I often travel with my Mom through a group on amazing day vacations. This is the bus service that drives us. All over California. The seats are very comfortable and the drivers are always very nice and friendly. I was especially impressed in San Francisco. This transportation company is the best we have found in the 30+ years of travel. The high quality of service they provide cannot be beat, even at twice the price other transportation companies charge. We have exclusively used Luxury Systems for the many trips we have taken over the past three years going to and from Sacramento and San Francisco Airports and have had an outstanding experience each time. They are always on time, provide any drinks or snacks you would like and the drivers never complain about swinging through an In-N-Out Burger place on our way home. When we came home from Ireland, we were both exhausted and slept the entire time from SFO to El Dorado Hills. The drivers know when to engage in conversation or let you kick back and enjoy the ride. Parking is so expensive at the airports, it really doesn't pay to drive yourself anymore. You will not be disappointed for giving Luxury Systems a try!! Beautiful shiny BMW picked me up at my door right on time. Morning pick up? they bring you a drink of your choice from Starbucks...cup wrapped in a white linen napkin! no joke! Had a lottery ticket...snacks...and a driver dressed to the 'nines who was so personable and professional. Was waiting for me with a sign with my name on it when I returned 5 days later. We decided to use a driver for our son's senior ball. His girlfriend's parents also decided to use a driver for her senior ball. Each driver was wonderful, so courteous and respectful to our teenagers. The drivers arrived with chilled sparkling cider and snacks in the back, arrived on time and got our kids home safely. I had several emails back and forth ensuring they could provide the service we requested and they delivered. We had Shaundell as our driver both times and he was amazing. Exceptional service from this company! My friends and I had a flight out of San Francisco and live in the Sacramento area. We didn't want to hassle with driving to and from the airport or inconveniencing anyone in driving us. This driving service was not only affordable, it was the cheapest in town with outstanding service! Our driver called me the day before my flight and recommended we leave an hour earlier due to a Giants playoff game going on during the time we would be driving through. We left an hour earlier and arrived at the airport on time thanks to the driver's planning. He provided champagne at no extra cost and accommodated our every need including temperature, music, and even a potty break! My friends and I flew out of the country and I ensured the driver would be at SFO to pick us up upon our return. I told him we would have limited communication while we were gone and he told me not to worry as he would check our flight status prior to our departure. Our driver was waiting for us after customs without any issues. He actually arrived when our flight arrived rather than waiting until he thought we would clear customs and baggage claim to ensure we weren't waiting for him. On our drive home, he even provided us with sangria because we were talking about it on the trip to the airport over a week prior! He really listens to his customers' requests and makes every attempt to make sure our ride is as comfortable as possible! We also stopped to grab a burger on the way home. No complaints or gripes from the driver even though it was 11pm. He made us feel so comfortable and seemed happy to take us wherever we wanted. He was also a great conversationalist! If I could, I would give this review 10 stars! I will definitely be using this company in the future for trips to the airport, wine tasting and whatever other times I may need a driver. Five stars all the way and boy do they deserve it! We had been planning a family cruise to Alaska for over a year, and with an very early morning flight departure I decided to explore different modes of transportation to get us to the airport. I assumed that a service on the level of what Luxury systems provides would be out of our price range, and for the most part it was, that is until I ran across Luxury Systems. This is not just a shuttle service, Shaundell the owner treats all his clients like they are his top priority. They provided us with a fantastic variety of high end and healthy beverage options and snacks, offered multiple entertainment options for our kids on the ride to the airport and the vehicle was in top shape, clean and comfortable. The communication was top notch, especially on our return flight from Seattle. We experienced a delay due to some mechanical issues with our plan. Shaundell was on top of the situation every step of the way, tracking the progress of our flight and even though we arrived home several hours later than expected, he was there to greet us with a smile. On top of all that he is a super nice guy and I am already looking forward to the next time we will be able to book an event with his service. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this company, book with confidence knowing that whatever service they will be providing you will be done with the utmost professionalism at a very fair price. Great service! I called Luxury Systems at the last minute and they were able to pick up my daughter and friends for a wonderful prom night excursion! Shaundell arrived precisely on schedule and was extremely professional with champagne glasses, sparkling cider and an aux cord so they could play their own music for the drive. He then took them to a couple of places of their choice for additional photo opps! He knew I worry about my kids, so he texted me once they were dropped off and then again on his way to pick them up. Very classy and considerate! Due to on and off showers, he had to wash the vehicle several times to keep it looking beautiful.
