This place is cool! They have such a random assort of things. The hair accessories is so nice! and so diverse. They have so so many other things such as religious figures, plushies, kids toys, statues, a lot of jewelry!, jade jewelry, crystals, and so much more. extremely underrated store in sacramento. a lot of people in the comments were talking about the staff. but with my experience with the staff was great! they were very helpful ! and would ask if we needed any help with anything. people said they felt followed but the store is a little bit on the smaller side. the cashier and everyone was great and sweet! The name of this business is really WS Hair Accessories. But it's a lot more than stuff for hair! This place is literally jam packed with merchandise at every millimeter. Not only do they sell hair clips, but the blingiest of jewelry, children's toys, nick knacks, specialty women's clothing from Mandarin style outfits, evening gowns & fancy dresses, to belly dancing outfits, and some more casual clothing. Sizes can be limited though, so you may be disappointed if you find something you like that wasn't in your size. I've come here on numerous occasions and have always been helped by a very nice man that tries his best to find whatever you're looking for. This store is not easy to maneuver through because of the abundance of merchandise, but the clerk knows how to get from one end of the store to the other pretty fast! Probably trying to help as many customers as possible and still keep an eye out for any potential shop lifters. I love browsing down the jewelry aisle. Everything is so eye catching and glittery! A girl can't go wrong with rhinestone earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings and hair ornaments! The prices aren't bad either! Recently I had come here to find an evening gown. While there were several that I liked, I narrowed it down to 2 dresses. Now this is where I must mention the downside of this place. If you want to try something on, you must go into a back stockroom that is so crowded with items that there is very little space for changing, let alone where to put my clothing and purse. I can't put anything on a dirty floor and there is no place to hang anything either! I ended up having to roll clothes up enough to set them in between some of their merchandise while I changed. Very uncomfortable to say the least! And since the dresses were a little too tight, I decided against trying on another size because having to change again was too excruciating to do all over! On the positive side, I was able to buy 2 pairs of pretty earrings, hair clips and a nice evening wrap of a net mesh decorated in sequins. Went into the shop to buy my toddler a toy car and came out mad as hell. The Mexican guy helped me and my son look for a toy car and when my son found one he liked, I went to pay for it at the counter. The old Asian lady rung us up and charged us for the car and I signed with my left hand since I had my toddler on my right arm. The old lady criticized me on my signature saying that it was not my signature. She had me sign again and again and guess what, my signature on both hands were the same because I scribble my signature. At that point when she continued to badger me about my signature, I said I want a refund. She said no refund and pointed at the receipt. I did not see a sign in the shop that said no refund. She also charged a convenience fee. I left the shop as well as the toy in the shop. At that point, I was furious. My son was irritable and the old lady saw that and instead of being sympathetic to my situation and seeing that I had my hands full, she pestered me about my signature on $16+ transaction. The items are incredibly overpriced. The toy car that I bought was $16-Amazon had something similar for less. They also charged $10 for a pop up toy that I was going to buy but decided against it because it was $5 on Amazon or less at the local auction. Beware of the old Asian lady--shes's rude and just nasty. I love me some WS Accessories. It's possibly my favorite store in that strip mall. Like the other reviewer said, it's called WS Hair Accessories for a reason... right when you walk in, you'll see a huge mound of them right near the register! Tons of hair accessories, lots of jewelry (including some blingtastic pagaent jewelry near the door), toys, home decor, fans, accessories, shoes, clothes, etc etc! The 2nd room is all clothes, mostly for women but also some childrens clothing. There's a good range of styles from cute club clothes to Chinese cheongsam to Quinceañera gowns... enough glitter and sequins to stun a magpie! The one thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is that the staff can be kind of clingy. Sometimes they just leave you alone to shop and sometimes they will follow you around the store. read more

I go here all the time to look around and shop. They have a lot of cute things. But there customer service is so ass. Their staff is rude and RACIST. Not to mention, when an older grandma lady tried to bargain for $5 down, after the mexican men worker said no, he went to his friend and told him and called her a "pendejo". Was referred to this little shop today to look for a traditional red Vietnamese Ao Dai. Unfortunately the only two that the shop had was not my size. I asked one of the hispanic staff if he had any other Ao Dai in a larger size for me to try on so I can have an idea of what size would fit me...by this time the female owner came & started talking about her outfits to me. The staff pulled an orange Ao Dai for me to try on, it fit nicely, but the pants didn't work out, (plus, I was in the market for a red Ao Dai)...after trying it on, I handed it back to the owner, she then started to scold at me, saying that I wasted her time by trying on her clothes & not buying it, she continued to rant and walk away waving her hand at me to go away...I just froze because I couldn't believe what I was hearing! -LOL, smfh #asianentrepreneurs read more

