I've consistently had great experiences parking at this lot. The team here is super kind, and they absolutely mean business when they say shuttles are on demand. After parking, there is usually a shuttle bus ready to bring me to the terminal within a minute. The speed of the shuttle and security of the parking make it well worth the value. This is a close location with excellent service. A downside is that if you park outside, you may get thousands of small nasty jet exhaust spots on the top of your car. These residue spots left on my car are always VERY difficult to remove--they don't wash off easily. (For $9/day extra, you can park in the garage, to avoid this hazard, if you have unlimited funds). Now that Lot A is closed and Lot C is always full, parking at BUR has gotten so expensive that sometimes parking costs more than the flight does. read more

Parked our truck here for a week after our catalytic converter's were stolen and replaced as we felt this was the most secure place for it while we were in town. Easy in, and convenient location. The person at the entrance was very helpful and friendly. They even had a shuttle waiting for me by the time I parked and came down the stairs, however I had a ride and did not need it. I parked on the roof by the security camera, but the inside spaces were awesome. They were large with lots of room in between them. They also had pads between each space so your doors would not get dinged which was nice. Upon exit the employee was also very friendly. Paid with a card and there was an option to add a tip at that point. I highly recommend this location. Rooftop parking was $21 a day which I thought was reasonable for what you got. read more

This is a seriously first-rate operation they've got going here. VSP is: 1. Cheaper than the airport's long-term parking (with the exception of Lot A, which appears to be closed for now): $23/day max for rooftop parking. Pricey for weeks, but for a few days, it beats Uber and Lyft. 2. Running shuttles every 3 minutes. Literally. Who does that? Not a damn soul except for VSP. 3. Pleasant, professional and efficient, from the guys checking you in and out to the shuttle drivers. Exhibit A: On our return trip, as our full shuttle pulled away from the pick-up zone, there were two more travelers running to catch it. The driver saw them in his mirror, stopped and hopped off long enough to let them know that another shuttle would be there to get them in a couple minutes. Ever see that at LAX? Me neither. 4. Clean and secure, whether you're in the garage or on the roof (didn't get a look at the surface lot, but betting it's the same). 5. One of the few businesses in LA that still takes cash! (As well as plastic, of course.) If I could fly out of Burbank every time, I would, and VSP is a big reason why. Keep up the great work y'all! read more

Excellent... Read other reviews; they nail it. I've been using this handy place for about 10 years+ now and am so grateful they survived through the pandemic. (My dad's electronic engineering company servicing the gov't went under bcz of..) They WILL WAIT for all delayed fl8ghts to get in before they close!!!!( #phew ) Just make sure you have some cash on you to tip the speedy bus drivers who bring you to the airport 5 minutes away. Such a godsend in my travels from and back to Burbank; love this place. read more

PARK HERE. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Bob Hope's parking was completely full, so we tried VSP. I don't want to park anywhere else going forward. WHY? Super-fast shuttle immediately picked us up and delivered us to the airport. Our flight was delayed and got back into Burbank super late. Guess who was there to collect us minutes later? VSP. When my Tesla's battery decided to die ( out of nowhere) and it was the middle of the night the team on staff were super kind, accommodating, and did NOT rush us. I was traveling with two small children, and they made the terrible situation less stressful. Warning! This business is not open 24/7, and no one tells you that. I parked there the other day, I made it very clear that I had no experience with their parking lot before. The guy assured me that everything would be fine, and told me where to catch their shuttle upon my return. He made no mention of the fact that they close at 11 at night, so when my flight got in at 1:30 in the morning and I went to retrieve my car, I was stranded in Burbank. Their customer service representative was disinterested, unapologetic, and sarcastic when I return to pick up my car the next day. The only thing he said was, it's posted on the signs, you should have read them. What jerks. I will never be returning. read more

