They first said that housekeeping went in there, and then the manager said she went in there in consistency with story. I actually have her recorded admitting this. Then they accused me of yelling in their parking lot when I wasn't. They never confronted me about it until I actually went to go pay. Any issue that they had with me they never confronted me when the incident happened. Then they sent somebody to call in and try to kick me out of a room for something I wasn't even doing. I got the manager on audio recording admitting she was targeting me. When I asked what their deal was, they got very triggered when I asked them got very defensive with their tone. They allowed somebody to smoke in a room take their deposit, but they're going to kick me out for something similar when I wasn't even doing that. So unless you kiss the manager's ass, they're gonna treat you like shit. they also didn't give me my deposit back. In fact I'm actually gonna end up sueing this branch. The manager is very rude very unprofessional. She's very pretty and she acts like she runs everything and she knows everything when in reality she has a poor judge of character and she's just judgmental all around. Anybody that's a manager should not have these type of qualities of being judgmental. I came to this hotel thinking I was gonna be safer instead she made it more dangerous and hostile and painted it out like I was a problem when I'm an actual therapist trying to help people I think honestly the manager could benefit and the staff could benefit from therapy. The other extended stays have been great. This one is probably the worst one. This one needs brand new management and a makeover.

You know how when you check into a hotel and stay there for a few days, you notice things that…read moreeither delight you or you find disappointing. Unfortunately, this had a lot of small disappointments that added up to -I wouldn't stay here again. After being out a full day and coming back to our room, no one had serviced it. Evidently it's done every other day although this is not made very obvious. There's only one working elevator and the occupancy was very high, including a LOT of 10 year-old boys that like to run down the halls and play outside the window till 9:30 PM. There's only one trashcan, so either put it next to the coffee station or in the bathroom. Either way you're gonna be carrying discarded trash across the room. There's no provision for recycling. There's no luggage rack so one person has a nice place to put their suitcase but the second person would have to either put it on the sofa or the desk -which defeats the purpose of having a sofa or a desk. There's no hand or body lotion. The room refrigerator does not have a freezer so we could not refreeze our traveling ice packs. The towel rack is inside the shower, which I find weird. There's one hook on the back of the door so it's not easy to hang up too damp towels if you're there with your partner. I was unable to use the TV to check out and review my account. It said the feature wasn't working. No surprise. Breakfast on Monday was different and better relatively than the weekend. The oatmeal was thickest I've ever seen. I'm not sure what they use for eggs but the Greek yogurt and fruit was nice. On the upside, they waived the $14 daily parking fee (which seems ridiculous that they would even charge in the first place) & the shower pressure is fantastic. We did walk to a Mongolian stirfry place, which was very good, but this is not a pedestrian friendly area. We had to cross two freeway on ramps, which was scary. There are too many options to be OK with a hotel that is not customer oriented, but rather making it as economical for the business as possible.

I ended up doing both just in case. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I had a King bed room located on the third floor. Floor was up to date and clean. King bed room has a mini fridge, sink, coffee/tea maker, and couch. I did notice and was little disappointed that there wasn't a safe located in the room (unless I missed it but I looked). Hotel has a pool, fitness room, bar, restaurant and breakfast is served Monday through Friday 6:30am to 9am (unsure of weekend breakfast since my stay was during the week). I used the fitness room. It is small and mostly cardio equipment. There are dumbbells in there but not much room to be able to lift if other people are working out too. I was pleasantly surprised to see a Peloton in there. Fitness room has towels and individually packaged headphones. Overall I was happy with my stay. My only complaint is the mini fridge in the room barely got cold to keep food. I was here for a week for a work trip so frequently had leftovers. With the fridge not getting cold enough, I was skeptical on eating any of my leftovers. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Also, it should be noted housekeeping does not come everyday day but instead every second night. However you can still request extras of what you need (towels, coffee, tea, etc).

