Plov was really delectable, tender shredded meat over comforting, delicately seasoned rice. I loved the little hard boiled egg. For me the highlight was Kavuna Lagman. I'm a noodle person and this dish checked all the boxes, plus topped with thin strips of fried egg! Of everything we tried the only miss was the Shurpa soup, which contained huge chunks of pot roast style meat that was tough and chewy although the broth was delicious.
