The parking is decent, but it's kind hard to find. You're looking for a building jarred between to closed (gated) stores. They have a big black glass window and a HUGE air vent above the door. Pay it no mind, the food is good. I'll give it a bit before they restaurant in the back is free standing on it's own. You have to start somewhere. They are cash only from what I could tell, the young person at the counter wasn't too friendly kind all in their phone so I didn't ask about paying with cards. As for the food, they threw me for a loop! I really thought I had something over cooked, but honey when I tell you this salmon was gigantic and tender as homemade. and I mean I have a 45 minute drive home so it sat in the car for a bit, even after the reheat it was good. I got my mom the whiting platter and even she (my mother) didn't complain. Try them out, before they move on to bigger and better things.

Service: The manager, a short woman with long weave, wasn't very nice. We waited a while before we were served our overpriced drinks. Food: The fish tasted fishy and was fried too hard for me. They had a DJ. I didn't see a jukebox. They had a pool table in the back. Overall, it wasn't a memorable time, coupled with poor parking, I doubt I would go back.

After coming in, we found out that only the bottom level was open, which is a hookah lounge, not a club. After 5-10 minutes we asked an employee how to get to the other rooms and he told us the 2nd floor was booked for a private event, so we couldn't go. A manager told us they're playing "'Mexican Music" and that if we wanted to go to the second floor we'd have to pay another admission price in addition to the $20 we'd already paid each. Plus no reentry. Not sure why they have people paying full price for only the hookah lounge to be available, but I just know I will never be coming here again.

I don't advertise that I'm a Yelp reviewer because I want to avoid getting a different experience. SO The food was fabulous. I took a couple of my friends from out of town there for dinner one night. Well, one is from Pennsauken so I don't think that's super out of town. My other friend was from western Massachusetts. We ordered: Freshly Squeezed Lemonade with mint - very refreshing, not cloyingly sweet. Labneh with zatar and pomegranates. We almost licked the plate clean. This was a huge huge hit. Harira soup, also a huge hit. One of us got the lentil soup instead, which was also good, but the Harira was the star. We got a family sampler of hummus, baba ghanoug, tabbouleh, one other thing. It was very good, we were already starting to get full. Uh oh. Then to the entrees. One of us got the Tomato Kufta, the other got the Kufta with Tahini so we could compare. Both were great, I liked the tomato kufta slightly better. I can't remember what the third entree was, my guest was already so full he basically took it home, and told me later how it was good even a day later. Lastly, mint tea, Jordanian style, with a little jar of honey, and then baklava, which was great, not too sweet, crunchy and soft, just yum. Service was great, please see disclosure above, though. I doubt anyone else's experience would be different. The restaurant was warm and inviting in its' decor. We didn't go upstairs to the hookah lounge. Don't let the exterior fool you, inside it's comfy and welcoming. Parking...it's PHILLY. Street. If you can't parallel park your car in a spot 8" longer than it, take Uber, people. If I, who despises driving to the city, particularly sections that were built before cars existed, will do this, then you know it's a good place to eat. Also, I can get my car in a parallel spot 8" longer than my car. I am, after all, still a Philly girl, living in the 'burbs.
