After all these years, they are just as professional as they were when I first started going. They're always on time, their standards have remained high, and the quality of their work has never gotten sloppy or gone downhill. That says a lot about a business, especially after 12 years. Inflated Pricing, Poor Haircut, and Zero Accountability…read more I came in for a haircut and a single-process color and was significantly overcharged. After getting home, I reviewed the pricing on your website and realized the charges did not align with your posted rates. I was charged $230 for color for a basic, all-over brown, single-process service. There was nothing corrective, custom, or advanced about it. Your website clearly lists full color at $150, making this an unjustified $80 upcharge. I was also charged $60 for a haircut that amounted to little more than a trim, despite your website listing haircuts at $55. Even worse, the haircut itself was poorly executed. The stylist did not use straight shears at all and relied exclusively on thinning shears at the ends, leaving my hair uneven, wispy, and visibly damaged. The result looks unprofessional and careless--my hair genuinely looked better before the appointment. I contacted the salon directly to give them the opportunity to address this privately and resolve the issue. They chose not to respond. That lack of professionalism and accountability is extremely concerning, especially given the clear discrepancy between the pricing charged and the pricing advertised. Between the inflated charges, the substandard quality of the work, and the complete lack of response, I was overcharged by $85 for a service that fell far below acceptable standards. This experience reflects deceptive pricing practices and a disregard for customer satisfaction. I would strongly caution others to verify pricing and think carefully before booking.

I came in 10 minutes later and upon walking in I was approached by the lady I spoke to on the phone, her name was My. She was the absolute sweetest lady ever! She took me into her chair and asked me what I wanted. I told her my hair was dead (I was previously blonde then went brunette and just got tired of my hair breaking from brushing my hair) I told her I wanted a medium length, straight blunt cut. She listened to my concerns and even had suggestions on how to take better care of my hair. She then washed my hair and started snipping away. She cut it medium length and last minute I wanted to cut it shoulder length LOL. I just wanted to start all over again as my hair grows pretty fast anyways. She was so sweet and didn't even mind that I wanted to cut more off last minute. When I tell you she took her time with my hair, she took her time! My was so easy to talk to that it felt like I knew her forever. I can honestly say that I'll be back to see her for all future hair cuts and trim touch-ups!
