Their customer service sucks. The lady with the gap teeth was awful. I sat at the speaker to place an order for about 20 minutes, the order taker claimed she couldn't hear me. Sge asked me to pull up, but there was another vehicle in front of mine. I finally had ti pull up and get out if my car, in the hot sun, to place the order. She had the nastiest attitude...telling me, "I told you to pull up!" She said she couldn't hear me and wrongly accused me of not being able to hear her either. I told her I could hear her loud and clearly. I also heard her get back on the intercom to take someone else's order, once I got out and came to the outside counter. She proceeded to mumble under her breath about she is glad they are about to have a shift change. All the while sighing as if she is so disgusted with me. No, I was totally disgusted with her loud, defensive and poor customer service. Ever so often, she would look over at me and giggle. Just ridiculous. Then when I finally got my order, I noticed that they had given me a 1/2 piece of fish. I got back out of my car, and fortunately there was another order taker at the window. She agreed that the fish should not have been cut in half and told me they would cook a couple more for me. Keep in mind, I have been here for over an hour, waiting on 6 wings & 1 piece of fish. The wings were all right. Just a little tough. Cpuld have been cooked harder. I got 2 new pieces of half cut fish and a free soda, for my time. The fish is just fried with no seasonings. The rude lady probably told the cook to do that on purpose. If I get sick tonight, I know it will be from here. So I loved the wings the day before so I went back the next day and entered drive thru no one responded to drive thru I drove forward and then I heard someone on the speaker so I signaled that I was driving around and then a guy with a bad attitude shouted towards my car were closed as I started to re enter the drive through. The food is good but there's 2 women in the store on 2/22/2018 and the day before that tried to charge me extra for Bourbon sauce and tried to charge me extra for making my wings extra. Doesn't look like much when you drive by. It's a small building in the parking lot of a shopping strip. I'm a truck driver so I don't get to stop at many places or get food I actually want but today I was craving wings. I always go for the little hole in the wall spots because they put more heart into the food than a big chain. This spot was so worth it. These are some of the best wings I've ever had. 2 stars and that's only because the customer service was fast and friendly. The woman who took my order got it right, but I don't know what the cook was doing!!!!! I ordered a 10pc wing (all drums), half plain and half honey bbq. I got the plain and what tasted like watery mild or buffalo sauce. Most importantly the chicken had NO SEASONING!!!! Oh My Goodness...I must tell you how awesome W K Wings was for me and my staff. On Sunday 04/29/18 I drove over to W K Wings to place and order for my then Managers Retirement that we were having on 4/30/18 which was a total of 300 wings. Needless to say I did wait until the last minute. But on that Sunday there was two young ladies working there and unfortunately I did not get there names, but she gave me the managers name which was Susan if I had any problems with picking up my order on Monday. They were AWESOME..... I can't express it enough. Ok so on Monday when I arrive I spoke with Uriah and Dontea'. When I tell you those young man were as AWESOME as the ladies the day before...Please continue to provide excellent customer service I LOVE IT. I love this round the way wing spot. I am a regular customer and my family and I have been eating here since I was a child. Today I bought a 50 piece family wings half medium sprinkled with lemon pepper and half lemon pepper all crispy, with fries, and it came with a gallon of sweet team. We also got the 20 piece chicken tenders. It was all so delicious and the honey mustard for the tenders is to die for, so good. The wings were fried to perfection and the sauce...ohhhh so yummy!!!
