They could not find anyone within 50 miles of us to work on it! They called Oaks and they came right away with a special tow truck for our 30 foot RV. Tony got her hooked up and took her away, 70 miles! Greg, such a friendly person and knowledgeable about what needed done, a new engine installed! They fixed it in less than 2 weeks, with a very reasonable cost, they could of really took us to the cleaners seeing no one else wanted to work on it. They were honest, friendly, and CLEAN.... not a trace of grease anywhere! Chris answered all my questions I had in a nice, happy you are here, way! They sure made new customers with us.     I am very disappointed on the fee that was quoted and the price they charged. they stated it is…read more$95 an hour (also minimum fee). we got our car stuck over the curb in the driveway and it took the driver less than an hour to get it back over the curb (with the use of my jack as well). The bill was $325.00. we called to ask why it was so high, they stated that it was more difficult than expected. NOT sure how difficulty has any to do with $95 an hour price quoted. also the dispatcher hung up on us after stating he had other calls to get without resolving the fee charge. CUSTOMER SERVICE and hidden fees is a reason I would NEVER recommend then to anyone and also advise everyone to call anyone but OAKS

    Purchased a 2018 Kia Optima demo which was on the showroom floor. Have never bought a dealer demo…read morebefore but thought the price was right, it looked fine and assumed who used it took care of it. A week or 2 later when I had time to detail it myself upon close inspection I found various light scratches. Also the leather interior were dirty with something. But what really annoyed me was finding loads of dog hair down in the rear seat. And when I was waxing it found that the dog loving salesperson who put the 3000 miles on it even felt the need to stick a dog decal, of which you could still see the outline, on the rear of the car.

Spoke with service center a few days before appointment to make sure tires were available and confirm drop off and pick up times. Service department left a message at 5:07pm Friday with no information. Could not get in touch with them until Saturday morning at 8:30. Notified my car was not only not done, but that it had never been started! They wanted to keep it through Monday because they got "behind" and did not have time to start work on my car. I had arranged someone to give me a ride to drop off and pick up my car, arranged to borrow a car on Friday, had an appointment and left the car for a day and a half and they did not even start working on it! I have been loyal to Baierl since buying my Sorento there in 2013 but I will never consider having service done there again or every buying another vehicle from any of their dealerships.

We showed up at 2PM to drop off our vehicle and they said they couldn't take us. They explained that whoever scheduled the appointment from the off shore scheduling service didn't look at their availability. So we wasted our time diving there and then back home. Booked an appointment with another service provider.

They misquoted me by $70 on services and added $80 in additional fees that should have been included in their quote. They did not provide me with the detailed analysis of the alignment and when requested the tech wasn't there and said it would be emailed -- I have not received it (it has only been a couple of hours). The tech pulled in as I was getting in my car and it was then I found out that they didn't do the full alignment because the back end bolt wouldn't come off easily enough. The printer doesn't work so they couldn't give me a print out. They should have 1) called me when they realized their quote was wrong so I could go elsewhere (I had a $200 quote from elsewhere) and 2) they should have let me know there was a problem in doing the alignment. We called to request a refund, but were told that has to come from corporate. So we called corporate and were disconnected. When calling back they did not answer their phone and we had to leave a message. As of now there is no response. I am disappointed in the additional $150 I had to pay and feel that I am due $100 since I could have had it done for less than $250 elsewhere. I am asking that they will do a free full alignment with print out of results once I get the back end unfrozen. I cannot get Cranberry Township store nor corporate to answer my concerns -- we were disconnected and no one has called us back.
