I loved being able to donate 5 old shirts and get $25 off. Amazing concept to prevent waste. Unfortunately, they switched up the Re-Spun program. Now you have to pay $22 to fill a bag of clothes to get a $40 code (so you basically get $18 only) that you're not able to reuse if your item doesn't fit and you need to exchange or return it. I had an interaction with a super rude Berkeley sales associate who hadn't even heard of Re-Spun...really?!! Why work for a company whose recycling program you don't understand? Kinda sad.
