Great work by Mindy and Tina! Very relaxing and very artful gel pedicure and pink and white American fill. I arrived 45 minutes prior to closing, yet they gave the full treatment which caused them to stay 45 minutes AFTER closing. They asked questions about what I wanted and listened, offered a beverage, and were both friendly and professional. I'll be back and will definitely refer friends. read more

Unfortunately, I'm changing my review. The first time I came here I had a great experience, then the second time I went back I had a very bad experience. It was very busy, and I was told I would only have to wait a few minutes but it was more like 30 after someone finally started on my toes. The young lady was clearly very new at this, and while I like to think I'm a patient person, I felt like the service level I received was very poor. She didn't clean under my nails, do my cuticles, or callus remover. She left the "hot" towel on my legs for about 10 mins until another lady who worked there told her to take it off (meanwhile it turned very cold). I would have happily asked her to do the things she forgot to, but she never made eye contact with me and when I tried to speak to her, she ignored me. ‍ I had also been planning on getting a manicure too, but they seemed to have forgotten that. So after my terrible pedicure, I was rushed out. When they asked how it was, and I was honest and I told them it was terrible. The lady who checked me out felt badly, and she offered to redo them, but at that point I had been there for almost 2 hours and I needed to go home. She didn't charge me for the pedicure, and she gave me a $5 coupon for my next visit. I'm not sure if I'll ever go there again, but I appreciated the attempt to retain my business. read more

I have had my favorite nail places in the past, when you find one you like, you go there and only there, so I am always skeptic to try new ones. This one came highly recommended though, so I went to try it out. The place is really cute on the inside. The big waterfall wall is really pretty and relaxing to look at. The place is pretty big. They had plenty of room to do multiple pedicures at once if they wanted to. Tvs on the wall. I was ultimately shocked they pretty much had a full bar! I mean, many places offer comp drinks, but they really went the extra mile. Vodka, champagne, wine, froxen drinks. I dont know what all they had because there was a lot of bottles of stuff on that bar, but enough to fit most liking. They were very nice when I walked in the door. I showed them a picture of what I want. They did their best to accomodate. The woman doing my nails, was extremely patient and caring. She wanted to make sure I loved my nails before I was done. Like she really made the extra effort to see that she manicured all the details out, and that both her and I were 100% happy before walking out the door. Overall I would reccommend. read more

Horrible!!! I went in for dip pink and white. The guy messed them up so bad he quit in the middle and passed me off to Mindi. She tried to fix them but couldn't and said she needs to soak them off and redo them completely !! I couldn't wait to do that since I had already been there almost two hours for over this!! She told me to come back the next day and she would fix them and only charge me half price. I go the next day and she's off and there is nobody available to fix their mess up. I came here because my go to since highschool.. nail pro in white settlement was closed on Sunday so I came here.. and got my toes and hands done.. i think her name is Abby that did my nails she said "gel last longer" so I was like okay go for it, I told her I wanted square shape on my toes and she goes to tell me my toes couldn't be filed that shape so normally at nail pro they would put a tip on my big toes.. this place.. she made them ROUND and she was like they can't be square like what?? put a tip on it? She said no. So then I just let her finish my toes then goes onto my nails.. they are awful.. there is hair underneath the paint, they are uneven, lumpy, catching on everything because she didn't file em right she was in a rush and was very hateful not only to me but new people walking in door. I only tipped her $2..she rolled her eyes. Then I left and about a week later my nails are chipped and breaking and my nails from nail pro usually last about 4 weeks without chipping. So I knew sum was up. I came back to VP nail and told her I wanted em fixed she only fixed three when nail pro would've done em all for me. And she was not happy about it at all! She was trying to tell me it was my fault like no I've been at home all week and when I shower it's chipping. this just don't happen. If they are done right they last. They weren't done right not the first time nor when I asked her to fix em. My nails are crooked now. NEVER WILL BE COMING BACK. Just sticking to my nail pro. read more

I scheduled an appointment with one of the techs on Friday. I arrived on time but had to wait 30 minutes before my pedicure was started. There was no apology from the staff other than when I arrived they said the tech was running behind, 30 minutes? The tech did not apologize for being late. I have been to this location several times and the service has been great. I brought my daughter and her friends spending hundreds on manis and pedis and they kept their icees full and the girls pampered. I have also been with my husband several times on a date night spending hundreds and they were happy to keep bringing drinks and talking to us. Today I stoped in for a quick mani just wanted Cuticle care and a simple polish. I got pressured to get the most expensive mani and when I turned it down they started being rude to me. I got sat down and waited 20 min while they ate lunch in the back finally someone came and asked if I wanted a drink I requested a glass of red wine, she laughed and brought back a "shot" of wine, I was insulted! I got a 10 min half ass mani. When I checked out she asked how much tip I wanted to leave even though there was a tip line for me to fill out without the need for it to be discussed. I did not tip and the laughing continued, I felt bullied and unwanted because I wanted to swing by and get a simple service this time instead of going all out. I will NEVER go back. This is the PERFECT place for a girl's spa day! Relaxing, luxurious, and they do a great job! Cathy did my nails and they turned out great! I was watching the people who were getting pedicures and my toes starting curling..... the massages they were getting on their legs and feet were intense. They were getting into it like they wanted you to feel good afterwards. I'm glad to know they get down like that with the pedicure rub down... I wish I would've had time to stay for one, however I booked an appointment that day to come back. I have visited this establishment 3 to 4 times and have been doing the dipping powder on my nails. The last time being approximately 10 days ago and contracted a fungal infection. Yesterday, I visited the salon and asked them to remove the dipping powder and for them to accept accountability for the fungi infection due to either unclean instruments or contaminated powder, but all I got were excuses. According to health experts, the clipping, buffing and cutting tools used by your friendly, neighborhood manicurist in your friendly, neighborhood beauty salon or nail parlor are the culprit. Contact with unclean equipment is how most patrons of nail salons get painful fungal infections on their fingers and toes - infections that sometimes require antibiotics and even surgery to correct. Please be aware, make sure they are not reusing clippers, and cutting tools that have not been properly disinfected. Nail salon patrons keep an eye open for scissors, or other instruments, that are left laying out on the manicurist's table. read more
