I would say the only downside is no mirrors in the fitting rooms and the cashier being on her phone. I intend to return everything, as I have no desire to put plastic directly against my skin. The cashier seemed pleasant enough to me. This location has a lot of merchandise, organized and friendly staffs . They have 2-3 cashiers but the line moved slow because of many customers and the popularity . Now it is closer to Mother's Day and they have some pretty cotton tote bags for $15 and some perfume for $35 . A section with many Kate spade purses are on sale for 75 % off . I like to come early on the weekday morning so that I don't have to wait for a fitting room . All the merchandises are restore nicely in the morning. Enjoy my shopping at this Norstrom rack. The first one just walked off because she was leaving. But common courtesy would be to say something like, someone will be right with you. It was like they were afraid to make eye contact for fear they had to do their jobs. I had to ask and make myself known and was basically shooed away. Once by the cashier next to the pickup counter and once by an associate that was walking out to the case to unlock it. Horrible service and I will never use this service again. Don't offer a pick up if you can't staff people there. Would have been to just given free shipping so your not friendly staff don't have to service anyone. This is why retail is going to die.
