Wow, I keep trying to like this place and am let down time and time again. So unfriendly, wasn't greeted when I walked in the door, sat for 30 minutes waiting even though I made an appointment. The lady made my nails so crooked so I corrected her until they were manageable. I'm sure they'll break they are paper thin. She left a huge clump of top coat on it and rushed me out of the door. This nail salon is terrible. Been here multiple times and the first time was horrible. Disrespectful and rude. I tried again to give them a second chance and that time was great, then my third time going there was terrible. Asked for acrylic and didn't even get tips put on but still paid the same price, scraped the inside of my nails and toes so much they bled. read more

They do a good job on nails, but the service is not good at all! I have gone here a couple times and both times my nails are bumpy and the nail techs are usually very aggressive with my hands. They don't even deserve 1 star. My daughter and her friends went in this week to get their nails done and what a shitty job they did...there is such a gap between the cuticule and the fake nail like the already need a rebase from a job just done! Not to mention that they didnt listen to what they how or what they wanted done. My girl said no matte, the lady repeated to her ok no matte...what did the tech do? freaking matte finish! I had been coming here for a while, loved it! But lately within a two week period I took my husband for his FIRST ever pedicure. They cut his toe which led to an infection and he didn't like the massage cause he didn't even get one. I got a pedicure as well at the same time. Both did the most expensive ones. So that was $100. I went the next day to get a rebase. $55. the next day the GEL polish was cracking and peeling so I went in and they fixed it. Two days later same problem on multiple nails so went back they fixed it again. At this point I have so many layers of this gel polish it's bad but I'm like ok whatever. Not a week later 3 nails break and color is peeling on all the nails. I go in and show them that say "you need a full set the nails under are old $55" I'm like NOOOO. The nail technician who did my rebase should have said I needed a new set THEN. Not a week later. So they charged me for the whole new set and since I had just spent a ton of money for horrible service I had to just get some shitty white tips. Lately it's just horrible and I will now not ever be going back!!! read more

HORRIBLE !!! Got my acrylic nails done here with the shellac gel polish paid $55 . I will never go back here for the fact that when it came time to take them off I soaked them for 45 mins and they would still not come off when I tried to get one nail off it also pulled off part of my real nail off. The only reason I'm writing this is because this has happen twice now. I came in with my husband to get a pedicure the Deluxe with a hot stone massage. The techs seemed more concerned in bullshitting with each other instead of paying attention to what they were doing. They scrubbed the top of both mine and my husbands feet for so long because the techs were just looking at each other talking that we both had red raw spots on the top of our feet. They traumatized me from ever wanting a hot stone massage ever again because 1) the stones were WAY too hot and 2) once again they were too busy talking to each other and my tech left her stone in one place for too long and burned me. I had to yelp in pain for her to get it to move. Then 2 days later I ended up getting and infected ingrown because of how they cut the side of my nail. I'm never going back there!!! read more

I will not be back to this establishment. It is rows and rows of workers that try to get you in and out to get paid and without the proper customer service. Getting your nails done is a luxury. It's something most of us could do at home without overspending. I went in to get pampered to only feel like I was unwelcome and to get one of the worst pedicures of my life. It made me think of a puppy mill, except with people. They used a sugar scrub on me, and the woman massaged so hard with the scrub that I almost started to bleed. My toe nails were all different shapes and she took no care or pride in her work. It felt very rushed and not at all a luxurious "spa" (hence the title of this establishment) experience. When I asked to break my hundred so I could pay and tip appropriately, the lady took her own tip from out of my change and then promptly walked away without saying a word. Needless to say this GROSSLY overpriced nail salon will not be getting a second visit. read more

Will not be returning. I went for a manicure and pedicure. I left with smudged, uneven nails, dry heals and polish all over my skin.

Right when I walked into the place the atmosphere seemed busy and not so welcoming. I paid for a pedicure and got the wimpiest massage of my life. If I'm paying for a pedicure I want to be taken care of and actually enjoy my time there. My girl rushed it so much that the people that were sitting down before me were still enjoying themselves while I was rushed into a manicure. I also thought a manicure was a massage but no apparently just paint my nails but I still had to pay for the manicure price. Very overpriced for their low quality! Got a full set of solar nails, they were uneven, and the acrylic was coming apart from the nail tip the next day, and 2 days later 2 nails broke. They would not stop asking if I wanted my eyebrows waxed, and even though there was only one other customer in the shop with 3 other workers walking around, the lady was very rushed and seemed to not care about individual quality. Definitely made a mistake of going here because my regular salon was closed for the day. Horrible service and environment! !!! read more

This nail place is great!...been going there almost 2 yrs and have never had a problem. Always get compliments and asked where I get my nails done. I say "Vv Nails". Would recommend them to a friend. Everyone is friendly and never pushy. Will continue to go!!! read more

Never coming back here again. I came in to get my nail fixed. I told him it was acrylic and powder. He said ok and told me to sit. He asked me what happened and I said I smashed my finger. Well I told him my finger was sore and asked if we can soak off the nail. He said no. He pried the nail off, making my bleed and my finger sore. Then he went to just put clear powder and paint silver glitter on. I said that doesn't match the other nails. His excuse was "sorry no english". My nail is very uneven. I asked if he could make it match my other nails and he got very irritated and started telling me that this was my fault cause I didn't tell him what I wanted done. He refused to correct my nail. Now I'm leaving very unhappy and I will be complaining. NEVER RETURNING. read more