Great place to go to if you already know what you're looking for. The workers do tend to follow you around but they're just doing their job. And it's understandable since they have so much products & barely any cameras. Other than them following you around, they are actually helpful! Went in there today to find a hair pin for my sister because she needed a hair pin for a wedding as a bridesmaid and the owner lady is very rude and impatient and just have all the co-workers hovering over you the whole time. Really horrible customer service skills and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The hair pins are nice but the owner is a big no. I wouldn't even give it 1 star but I have to since i want to write a review. Would never walk back into this place. Save your 20 bucks and find a better place than this one. I also forgot to mention that while I was leaving the store the lady owner basically said that she had people coming in all the time to buy her stuff and she acted like she didn't need and value my business and I'm really offended by this and I could say I was really pissed off and mad that I could of been really immature about it and argue with her ignorant personality but I just hope that she really goes out of business and people really need to stop supporting these types of businesses with horrible customer services. Walked into this store after purchasing some baked goods across the parking lot at 85 degrees. Decided to stop by before leaving the shopping center. Walked around for a few minutes inside while being completely hovered over and followed by a male employee. I understand that because of the area they have to be careful about theft. However, my friend and I made our way through narrow aisles and when I found what I was looking for (hair chopsticks) they were located on a very low shelf and I had to kneel over to get to level with them. We found two other women employees blatantly staring at us two feet away as we were inspecting the chopsticks. I tried to make my way to another aisle to see if they had more chopsticks before being scolded at by one of the women, "EXCUSE ME. You need to tie those closed (pointing to our 85 degrees grocery bags) or leave them in the car." If that was a rule why didn't they tell us before entering? I'm sure she was uneasy about us because we had been crouching over, but if you don't like customers bent over then don't stock your items on the floor. These were the only words spoken to us they never asked once if we needed help or were looking for something in particular. Which, if she thinks I was stealing, is the proper way to customer service someone before just flat out saying I think you're stealing close your bags. So annoying and very very unprofessional and rude. Really wanted to find some cute hair accessories but I can find lots of other places to spend my hard earned money where staff will treat me with respect. read more

What is wrong with the Asian lady? She has a bad attitude toward her workers. The Spanish/Mexican guy helped me put my items on the counter while I told him I wanted to look around some more and I can hear the woman scolding him while I'm browsing the store. I have no idea what is going on but all I can hear is her yelling at him,"How long have you worked here?! What did I tell you?" The guy is so kind and sweet the entire time and he helped me right when I walked in. While paying I decided to buy just two of the items instead of the three that was left on the counter because the woman sounds so rude. I feel bad for the worker. She needs to treat her workers with more respect and not embarrass them in front of customers like that. I walked out and yelled to the guy,"Thanks for your help!" I don't know if I want to support her business anymore after this encounter. I'd rather just give the guy the money and don't buy her overpriced crap anymore. I've been to this store a number of times for hair things for myself and my daughter and every time I go in, I always get followed as if I would actually steal something. The lady in the store who said she was the owner is ABSOLUTELY RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!! Can't say enough of it. She treats her son, her husband, and her customers like crap. I tried to ignore the rudeness and accept the fact that it's a cultural thing and that she just lacks customer service so I kept going back. I ended up buying their pageant crystal with pearl necklace set today because I was trying to amend the broken customer/owner relationship with her after expressing to her I didn't appreciate her opinions and customer service. It was a big mistake as they don't have a return or exchange policy. OMG, I knew the stuff I bought was cheap quality but didn't think it would not make it down the block. I work literally blocks from this place and the pearls from the earrings came off on my way back to work. I opened the box and found lose balls rolling around. The dollar store has even better quality stuff than this. My experience today was a totally disastrous and ridiculous! I found it more satisfying to laugh about it than to be mad about it. I will most likely never go back to that store again after. read more
