I called other companies before calling buddy's and they all sounded dull and grumpy. Not your typical hate their life hate their job towing company, everyone seemed happy and ready to help. When you need a tow truck you are clearly having a bad day so customer service and the initial call are important to make the customer calm down and maybe even laugh. They told me 45 minutes and they were there in 20! Knowledgeable truck driver Phil went above and beyond for us and made sure we didn't get screwed over by the dealer ship. He was on our side from the beginning and might as well been our lawyer. He told us what he was doing every step of the way hooking up my new car to the truck and told us why he does certain things to be more secure but more gentle on my kind of car, he let us know that previous tow trucks had ripped and hooked the wrong spots and told us what to look out for if we ever had anyone else tow my car in the future. I have a Jag XK that had a cooling problem. I was referred to to these people. I made an appointment, showed up and dropped off the car. Within hours I received a diagnosis and a quote. I agreed to the work and by my surprise the car was finished the next day. When I showed up to pick up the car it had been washed, cleaned and was waiting in perfect condition. This is not a traditional experience the GMC dealer that services my truck usually leaves finger prints I'm cleaning off. I would highly recommend these folks .

The communication was awful with the female advisor when I took my car in for service on the engine. They had my car for 5 days and she never once called me, even after she told me she would. I tried to complain but the service manager was never available. My score is based on two out of three. I really wanted to give a 3.5. The quick service for maintenance is awesome. The primary service department need to take notes from them.

I explained that I couldn't be without a vehicle for that long, especially since the issue was supposed to be handled under warranty. As a woman who dated a mechanic for many years, worked on her own motorcycle, and is a trained heavy equipment operator - I can confidently say - This is NOT the mechanic for women nor people with luxury cars. My guy friend who recommended them had a great first experience and is shocked by the BS I've dealt with. They had my car for two days and barely did squat. I told them at the end of the second day to not do any work and I would come get my car. They proceeded to continue working and removed my door panel - which when they put it pack on they left the leather lining loose and didn't put a screw cover back on. For the oil change the light wasn't reset and the old sticker remained. They told me my new brakes were warped (from not being driven - mind you) and I would need pads, oh wait no, pads and rotors, oh wait, pads, rotors, and flush. My god. When confronted about all of these: "Oh yeah, I noticed the light when it was pulled out. He must have forgot to reset it. We'll take care of it when you come back." "The screw covers are locked up. We'll take care of it when you come back." "The lining is from wear and tear, not us. We just took the panel off." (Though the 3 drivers of the car in the last week vouch it wasn't like that. Hmmm) I DO NOT recommend this place and have already scheduled my services with another mechanic.
