Out of all the WaBa Grills I've been to, this one is my favorite. Never have had a problem with my orders, always have all the condiments in stock (carrots jalapeños, onions, hot sauce, teriyaki sauce). It's also one of the cleanest I've seen too. Excited that this location has a drive thru but unfortunately the lady Karla working the window needs to work on her customer service. First she couldn't understand my order over the speaker she asked to drive up to the window and was rude and gave attitude when I corrected her. Very tasty rice bowl, although a little on the pricey side. They claim to use all organic, natural, and fresh ingredients. I don't know how true that is, but the food taste really good. Smaller portions but tastier than Ono Hawaiian and yoshinoya. read more

Fast, fresh, and always tasty! Great alternative to the surrounding fast food franchises. Here at least once a week and always consistent.

I love waba grill, it's fresh and healthy. The only tip I suggest for this location is that their avocado isn't beat up when they serve it. I ordered a chicken bowl for my boss and his avocado was beat up and he was a little upset since the price for it was like $1.15 so they might want to be careful about that some people have an issue with this. read more

Chicken/steak combo was good. Cooked well and not over-sauced. I like it with brown rice. Took out a star because the lid for the iced tea dispenser was left open... And it looked disgusting inside! When into this location for the first time and it was pretty good I don't feel like you get enough meat on their plates for the price but at the same time you get what you pay for sometimes you have to pay a little bit more for a good tasting meal the lady at the front was very helpful and very patient with me as I had questions about their menu and sizing of portions she was very friendly and energetic I know what time is working in fast-food can be very frustrating with customers asking stupid questions but she took on my stupid questions and help me out I really appreciate it thank you so much read more

Good location, I visit the drive thru frequently. This food is always consistent, I've never received a sloppy order.

Employees should not be allowed to eat food while preparing and serving the customers and their personal drinks (starbucks, fruit smoothies etc) should not be in view. Also, there was no hand washing while switching between food preparation and the handling of their personal food. read more

This facility it the most Disgusting Waba i have ever been in. We have a Rialto Coupon Book and this locations Coupon is in there for a free chicken Bowl when u buy a Plate. My family & I went there and we asked what plate was to be purchased for the coupon. The lady behind the counter was Extremely Rude, Disrespectful, Arrogant and all she did was lie the whole time. She stated that it wasn't their coupon and I showed it to her and with 1 excuse after another she had major attitude. She went as far as even saying that someone must had forged the owners signature. When i asked for the managers name she stated she was the Manager Michelle. When i asked for the owners info she said she didn't have it then said it was private. Yet again another lie. Come to find out that this Michelle is the owners daughter. I would be so embarrassed. This is the worst customer service and Waba Grill I have ever been in. Will not ever go back. This location gives Waba a Very Very Very BAD name. read more

Went through drive thru ordered, paid with credit card. Later discovered was over charged. Contacted manager she said owners policy is to come back with in 24 hours with receipt. She asked for items charged, total, order number. supplied all. Kept saying cant believe charged that, when items less. I suggested they need to look into over charges. Since this was second over charge in three days. First one, i didn't bother calling. Receipt not a problem, trying to get back within 24 hours was. She gave owners number, I called left message. Owner Lupe called, she starts off with scolding me. And basically saying if 2.00 is so important, I need to bring receipt in. I explained receipt not a problem. It's the 24 hours that is our beef! That and you need to investigate to see why so many over charges. As well as orders messed up. Both times, they didn't give drinks. Her answer was, then you should check your order before leaving. I also let her know that the cook older Hispanic man, was not wearing gloves when picking chicken up that he put on my bowl. She argued that to, saying her staff always wears gloves. Not this one lady! I almost cancelled my order. So this owner not only scolded me for complaining about being over charged. But called me a liar, about no gloves. Never apologized for all the mix ups in past orders, or the two over charges. Basically blamed us for not looking if over charged or given correct order at time. She continued to fast talk, saying she is busy and runs several business. Both my husband and I frowned at her lack of good customer service or understanding upset since we were the one wronged. All she cared about is her time, and to yelp at me for complaining about over charged and past complaints. As I told her how would she like it, if it was the employee short changing her. By charging to little to customer. She then offered to extend the time to Monday to get the over charge refunded. I said tue, as Monday can't. She said sarcastically oh so now tue. So my experience to rialto WABA GRILL has not be pleasant. From the day they opened to this last visit. They have got orders wrong, food has not been at its freshest. Or over charged. Only one time complained about wrong order. They apologized. Until today made official complaint as sick of being over charged. The owner is rude, don't care about her customers. She said she has great reviews and rarely complaints. Well lady, you just got one. And you also just lost a good customer. As my family or I will never dine in your restaurant again. She tried to offer a free meal. No thanks, after calling me a liar, insulting me the customer after I'm over charged. So my suggestion to customers is to one check your order and receipt. Or better don't give this egoistic owner your business with your hard earned money. Maybe then she will really look into seeing how this location is operated. And she will realize how important customers should be. Treated with respect! Oh and we took receipt back, they had charged for regular bowl but given child's bowl. So manager apologizes credited a child's bowl. Even though charges for reg one. Said she has to obey owners policy's. read more
