I went in as a treat I received for Mother's Day and shouldn't have wasted my time. I've been there before and haven't had such bad service. The male tech with a partial coy (?) tattoo on his right arm did my gel nails. It started with cold water in the manicure bowl, followed by a poorly executed cuticle removal. I might add that the place was coated in dust and his station was filthy. Not everyone's, but his especially. The file he used on me looked used and had nail dust in it still. (In the back.) He proceeded to gossip and point to me and the tech behind me who had just quit and was packing up her station. They are clearly having major staffing issues. The staff were super gossipy and on their cell phones. (At one point during my service, they took a woman into a storage closet to wax her. What the heck?) The hand towel he used on me was way too hot. It wound up making one hand matte finish because it was so hot. Someone said they have been having an issue with their new top coat doing that. So the lady told him to redo it, which he bitched about, saying that I didn't cooperate and wasted his time. He had me drying in the hot light the ENTIRE time. I'm used to 30 second zap with gel and a pro light. I've been using gel since Gelish Harmony first came out with it. Anyone who has had glitter gel knows that it gets uncomfortably hot when you zap it over and over. He kept nudging and saying "more dry, more dry." And I politely obeyed. Needless to say I walked out with out a tip. As a hard worker myself, I have NEVER done that. I was appalled by his brute, ballsy, and bully behavior. I felt demeaned and used. I was in there for relaxation and renewing. What a shame. read more

I went back to have them repaired and they said they didn't recognize the nail polish color so couldn't repair them for me. They wanted to charge me for an entire new set two days later! Made appointments for a group of people for 2:00 o'clock and did not even sit down until 2:45, not to mention sitting in the pedicure chair for an additional 25 minutes before being greeted. The gal that did my pedicure had absolutely zero customer service skills and seemed annoyed of that fact that she was doing my nails. My foot scrub lasted a whole 10 seconds and my "massage" was far below average. I sat in this salon for an entire 2 hours for 1 25 minute pedicure. Stay away! In spite of repeated requests to not file or grind my nail bed, they did it anyway. In an effort to correct the increasing paper thinness of my nails they suggested gels. First of all, I did not see any sanitizing happening on anything between customers, that should have been happening regardless. My nail gal was terrible! The service has steadily been getting worse over the years. I got a mani/pedi and the water was so hot it scalded my foot when I went to put them in to soak. She barely spent anytime on my pedi & I had to explain multiple times I didn't want gel on my toes. My mani had cold water for the soak, she clipped my cuticles so carelessly she drew blood. Not sure if she sanitized the clippers afterwards! On top of that the gel job is awful and still kind of tacky on top. The language barrier was extremely limiting and as a second language learning myself I have much compassion & patience but if you are in customer service basic words and comprehension are necessary. She had no clue what I was saying. I hadn't gotten a mani/pedi in over a year so this was disappointing and worst $65 ever spent! Go somewhere else! read more

The most disappointing nail experience of my life. Got my nails done my Kimmi within 7 days 3 nails broke, I called the front desk and asked if I can come in the receptionist (older chubby Asian women) not the nice young Grl ... goes yes come in Friday I then ask her if it's going to be free of charge since my nail dip should last more than 7 days she proceeds to laugh in my face and say "yeah what ever she won't charge come in" so I go in after waiting 35 minutes for kimmi a kind young Grl comes over to me and says "kimmi isn't texting ya back so you may want to come back in an hour" so I leave I come back and kimmi takes me and painfully removes the rest of the dip left on my nails I then ask her to just do a solid color on the three broken ones because I felt bad because for some reason they make YOU feel like you were the one who did something wrong. She then puts umbre glitter on my nails which don't even match with the rest of my nails .. but again I let it slide. So she's all done and she has the nerve to tell me "$10" today I was so taken aback I then said absolutely not she went back and forth with me basically telling me the reason my nails broke were my fault because I like them thin blah blah long story short I left did not pay. I think this place thinks we owe them something and that's defiantly not the case. Never again. read more

