In their defense, I was experiencing an autoimmune illness at the time and that might have masked the CKC's existence. But, I wish someone had said something when it would have been possible to make a difference, even though there is no cure. Dr Arcand was through and helpful. Also there were big signs everywhere saying nobody could enter except the patient. Guess what. They let in anybody and everybody Not one person had a mask. Disgusting. I guess because from what I see and hear around town, nobody thinks they need a mask or vaccinations. Who runs this "most beautiful" hospital? I typically wait only 5 minutes or so in the waiting room when I arrive for an appointment, and then maybe 3-5 minutes max in the exam room for the doctor. Typically you get good, quick service, which isn't true everywhere. The only potential issue is that it can take a while to get routine appointments (they book 3-4 weeks out sometimes). But the few times I've had an urgent appointment they've gotten me in the same day. You usually see the nurse practitioner, but she's great so that's not an issue. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.
