I requested a quote thru the Yelp app for replacement of my iPhone charging port and got an almost immediate response. I asked several follow up questions, including a quote for replacement of my ballistic glass if providing my own glass. The quote was $70 for the port and $10 for the glass installation and would take about 30 minutes. I went in later and the young man asked me why I thought I needed a new port and if I was using Apple cables. He told me the cause of my connectivity issue is most commonly dust and he tested my port. It worked fine with his Apple cable. Told me to get cables directly from Apple, avoid the Apple ones on Amazon, and said I didn't need a new port. He put my glass on in two minutes. I walked in prepared to pay $70 for a new port and $10 for installing the glass. He refused to take the $10 after I insisted multiple times. I saved $80 today and he gained a lifetime customer! read more

Vphone contacted me on Yelp within about 10 minutes - asked me questions on my cracked cell phone glass, and gave me a firm estimate. It took them about 2 hours for the original repair, and they discovered that my battery also had a problem. They showed me the part to verify the issue. I approved the work and they gave me my phone back. Problem was that they discovered when they replaced the glass, they needed to use a different frame to have it fit properly. They apologized for the error and worked as quickly as possible to fix it. Yes, it took longer to get it fixed, but they were very open about the work that had to be done and kept me updated throughout the process. Had an excellent experience with an 8 year old iPad Pro that needed repair. Employees were clear and communicative over the phone, upfront about potential costs. Service in the shop was quick, and I left the iPad with them. Initial repairs were not totally successful, as what appeared to be a battery issue turned out to be a damaged IC on the main board. Further repairs were done at no extra charge. My problem is now solved and I'm very relieved to have the ordeal behind me. I took my cell phone to this place for a simple cracked screen. The crack was there for some time but I was looking to trade up so I figured I should get it repaired. I was told to pick it up at 6:00 the next evening. It wasn't ready until 7:00, that's fine I went to the great Italian place next door. I got home with the phone to find a green line down the side of the screen. The phone wasn't loading properly, clearly something was wrong. Knowing that they closed at 7:00 when I left, I was waiting at the door when they opened at 10:00 the next morning. I was told I would be offered a discount to repair the motherboard. A discount? My phone didn't have a motherboard issue when I dropped it off. I demanded, yes demanded, a refund of the $170 they charged to repair my screen. They refused, were rude, unprofessional and repeatedly kept asking me talk to people on the phone who told me I damaged my phone after I left. This went on for well over an hour. I ensured them I would reach out to multiple sources to get this resolved. They then reluctantly returned my money. They were also adamant that I return all of the invoices and receipts to them from the original charges before I left the building. Not a chance! They also threatened to call the police. No problem, I did it for them. I saw the few negative reviews on this place before I went and thought they still had multiple good reviews and gave it a shot. Please pay attention to those negative reviews. Any credible business owner would not ask you to surrender your receipts and invoices which hold a warranty clause. PS- Hour by hour that green line grew on my phone until it covered the phone and it shut down. The motherboard was in fact fried and I had to buy a new phone. This all came from a crack I could barely see on the screen. Be weary my friends.... read more

I had a phone that was water damaged that multiple places said either no to or it's a long shot. It also couldn't charge. Instead of turning me away, the owner said he would do his best to even bring it back for even a week's use after I told him how important the information on there was to me. After almost two weeks, I have my phone back with 90% function and a vote of confidence that the phone will last at least a year. I would've been happy with just a week but to hear it will last that long was pretty good to hear. I had full replacement on some parts and the charging capability was discounted for me. So I brought my iPad in to have a battery replaced. They charge the same thing that Apple does, but I don't have to send it in and wait for it to come back. Same day I got my iPad back and I was happy. The next morning it would not power on correctly and so I assumed that "I got what I paid for." I took it back and they looked at it and determined that there was a software issue and they fixed that at no additional cost. All in all, a great experience from the people at this store. I had my phone screen repaired by this company last month and just days after the 30 day guarantee while on a three hour road trip I noticed a small crack (millimeters) at the top of the screen (I had not dropped my phone or damaged it in any way prior to noticing this crack) within two hours of the trip the crack grew half way down my screen and then fully across just while sitting in the car on my lap. My guess would be it was improperly installed? I called the shop and was told there was nothing they could do to help me, I would have to pay full price for a whole new repair. Then told me the best they could do was give me $10 off the repair. I'm not happy with this service and would not recommend repairing your phone at this shop. read more

My iPhone 6 battery was replaced in 30 minutes or less. The new battery is lasting longer than when the phone was new out of the box. I recently brought in my iPhone 5s to repair a completely destroyed screen. The owner was able to fix the screen and the phone was working when I left - beauty! However, that very night Apple released an update and it bricked my iPhone. Went to Apple store to have fixed and they said the hardware sensor was damaged in repair and couldn't fix. Went back to Vphone and he couldn't get it to work either. I simply asked for a refund - since repairing a screen shouldn't limit you to ever updating your iOS - but was refused. Even a warning that installing his new screen would invalidate any future Apple changes would have helped prior to his repair. But no warning and no refund. So I had to buy a new phone... and am now leaving this warning for others. read more
