    Honestly no one likes to buy a car. Facts are facts with that one! This time I was amazed the seamless experience I had. Usually you end up all day at dealership I feel like in the past, this time though was an well oiled machine. Starting from meeting Rudy who was great, the trade in, and finally to the purchase. Everyone was very friendly. I'm so glad I chose Hyundai over going back to a Nissan dealership. Thank you for making this an easy process for us!!! Thank you I love the car!!! Rudy you were great, taking that extra time to show me all my new tech in the car really helped me out since a lot has changed since 2013!!!

    I came here on two separate occasions to help my neighbor purchase a new Elantra. We met with the saleman who went over the car with the both of us and then permitted us to test drive the car of choice. What has changed is that due to Co-Vid 19 the dealer is not permitted to ride with you when you take it for a test drive. After the ride we toured the service area and the waiting area which is set up for social distancing. Free WiFi is available throughout. She loved the car of choice but noticed there was a few grease stains on the fabric above the driver's side door. The salesman made an apt for her to return in 10 days to have them professionally removed. Pleased with this agreement she followed through with the sale and completed the appropriate paperwork. I followed her home in my car and then came over to look at her purchase. To our surprise it appeared that someone had tampered with those stains and left shredded fabric in its place. We contacted the dealership about this matter and submitted pictures and were told that they would look at it when she brings the car in for the grease removal service. We had no idea who could have tampered with this car because I rode in the vehicle as a passenger as she test drove it. Neither of us had seen anything unusual in that area during the ride. This car does come with a 3 day return window which I suggested she take advantage of since the damage appears to be something that will not ever appear normal again unless they replace the section. Again, she was not given her copy of this agreement but she was able to get the dealer to email a copy of it to her. Time will tell what she decides to do with her purchase agreement since it is not my car. Parking is very limited at this place since it shares with Moon Mazda. The car itself is a nice vehicle loaded with many perks as well as free service for the first 3 years or 36,000 miles.

    Service Department won't pick up the phone, won't respond to an issue or complaint in followup to…read moreservice. Won't answer calls made by landline, cellphone, their own online chat window or email, all tried on the same weekday during regular open hours. ZERO RESPONSE to a serious safety issue. This is why I left Brewer services years ago, but the new faces and names are using the same policies and toolbox as the old ones. I'm sorry I gave them another chance. If they ever contact me, I'll update with what they were willing to do or make it right. If they can convince me of some integrity I might even delete the review. Edit: they eventually did call back. My wife took the car in to address the safety issues they failed to either own or remedy. Within 1 mile of leaving the service department, my wife driving noticed the hood of the car undulating at 40mph. She pulled over and discovered the hood only secondary latched and not closed all the way. After calling to report this, their rep called u and said "they were never under the hood" so if you you want a picture of what dealing with them will look like, this is it. I'm done with them.

The vehicle had just come in the day before. I had no problem with the price or the condition of the car. She informed me that the car needed to go through the shop for the 120-point inspection and that she would follow up with me the next day. The next day rolls around, and I don't hear a peep from her all day. I suddenly get a text from her saying the car was sold sight unseen. Here I thought I was first in line, ready to purchase this vehicle. She never mentioned to me that there was a "line" of people out the door, ready to buy this thing. The other buyer managed to skip the line and get ahead of me. This sounds like a totally unethical business that would allow such practices to go on at this dealership. No etiquette whatsoever.......a total waste of time. No wonder they only have a crappy 2.5-star review here on Yelp. Avoid this dealership like the plague, guys. ***Note, Update to Owners' reply" as of 5/18/26: That is absolutely NOT true. Total Lie. Tracey, the sales rep, did not offer me the opportunity to put down a deposit, nor did she say that was the procedure to lock down this car. She made it seem as if, it could not be sold to anyone until it passed the 120-point inspection, regardless!! Check the facts before responding to defend your dealership's image. I'm sure that is a very convenient option by giving false claims to better your review rating.

My…read moredad has bought a few cars from the CarSense in Cranberry and always had a great experience, so he recommended I check the Robinson location out since it's closer to me. First, their website is super easy to use to help you see their current inventory and search/filter by make, model, price, mileage, and even special features. If you create an account, you can also save cars and come back to review and compare them later. They had several hatchbacks in my price range available. I called a few days before I wanted to come to the dealership and spoke with Jaison, who was super friendly and easy to work with. He talked to me about what I was looking for and even sent me a video of one of the cars I was very interested in. When I came out to the dealership, I wanted to test drive some alternatives. Jaison had told me he wouldn't be there when I was planning to arrive, so I worked with Jon, who was also very nice. Jon gave me three cars to test drive, and I ended up going with a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic. It looks brand new and has under 20K miles on it. I'm an idiot and forgot my checkbook at home, but Jon let me fill out all of the paperwork so I would just need to come back in the morning with a check. It took under two hours to test drive and choose a car and do the paperwork, and then 15 minutes for me to get it from them this morning. A few things to keep in mind: 1) They do NOT haggle. It's not what they do, and they're literally not allowed to do it. This isn't a bargaining thing; they just don't do it. So be prepared to pay the exact sticker price. 2) Their financing is based on the vehicle that you choose, so you can't apply before you choose a car. I ended up getting financing elsewhere because I wanted to have a check with me before I went.

It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.

When I expressed my disappointment that I was straight up lied to, I walked out the door. My vehicle came here for a simple service job and came out of their garage broken, the service manager Ted and regional director Matt have no interest in fixing the problems their shop caused. Also when asked if they have cameras to prove their mechanic did not alter/damage anything else they said they weren't sure, coming from someone who works in the auto industry this place has by far the worst service department I've ever encountered. If you care about the hard earned money you spent to buy your car then don't waste your time here.
