Now you have to pay $22 to fill a bag of clothes to get a $40 code (so you basically get $18 only) that you're not able to reuse if your item doesn't fit and you need to exchange or return it. I had an interaction with a super rude Berkeley sales associate who hadn't even heard of Re-Spun...really?!! Why work for a company whose recycling program you don't understand? Kinda sad.

Even though I came into the store knowing what I wanted, Khalid helped me figure out what size actually fit me (medium over size large) and helped me to locate the hooded version that was behind hidden some vests.
