Service is super friendly and a perfect spot for one, two or many. Bring the kids early for house made sodas and a game to play. The Bramblin Brown is naturally sweet but no sugar added. I tried the saison which is light and airy and never gets old. The hefe is different and the IPAs not my 'cup of tea' so to speak. Many choices on tap including a NA ipa So happy we tried Whackadoo.

Wonderful veteran owned brewery - Steve the owner is super kind and informative as well as appreciative of every single person that walks in the door. The craft beer is so tasty ($7.00 flat per beer) and they have 20 on tap. They have the coolest / largest flight available in CO called the Squadron and you get to try every beer on tap via this flight. Their swag is under priced if you ask me, and is very good quality. I purchased a zip-up hoodie for $45.00 printed on the front and back. The owner prices things based off of what he would want to pay vs what he can get. He offers mug memberships and food is included with those memberships. They are now serving food daily, and it looked great as others were being served (we ate beforehand.). I highly recommend trying this brewery out - I don't think you will regret it. . Two thumbs up, A++ * Returned the next day and purchased the $50.00 Squadron Flight! What an experience. Great beer, people clapped with encouragement, lol good times. The fried pickles were great too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Awesome place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Great casual brewery. Local and veteran-owned brewery with 20 brews on tap. There is always something new and fun! They have great events from live music to karaoke, free belly dancing lessons, and crochet club meetings. This place is like hanging out at your buddy's house. Join the mug club for extra beer and the opportunity to brew and name your own beer!!!!

Nice informal place. Friendly with a good assortment of 20 beers on tap and hard seltzer. The owner is a great guy and a veteran.

Both the strawberries and ricotta had a grainy texture and not much flavor. It didn't make it bad but certainly not what we were hoping for. The atmosphere and service were both good on the other hand. Naturally repurposing a church is always a cool idea and paid off. Additionally there is some nice outdoor seating with hanging lights which are always a nice addition. The decor was a bit minimalistic including the seating.

I ordered with the bartender behind the counter at Local Relic. After ordering my flight of 4 small tasters (maybe 3-4oz) at ~$10 I was invited to sit down at one of the tables inside where I was served cold water from my own carafe. I was presented with a menu curated by the the Carter Payne group but as only the appetizers were open to me at 3pm, nothing appeared tantalizing enough and at such an odd hour. Their brews are clean, but VERY experimental. For instance, the Rubbed Sage Saison was certainly true to its name but way to herbal for my taste. I even spied a Thai Tea Stout on their menu. Their IPA's were strangely earthy, but tasted clean at the very least. Although strange and unconventional, their ales at least consistently followed a very rustic, farmhouse trend. One small complaint -- I yearned for colder beers as my tasters were approaching ambient temps and did, therefore, lack that much yearned for crispness. Certainly a cool, unique setting to be sipping on some cold ones, without a doubt.

We went to Cerberus on a Friday afternoon. We've been going there for many years and love the food…read moreand beer. However, the past two times we have been there at the outside beer garden, we experienced the new ordering process and it sucks! You don't get a server. You have to order on an app and they bring your beer/food. If you have menu questions you have to go find someone. I went inside to ask a question and there where 3 servers standing around, maybe 3-4 tables with customers. WTH? If you're okay with no service outside, go for it. For me, it's only take out from now on. I go out to relax and have good service, which I've had before.

I ordered the Half Brisket & Grilled Cheese--smoked brisket, Gouda cheese spread, fried onion, arugula, and green chiles on sourdough. It came with fries and a small salad, all for just $12. I thought that was a fantastic deal, and the sandwich was delicious. We sat out on the dog-friendly patio, which made it even more enjoyable. Our service was quick, and our server was very friendly. And, of course, the star of the meal was Sophie. She absolutely loved her Barcuterie Board...although she politely left the carrots and celery behind. A fun, casual lunch with good beer, good food, and a very happy pup.

The slaw was a little bland but I loved the dipping sauce and adding malt vinegar and fresh lemon juice to the fish and fries was yummy. Food was good. Service was great. The food was totally average, and my burger wasn't anything to rave about. The beer was fine. I liked what I ordered, which was some kind of West Coast IPA. The burger had cream cheese mixed with chiles, or something, but it read better than it ate, and the cream cheese layer was too thick, so it was messy and kept coming apart. I don't think they should do less, but maybe spread it thinner on both sides if that helps? And needs more seasoning to it. The guacamole burger had better flavor that my friend and I split each so we could try both. The Brussels sprouts side I chose were HORRIBLE. The worst I've had anywhere. I don't know how they got messed up, but they weren't cooked right and didn't taste appealing. I barely ate them, but the server said nothing and didn't offer to remove the upcharge it was for them. I think she should have noticed and asked me, and that's what I would've done is remove that upcharge if I were serving again. She was a good server, though. It's hard to pay attention, but the good ones do and don't take offense about it. And the sweet potato fries were terribly soggy, limp, cold. Ick. Fries should have a crispiness to them! It's cool they have a happy hour, so I'd def check that out ito see f it works for your schedule to save a few bucks.