This past trip for a work event, was my 2nd experience here. The first time was maybe 15 yrs ago or so, when I brought my mom to their in-house Italian restaurant. For either a Mother's Day or Birthday lunch for her. For the dinning experience, I remember the food being really good. And for thos last work event experience, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Leading up to and throughout the event. Our room we had to get ready for our Gala didn't have AC for it was pretty warm with all of us trying to get ready. The dinner I had at the event (the beef course) was really good, and so was the salad beforehand, and the Pistachio dessert after. I do want note that teammate working the event as well, is highly allergic to nuts so they couldn't enjoy that part of theor meal.

I enjoyed my stay here due to the proximity of the freeway and the area I was working in. Parking was free and easy and breakfast was included. Of the breakfast included hotels I've stayed at I'd rate their breakfast a 4 out of 5 and service 5 out of 5. They had a good spread with oatmeal, yogurt, toppings for both, waffle maker, eggs and I believe they switched it up with the breakfast entrees each day. One day there were croissant sandwiches and the next bacon and sausage. There was an attendant that was there every morning and she was so nice and greeted everyone and was constantly checking and refilling items all morning. The room itself was great. I stayed in 203 which faced the front of the hotel and away from the freeway. I had no noise complaints, but I noticed that if people were talking loudly in the parking lot at night I could hear all of it and most times people were in the front of the hotel having short conversations but enough to where it was a little bothersome if I was trying to fall asleep. Another issue I encountered was the curtain didn't close all the way as far as blocking out light. At night, the lights from the parking lot would shoot through my window and the sheer curtain. I had an eye mask so that helped, but if you don't have one, get one. The shower was clean and the water pressure and temperature were perfect. The in room fridge has a slight odor but it didn't bother me much. I utilized the couch for relaxing and reading and organizing. I utilized the desk for working on my laptop and was able to log into my YouTube account via the TV and that helped me feel more relaxed and like I was at home. The bed was great, but I wish I could bring my pillow set-up from home. There was one stiffer/sturdier pillow and the rest were light and fluffy. I had no issues with sleep on the bed or with the pillows. Overall I had a great stay here and would stay again or recommend staying here. I'd probably try one of the rooms facing the freeway next time. There was an outdoor pool and a gym that I did not utilize and I want to say I read there was a laundry facility on site, but I did not physically go and see it.

This time, not so much. On the plus side, my room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. But... 1. Safety: There is no grab bar in the shower. That alone is a deal-breaker for me. 2. Basic Info for Guests: There is no printed information anywhere in the room with basic info. After searching in vain, I had to go down to reception (from the 5th floor in a very slow elevator) to find out where the ice machines are located. There is one, on the 4th floor. 3. Breakfast: There is a sign at reception listing Breakfast hours from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. I left the hotel at 6:30 on Saturday and 7:00 am on Sunday, and there was no sign of breakfast. I didn't expect much, but a cup of coffee and maybe some orange juice would have been nice. 4. Customer Service: The person who checked me in was fine, except she forgot to give me the wifi password, and after wandering around trying to find an ice machine, I couldn't face going back down to reception again to ask for one. When I got back from my event at 9:00 Saturday evening, exhausted and footsore, I stopped by the reception desk to tell the young man I was leaving early and needed to check out. He gave me a blank stare and said, "You don't need to do anything. Just drop your keys here on the way out." So I took the s-l-o-w elevator up to my 5th floor room, carrying my laptop, briefcase, etc., and my key wouldn't work. Back down to reception carrying all my stuff. "My keys aren't working," I said. He took my keys and did something and handed them back. "Sorry." When I left Sunday morning, I dropped my keys off at reception as instructed. I am writing this on Monday night, and I haven't received an invoice or a statement or anything that I can use to document this expense on my Schedule C. 5. Minor complaints: A. The power cord on the hair dryer was very short so the plug kept coming out of the wall as I attempted to dry my hair. B. The faucet on the sink was loose, and the water pressure was so low it was a trickle. I resorted to turning on the faucet in the bathtub/shower to get my face cloth wet enough to wash my face. C. There are no printed instructions explaining how the television works. I'm not an idiot, but I was tired and just wanted to find something to watch. It took a while to figure it out. I'm in this area once or twice a year for events, but I won't stay here again.
