I had been a patient of Dr. V for several years about 10 years ago and recently wanted to return. I booked an appointment and waited about 2 months to get in. When I arrived at the office, receptionist handed me a clipboard with no explanation and no greeting. An hour later I asked if I would be getting in soon and the receptionist said it would be another 30 minutes. They were running 1 1/2 behind! No call to let me know so I could reschedule. I told the receptionist that I could not wait another 30 minutes and she said "ok so do you want me to take you off?" Not "hey I'm so sorry can I reschedule you etc.". I let her know I had waited a couple on months to get it and she said "ok so do you want me to take you off?" It was pretty shocking. I was foolish to think Dr. Scott Vrzal could raise my arm and reset my feet to cure serious health conditions through whatever he is doing. What is frightening is Dr. Vrzal believes he is curing ailments through his unconventional methods. Dr. Vrzal is a Chiropractor that practices Applied Kinesiology and discourages using licensed Medical Doctors. He cannot order blood tests, prescription medications or proper medical testing, and he does not think it is needed. His so-called treatment is unreliable and dangerous by postponing proper medical diagnosis and treatment. Doctor Vrzal is good at what he does but there is alot of issues with how the office is run. It typically takes an hour to see the doctor after the scheduled appointment time. This happens consistently. On multiple occasions I have driven 3 hours round trip from my home for appointments that have been overbooked or they say its not in the system. The time with the doctor is typically 10 minutes. It's $100 to see the doctor and insurance is not accepted - supplements are at an additional charge. The receptionists make patients feel unimportant as if they are lucky to be in the office. There are too many things annoying about this office that make it not worth the trouble. read more

Dr. Vrzal gave me my life back. I was painfully suffering for 1-1/2 years, constantly seeing doctors, trips to ER, numerous types of specialist and doctors; no one could pinpoint or cure me. I tried outside the box like acupuncture, meditation, and as my case became unanswered doctors placed me on disability because I could not work due to this mysterious illness and severity. My symptoms during this 1-1:2 years to name a few: a fatigue that is indescribably debilitating, peaks of severe anxiety, overall felt ill & drained, and a mystery burning, painful, red rash around my eyes and one or both eyes would swell sometimes all the way shut making me look beaten. I had high hopes coming in to see Dr. Vrzal. I was leery of his technique, as a healthcare provider myself, but was trying to be open minded. I was taken back by his staff and the Dr. not wearing masks during the Covid pandemic, not washing their hands in between patients, and not disinfecting surfaces. When asked why they are not upholding the state policy, his response " My immune system, and that of my staff is on point, no need" as if he is above corona. That alone was arrogant and unprofessional. Not taking into consideration the patients coming into your office that are immune compromised. No one is above this virus. Second, my daughter who was experiencing severe twitches, was told it was due to a parasite and if we take this magic supplement she will be cured. $300 later and 4 weeks in, my daughter's symptoms were worse. We came back for our prepaid follow up (which mind you was not explained that they automatically charge you for the follow up) all of a sudden the diagnosis changed to "It must be a virus" and she will need to take a different $80 supplement to try, like we all have money to burn. He then proceeded to do "muscle testing" to find the cause, that for whatever reason meant he had to touch her in sensitive areas. How touching the inner thigh multiple times without asking, stating he needed to check her uterus, plays into the apparent virus, made no sense. No man should ever touch a teenage girl in a private area without her consent. I am sure he was thinking clinically, and did not have ill intention, but if you have a patient who is clearly stating she is uncomfortable because of where you are touching, it is medically ethical to explain what you are doing, and ask for consent before touching her thigh, embracing her back, and touching her chest. Dr. V is an arrogant, unethical practioner. I hope that he takes this into consideration with future patients, that regardless of your clinical method; a doctor should ALWAYS ask for consent. Dr. Raihan is a miracle worker! I went in for horrible sciatica. I could not feel my left leg. He said my adrenal gland was not working properly.
