So the most amazing thing happened today. I came all the way here from Fresno and was looking forward to eating here all day however, when I showed up the day after Easter they were closed for remodel. I just want to say on a side note what a responsible thing that is for a business to utilize the holiday weekend to improve their business to better serve their customers. Well when I got to the front door, it was locked. I sat down at the bench in the shade to find another location to feed my soup dumpling desire when lo and behold the most amazing man named Tiger walked up. I shared my bench in the shade as we started casual conversation. Then to my surprise he was one of business owners. To my surprise he and Casey opened the door and made me the most amazing chili oil dumplings that I've ever had!!! Tiger. Stopped by on my way to an event. I needed something to go that was also healthy. From the outside, the place does not look very exciting. The inside is also plain, but clean. I was the only customer at the time and after looking at the menu, i asked the server if i could add pork to the vegetarian chow mein and he said yes. The food was delicious, a little salty for my taste, but so flavorful. It had so many different vegetables and the pork was perfectly cooked. If you drive past this place, give it a chance. So I love Asian food, and I am so happy we stumbled upon this place. We found it on Yelp, we were close by and just wanted to eat something fast. Let me tell you the food is full of flavor. I feel this would be more like granda cooking some Asian comfort food. The noodles were amazing, flavorful and not over cooked. The soup had a lot of flavor, that my husband finished it all (he's not a huge fan of Asian food). The service was really good, this place seems to be family owned and they are very attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place, its small clean and above all delicious. My dad lives in the north end of San Bernardino and we are always looking for good food to get when we visit. I got 3 dishes to share with my husband: scallion pancakes, chicken fried rice and vegetarian dan dan noodles. All 3 were very good, but we will try different dishes next time to try more of the menu. We ordered medium spicy and it had a pretty good kick, numbing our mouths. The food was okay. I ordered Shumai and 5 pieces cost $10. A better deal is the large shumai from China Republic in Rancho Cucamonga. You get 4 large pieces for $8. What needs improvement is the ambience and decor. I hope the owner reads this. You have potential to improve your restaurant. Upgrade the old tables and chairs. Add some wall art. Have the menu on your screens professionally designed. Fix the sideboards and flooring. I understand updating the old floor tile could be expensive but maybe do a polished concrete. Most importantly tell the person who owns the plaza you're in to repaint the building and clean up the area. It looks old, dirty and neglected. Me and my boyfriend went here for the first time today, and honestly I was a little hesitant at first since this place was in a corner of a not- so busy strip mall and a little sketch, but when we were greeted by the owner and tried out their food.. man something about the "don't judge a book by its cover" caught up to me! The soup dumplings were bigger than usual places, the soup in it was great and the meat was almost like a size of a meatball... it also came with some dumpling sauce and chili oil! We also got the Shu Mai and the Spicy Wonton Soup, both were pretty good at its price and it seemed pretty fresh as well. Since this location is close to CSUSB, the owner told my boyfriend that he has a "no tip" policy for students as a joke (since we're both students), and that seemed so considerate for broke college students like us, but it honestly made us want to tip him more haha.. Overall, this place is great! The owner seems to care a-lot about his customers and he asked us if we wanted to try the scallion pancakes a different way than usual. Great service the owners are sweet and nice. I came here with my fellow classmates its right by CSUSB about a 5 minute drive. My only complaint was that we were given all the food on plastic and foam plates and plastic utensils. They didn't have any regular plates and no working ac it was very hot while we were eating. Fresh to order. We had Soup dumplings A+ Chicken Chow Mein A++ BBQ Pork buns A+ Orange Chicken A+ And 3 drinks. All was under $45 total. Fed a family of 3 with leftovers. Everything was so tasty and fresh. One man show ,but he was kind and friendly. Only downside is we planned to eat in and it was pretty hot inside. So we ate at the tables on the patio. No biggie. I stumbled on this place for dinner and so glad that I did. Bo, who seems to run the place, greeted me as I entered in proclaimed. They have the best dumplings in town and they were pretty darn good as I had a combination plate of the pork and shrimp