I recently tried to cancel due to relocation and was told no, even though I can no longer realistically use the services. There is no clear or easy cancellation process, and you are basically stuck continuing to be charged whether you can use the service or not. It feels very misleading and honestly predatory. I've reached out multiple times and still have not been given a reasonable resolution. At this point, I feel like I'm being forced to pay for something I cannot use. It was a waste of time. They were both really professional and nice but I don't like when my time is wasted. So, my suggestion to you make sure that you call them, get the name of the person you spoke with, make sure they have all of your information and send you a confirmation email.
