When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that we already spent a lot of money on the screen & didn't want to pay $180 more. He said he couldn't help us under warranty & suggested that my daughter "go be more careful with her phone". Place stinks. Would never use them again. Headed to buy a new phone now. Wish I had never wasted time or money here.

This store does not deserve 1 star. i pay a lot to get my iphone 6 plus screen repair and this store used low part from China. Let me tell you,I had friend who showed me where to buy part at Garland or something. And you know what 1 week later i saw him bought parts from there, the parts called after market( Copy from China). So you think all customers are so stupid or what. Pls NEVER GO THIS PLACE. I have my screen cracked, they said battery also swollen and need to be replaced. The new battery (after marker) is burning hot.Just made 2 phone called abt 3' then battery was so hot and out.He could not prove that is good part. Also,he did all the work in the back room so you can't really tell. The home button also dead after screen replaced too. He went thru my pics also.This place is suck!!!!!!!! read more

Awesome experience. The service was very fast and convenient. I went in thinking that my screen was cracked and needs replacement, but the owner explained that the LCD has gone bad, which was evident. I think he quoted a decent price and I trusted him. They are open on weekends, so just stopping by and getting the work done in 15-mins was superb. I will not hesitate to go back to them for any phone related service. read more

Vincent the owner told me he used Original part, I was glad but then 2 weeks later, i dropped my phone again then i went to another store and the guy there told me that the screen i got fixed before was 100% China. I came back to Vphone and he tried to refuse me because I told me prove me that he used Original but he could not. REALLY REALLY BAD. REPORT THIS STORE EVERYONE!! read more

Came here twice to get iphone fixed but i am never come back until i found out Vincent, Vphone repair used cheap screen while always told me that he used original one, my friend work for Apple warehouse he told me that the screens Vphone repair used were copy from China, really low. They did a great job on my iphone 6+. It was broken in half and needed everything, frame, glass, sensor, chip. I was very happy with the results and I could not find a better price for the repair and parts in DFW. It's a real store open on the weekends and he kept in touch with me during the repair with status updates. Can't ask for more. read more

This is a shady business, try if you can avoid it. my new like iphone 6 screen was flickering, he told me to replace it with aftermarket piece for $120. but he did not agree to return old screen. why? perhaps my iphone did not have screen issue to begin and he simply wants to keep original undamaged screen. I got 2 problems with VPHONE REPAIR, First, he used China part, easy to damage not Original like he promised. Second, he used my phone to give bad reviews to another stores, not 1-many stores around his. How do you treat customer like this.
