Saw this restaurant had recently opened when I was leaving Walmart, so I went here for lunch with some co-workers last week. This restaurant is situated in a small building of attached restaurants, so it shares its parking with them. The place looked pretty clean. Either I stepped in something sticky or the floor was sticky. The table we all sat at was a little sticky from teriyaki sauce as well. I ordered the salmon vegetable bowl with brown rice and a small drink. I thought the food was pretty good. The portions seemed fair for the price. I like that you can order avocado as a topping. The food was amazing and prepared right when we got there for pick up. The customer service was excellent for them making sure we got everything we wanted without having to wait. For how big out ordered was it was gone very fast because of how great the food was. Everything was well organized and labeled for us to see what was what. I've never had chicken so dry in my life. The teriyaki sauce is beyond salty. There is absolutely no flavor in any of the food's here. If you love rice bowls with a sprinkle of meat, this is the WaBa place for you. Customer service is a joke cuz there ain't none. The portion of rice to meat is never consistent, if you order avocado with it, the avocado will be bigger than the meat portion. If you're already in the plaza go to Burger Boss instead. Food is pretty good here. You don't have a lot of options but they do a good job with the chicken and steak. Add a little extra teriyaki and hot sauce for an extra mouthful of flavor. The prices are ok. Sometimes they have good deals that makes this a great value. read more

20+ tables and only 2 were clean the rest had food , trash and sauce on the tables and floor. The restaurant was literally empty besides myself so idk why it was THAT DIRTY if it wasn't even busy? The food was good, but that's about it. I ate in, and highly recommend everyone not to. The staff are immature and rude. The kitchen staff were having loud conversations about "f*cking that b*tch" and cursing every other sentence. You can clearly hear the whole conversation in the dining room.  And they also had music playing off a cellphone or speaker or something in the kitchen, and you could clearly hear it in the dining room while you eat as well and it was annoying especially since not everyone listens to trash music. I've heard nothing but good things about this place, however my visit is way different. this place was SO dirty! The table looked like they have not been cleaned for a good hour or two. Dried up waba sauce, dirty napkins and forks. The floors were the same just dirty. we ordered our food (beef bowl, salmon bowl) we were number 70 about 8 people came in right after us and some how got there food quick super fast. I went up to ask what's taking so long and they told me the salmon takes awhile to cook. Now being a big fish eater salmon cooks very fast. First of one of the biggest wabas I've been too. Plenty of chairs and tables, but as far as customer service goes it was one of the worst. I've been to plenty of wabas and this has to be by far the worst staff!! The lady took forever to take my order and gave me a little attitude about it like she had better things to do than her job. On top of that I literally looked at my bowl sit on the counter after the cooks placed it there. Waiting patiently after a couple of minutes passes, she finally came back from where ever she was and added the sauce. With no one but myself it took about 20 mins for my order. Smh!! The food itself wasn't bad with the exception that they do put less meat and more rice compared to other waba grill places. read more

I usually never have any problems with this location but today I was quite disappointed. I decided to stop by and try the new family pack, I think it's actually a really good deal for 25$ with chicken and steak, but the veggies were actually really cold, I understand maybe it can be a busy day or something but there was 3 staff members so I'm not sure why they would still serve cold food. This place is the most unorganized place! I thought it would be better than going all the way down to Flame Broiler...I was wrong. Not only was it disorganized, but it was dirty. I ordered at 2:02 and it is now 2:30 and still no food. You would think a simple steak bowl would have taken about 5 minutes to make. Do not come here save yourself the trouble and pick a different place. I could have went to a nice restaurant and paid 11 dollars and had full service! I will make sure to tell friends and family to skip this place! It got to the point where I asked for a refund and the cashier said oh we called it out already! I told her I have been sitting for over a half an hour my number was not called and if you had called my number there would be a bowl on the counter. She offered no apology just a have a good day. I ordered a kids chicken bowl with white meat, and white rice. I waited a good 10 minutes for my to go order, even though everyone who ordered after me got their food way before I did. It was to go, so I did not check my order before I left. I guess that was a mistake. It was not white meat chicken. The rice was horrible. Dry, like it had been sitting for a very long time. Typically, I don't go to Waba Grill, but I was starving, and needed something on the blander side. I won't waste my time again, at least this location.
