanic? Or is it because I have my child. My grocery bill was $120, and I had 7 items. I don't see any reason why I should not be allowed to scan my own items. I should get to choose if I want the help or not. I will be calling the store manager and see what they say.