Burbank airport parking scammed me and I swore I'd never do that again, but uber is so expensive. I decided to try VSP and I was very impressed. It was easy, felt safe, and the shuttle was waiting on us when we parked. The ride is less than 5 minutes from the lot to to the terminal, the drivers were especially nice, and our return trip was equally fast, smooth and pleasant. VSP was the cheapest place to park during COVID if you are flying out of Burbank. $16 a day for roof top parking. If you park on the roof, you either carry your bags down the stairs or leave them on the ground level. They have a shuttle that runs constantly. We never waited for a shuttle, there was one always waiting for us. Located right across the street from BUR. Entrance in to the lot is on one side. I missed it the first lap. I really enjoyed parking at VSP and I always use VSP when I park at Burbank airport. Most recently, I was off to Las Vegas for a few days. I selected and made a reservation for covered parking (all online) and pre-paid for my parking. I dropped off my luggage and parked my car. The indoor parking is great as they have cushion dividers between each parking space to avoid any door dings. I was also able to locate a coupon online that saved me a few dollars a day. Shortly after I parked, the shuttle arrived to take me to the terminal (shuttle runs every 3-5 min). When I returned, the shuttle was waiting and took we right back to my car. Overall a very painless experience. I will always use VSP at Burbank airport. read more

I parked here over the Thanksgiving holiday. They were cheaper than an Uber ride to and from the Burbank airport . The people there were so nice they took care of my bag got it in-and-out of the car for me. I parked in the covered padded parking, so my car was safe and secure. its 7AM, running late for my flight, pulling up to Burbank airport. Debating using one of the airport lots and hoping for the best when I see the VSP entrance. Pull in and tell the guy i'm running late and I need to get to the gate ASAP. He tells me go ahead and park and a shuttle will be there to take me right away. Before I can get my bags out there is a shuttle right behind me, door open, ready to go. We make it to the airport, make the flight and VSP saved the day. read more

Flew to NY from Burbank airport recently (so much easier than dealing with LAX), and the same holds true of this place, VSP Parking... it's amazingly easy. It's directly across from the airport. There's plenty of parking, and they have a shuttle service that picks you up right where you park the car !! It just doesn't get any easier. I was so spoiled by how they dealt with us at their location that when they didn't just drop us by the Jet Blue doors to the building, I was stunned. What do you mean, I have to walk a little bit? LOL They have a place where they drop off and pick up on a little island, but I was expecting door-to-door service. Honestly, I didn't mind. Everything is so easy and close by, it really didn't matter. I do recommend making a reservation. We went during an "off" time, but you just never know, and by having a reservation, you will be assured of a spot. They also have frequent promotions, so when making a reservation, you can check out if there are any available promotions. Lastly, they give options for parking indoors or outdoors. read more

When I travel out of or into the Burbank airport - I park my car here. It is fast and easy to park myself and have an efficient army of workers help me with luggage. I also love that they have dividers in between cars to protect from door dings, and I find that their parking stalls are decent size. Whenever I return back to Burbank - I usually see one of their vans parked and waiting to shuttle me back to my car. Whole experience is efficient, courteous and quick. That said - to park inside their garage - it is not cheap and I haven't discovered any discounts (e.g. AAA, AARP, etc). Bottom line - love them but they aren't inexpensive. read more

This place provides the best service of the most any business I know. I have been coming here for years. Always courteous, customer oriented and friendly. They have positive attitudes, are professional, help you with bags. I dont know what their hiring process is, but if businesses could recruit employees like this, you would never want for customers. I think it is a bit odd to write a yelp review for parking, but this place is so wonderful, I can't resist! First of all, it is much cheaper than parking at Burbank airport--a win right off the bat. When we entered, a gentleman gave us our ticket and told us where to park. My husband commented that he was the most friendly parking attendant he had ever encountered. The white van followed us to our spot and therefore we hopped right in and arrived at the airport within a few minutes. The driver was very friendly and gave us very clear instructions on where to be picked up after our trip. Upon our arrival home, as we walked to the pickup location, we saw the VSP van leaving. We thought that was unfortunate but barely put our luggage down before another arrived immediately afterwards. We waited less than 3 minutes to be picked up. That driver was also very nice and both vans had a bin of candy, which is always a plus. When it comes to parking, we are used to dealing with bored zombies who hate their job. VSP must treat their employees really well because everyone we encountered seemed to love working there. We will definitely be using VSP whenever flying out of Burbank and would highly recommend parking here. read more

This place is close to the airport and the staff is professional but be aware that they have had two price increases since COVID and the lowest price for outdoor parking is now $20 a day. So it cost $63 for me to park there from Saturday morning until Monday evening. At that price it is cheaper for me, as a local, to take Uber. Bottom line they are a professional operation but the price is now usurious too me. read more
