The lady making the waffle was so kind and outgoing. She made me feel loved and appreciated even over just a few minutes of interacting. We chatted while she took my order and then I was told to come back in 10-12 minutes. This is longer than I've waited at Press Waffles (Plano location, which we also have in Waco), but I think you may get more waffle. I also love supporting local so this wasn't a big deal for me. I noticed that the strawberries she used were organic, so I believe she uses only the best/freshest ingredients. Baylor students get $1 off discount. I had to wait 10 minutes for my burger to show up and when I received it the burger was dry overly salty and hard to eat. My fries were also overly seasoned and hard to enjoy. Had scrambled eggs, an English muffin, two sausage patties that were good size, a very good size oatmeal, and a side order of ham, which was also a nice size piece. The food is always prepared correctly and very tasty. The price in my opinion is reasonable and I have never had a bad meal from this restaurant, although all of my meals have been on an Uber Eats/takeout basis. Tasty food. Good size portions. However multiple different people come to your table so we weren't sure who to even tip. Unfortunately we didn't want to leave a large tip because the service was so bad from the person who we thought was our waitress-rude, short, and never brought our waters and we had no napkins the entire time and no one checked on our table, ever! I eventually had to call someone over to bring my son a water. I won't be going there again! When servers know they are getting a forced, large tip they don't try very hard to please.

We've shared breakfast on both visits. The first time we had The Olive Branch Breakfast which is three eggs (we had scrambled), biscuit (you can get toast or biscuit), bacon, hashbrowns, and house made sausage. That's A LOT of food and you can see why we shared it. Our second visit we shared a jalapeño popper omelette and wheat toast. We also added a side of bacon.
