But the tech that did my pedicure barely filed down the ridges on my toe nails. So you can see bumps on the toe polish. I showed her what nails I wanted which were an almond shape french tip but I had to ask her to fix the shape on almost every nail. She attempted to paint my nails but left visible streaks so I asked if she can fix it before painting more nails. She swapped techs midway so I feel bad for the other customer. The other customer even voiced out why switch midway. The new tech maybe the manager or owner who attempted to do french tips but left me with uneven lines, uneven product build, and air bubbles. Each nail is a different white line thickness. I voiced out can she fix it. The new tech just said, "that's the best I can do... everyone's nails are different... you're paying with groupon so what do you expect" Inside I was furious! Just because I used a groupon, does that mean I'll get a different result than a non-groupon customer? I tried to remain cool by tipping her well and thanked her and left. I will never return here. I never felt so ashamed for using groupon in my life. I should have saved the $60-$70 I spent here to go somewhere else that actually knows how to do french tips.

We went 3pm on Memorial day and we only had a slight wait. Solomon took care my my daughter's nails and Lisa did mine. My daughter picked one of the Cat Eye Magnetic Gel Polish design and was notified it was an additional $10.00. She opted out.. For the pedicures, they do use disposable liners. Because they were now running late because of that customer, the owne did my feet. I swear, her hands were lightning because in 15 minutes she was done and even fit in a under feet scrub, leg scrub and a massage which felt amazing. Then, Mary did my gel nails and she was very sweet and very thorough. She also gave me a back and neck massage which I needed more than I realized. Decor is less than desirable and dilapidated but hey, it's clean, they do a good job and they're really nice unlike a lot of other spits I've been to. I also witnessed a customer who received a pedi who came back after she put shoes in and ruined it and they fixed it for her FOR FREE even though the customer insisted on paying -- now THAT'S customer service. Recommend getting the 10 day OPI polish, it's only $2 more and your pedi will last that kich longer. Park on the side streets if you can but beware streets are narrow and busy. Also, if you come with boys, send them next door to the barber shop while you get your nails did. Robert and his brother are amazing.