The tech suggested I get coffin shape... when they rang it up I ended up paying $60 for a full set (price board says $40). I asked about the price and he said it costs more for longer nails.... if I'd known that, i wouldn't have gotten this shape... they're not even long. Came here with a friend yesterday (it's her regular spot) and decided to get filled while she got her mani/pedi. I couldn't be happier! My tech (John) gave me a selection of well over 100 gel polish colors. He trimmed, filled, shaped (almond), and polished my nails PERFECTLY. I was ecstatic that he actually gave me the length that I wanted, and didn't insist on making them super long like at the last place. No cuts, no scrapes, no over filing. Just beautiful nails. I was in Greeley for a business trip and wished I could take this salon home to Arizona with me! A young man named "Koko" did my nails. Although he seemed new to the salon he was very engaging to talk with. I don't get my nails done often and I don't usually like to talk during the process as I like to just relax and hang out. Koko did a nice job. Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because he dropped an instrument on the floor then merely rinsed it out in the draining foot bath. I would have preferred a clean one. He was clearly new and a little nervous so I let it go. I will likely be back in Greeley in September and I will definitely come back and look for Koko. I imagine he will be more confident by then. I went here for a pedicure today. They got me right in and that ended up being the highlight. I've been disappointed at other places but this one has been the biggest. He barely shortened the nails. The service was very lacking and the girl that worked on my feet and hands should learn to spend more time working on their client than watching the tv. Staff: 5 Stars The lady who did my nails did a fantastic job. She catered to my request to be very gentle with the drill. The end result was a very clean, uniform look, exactly what I was going for. Owner/Management: 0 Stars Unfortunately, what would have been a good experience quickly turned sour. There was one man in particular, who I assumed to be the owner, who checked everyone out. The total was $55.00 before tip. I handed him a $50 bill and a $20 bill. While I was putting my wallet back in my purse, I noticed the man hand my nail tech (who at that point was standing right there) $5.00. I immediately told the gentleman, I gave you $70, so shouldn't she get $15.00? He quickly responded and said that I only gave him $55. (which still doesn't make sense, how would she get $5 if the total was $55, and I gave you $55?) I assured him that I knew exactly what I gave him, as that was the only cash I had. I could still see both of my bills sitting in his deposit bag. It must be a regular occurrence there, because my nail tech didn't say a word, just went and sat back at her station. So I pointed out to them that I was being overcharged and they said that that was just what the price was and I had to pay that. My daughter and I have been here a few times before. The service has been okay but I always have to ask them to be gentler with my daughter. She is too polite. We went for pedis the day before a family trip to California. I needed some callouss removed. The man literally used what looked like a sandblaster and made 3 deep cuts in my right foot and 4 on my left. I don't know what prompted me to finish the pedi. I told him several times they hurt and he said that it was normal and he put some oil on it and it did for a bit. My feet were so painful that it ruined my trip to Disneyland as i had to cover my feet with bandaids and take Advil to make it through the day. We will never again go there. Worst pedi of my life. This WAS my go to place to get my nails done until yesterday. I had this older lady remove shellac from my real nails and she completely messed them up. I have never had anyone just grind away all the gel polish from my nails without using acetone. Now my nails are very weak and very rough like sand paper. I have never been so upset at an establishment, but I still paid and even tipped. The reason why I'm so upset is that management didn't even try to do anything about it. Thought I'd try a different salon today. Bad decision!! Worst pedicure I've ever received. No massage, to speak of (rubbed up and down the calf of my leg a couple of times - that was it). Extremely bad job of applying polish - my toenails look like a seven year old applied the polish. Put the polish on after applying lotion; also, didn't put any top coat, or clear polish on after the polish. Six hous later, the polish is already coming off. I come to see Lily all the time and she is the best at this place I think. Her manicures are amazing I have been coming to see her for over 2 years. She does the best flower designs, but has also done leopard print on my nails and feathers. Their schellac lasts about 2-3 weeks so it's pretty good. They have TERRIBLE customer service. Acetone really should not be left on the nail bed for more than a couple minutes. And the nail techs should know that. They ignore you and lie to your face. When they say it will be two more minutes with the acetone. I'm still waiting.... I went in for ONE nail repair. Go anywhere else, but here. They didn't repair my broken nail, they just repainted it. Letting customers soak their nails in acetone for 30 minutes, lying every time to their face how much longer, it's unprofessional. It's not okay. This is the first nail place I went to after moving to Greeley. I have tried another in town, and am forever loyal to this place. They used to be called Eden, but I believe they sold that operation and moved to the east side of Greeley. PROS: Nearly every employee has worked on my nails at one time or another. They all do a great job. Some are better at designs than others, but all will work to get you what you want, even if that means asking another worker to help them. I usually pull up a picture from Pinterest and they make it happen for me. Each worker has a different style as far as massage and communication, so you may have to go a few times to find someone you vibe with. One time they recommended that I try gel nails, so I did, and I have gotten them every two weeks since then. I'm sure they would last another week, but my nails grow out fast and I get sick of seeing the same thing after awhile. They have lots of polishes to choose from. CONS: Sometimes they are really busy, mainly mid-day on weekends. If you call ahead, they will put you on the list or give you an outright appointment if you want to request a specific tech. If you go in right at 9 on Saturday, you'll probably have no problem. RECOMMENDATIONS: Ask for Tracey. She's awesome. read more
