I show up to the appointment and was immediately told I have no appointment in the system and that the waxer only works on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The front desk associate then said the threading services are separate from the waxing and that she would have to call her manager to confirm my appointment. She calls him and he asks to speak to me. He is very aggressive and loud in stating that I never had an appointment scheduled and he texted me the confirmation that I manually cancelled it. The picture he texted was for another individual named Ashley Bowers, not my name China D. He did not apologize during the entire call. He just said I will have to come back in another week when the waxer is there. He said he would call me in 10-15 mins after our call to get in contact with the waxer to make special accommodations because of their error. The staff there are always friendly and professional. Shout out to Dorian and Jada who are usually the two that do my waxes. The place is always clean, well ventilated and the process is as comfy as can be. A Brazilian and underarm costs $99 which is decent. There are other places that charge less but don't have as much availability as European Wax Center. They take cash or card for tips. They will try to get you scheduled for the next appointment but this is not a requirement just say no thanks and they back off. Same with the wax passes. Overall good experience and I do recommend.

About five minutes in, I saw her bringing a mirror for me to check and was taken back because I didn't realize she was finished. I FELT NOTHING. I barely felt her hands around my 'brow area and I thought the consultation was still happening. If pain is your deterrent for getting your 'brows threaded, I encourage you to give Poozar (and I'm assuming any other branches owned by Rhea) a chance. Plus she's so kind!