dumplings. I also had his appetizers, scallion, pancake, and cream cheese. Wontons both were very good. I enjoyed their food very much and the service was quick as he also went back and prepared the meal fresh and piping hot. The ambience of the restaurant is nothing to speak of. It just has a few tables and was pleasant enough. Glad I accidentally ran upon this hidden delight. They're open every day except Saturday. We called the store a man said dasher approved the chow mein as a sub for orange chicken as they were out of chicken for the day. It was 4pm. I haven't been her since 2019 because of Covid but recently had a chance to go back after my Thai place got a B grade. The service is impeccable. I was greeted by an older woman and man and they were so absolutely kind. They even gave me trail mix to snack on while I waited for my food. I got the green scallion pancake which was the best ever, Shanghai dumplings which were amazing (and is their most popular) and chili oil dumplings. Came to try this dumpling spot as soon as they opened on Sunday. I believe the owner was the only staff at the time I arrived & was very kind. He was very accommodating to my questions regarding the items on the menu and was very considerate and sweet when asking if i needed anything else such as condiments, chop sticks, etc. I personally prefer sichuan chili oil but isnt typically available at other restaurants. Fortunately, this place carries it & made my dine in experience more enjoyable! I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time although the restaurant seems to be popular among doordash and other online food delivery services. The portions of the dumplings and bao was better than I anticipated and was extremely tasty as well especially after a long morning. Customer service was amazing & sweet! We avoided this place because "Royal Dumpling House" sounds like NOTHING I want. However, the restaurant posted some pictures on their front windows of SUSHI. It turns out that the restaurant also serves sushi. I went in (but not very far because they have arranged tables and chairs to keep customers in the entryway because of COVID-19), where they took my order and had me wait. The food was good. If I want sushi, I generally go to Miyagi or Meiga, but this is in our hood, so it's handy. It's certainly better (but not as "affordable") than the stuff you find in the cold case at Stater Bros. If you get there and change your mind, go next door to Paco's Tacos and order the best garbage burrito in the city. (Don't forget the green sauce.) read more

Ordered to go. There presently isn't any option to dine in. Tried the Shanghai dumplings and the steamed BBQ pork buns. I shamelessly wolfed down the dumplings before taking a picture, but fellow yelpers have already done them justice. Delicious and juicy, each with a tiny bit of broth on the inside. The pork buns were spot on. I'm always in search of char siu bai that are a bit overstuffed in the Filipino style but with this particular flavor. The search continues, but this definitely scratches the itch as far as flavor is concerned. Though there is no room for foot traffic inside, the owners were very courteous and welcoming. I ordered the shrimp fried rice, and pork buns. Both were mid. I also ordered the beef noodle soup and it tasted like beach ocean water. Unfortunately we couldn't eat inside because of their current situation, so we ate at a table outside after ordering inside and paying. The gentleman who greeted us at the door and took our order was very kind, very welcoming, and had plenty of recommendations since it was our first visit. He's pretty great. It was Friday afternoon and they only make red bean paste on Fridays, so we got that and glad we did. So good. We liked everything we ordered. Let me begin by saying, if you're looking for a fancy restaurant, this ain't it. It's kinda located in a rough looking plaza, but they can cook some mean dumplings. The owners of this restaurant are so nice and they just are some of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. I ended order about a quarter of the menu because everything looked so good. I definitely want to try everything on the menu eventually. The dumplings were absolute heaven. There are things that small shops are able to do that places like Din Tai Fung could never replicate. Here, you can taste the authenticity and you can definitely tell they've been working on their craft for many years. I had the fried dumplings, soup dumplings and the xiao mai. My criteria for dumplings are based on these three items and Royal Dumpling House hit the nail on all three entrees. Everything is priced cheap but that don't mean it tasted cheap. Just about everything on the menu was 8.50 and the app section was 4.50 so you could get like 3 different items and potentially pay less than 20 dollars which is absolutely awesome. Going to big name restaurants are great but we've got to support the small guys too. read more
