    French toast is great.
    Hex A.

The ambiance at this place is great, it gives me a classical cabin vibe. The food was peak, the waffles were great, and so was the French toast and eggs. The service was great, our waiter was super polite and the food came super fast. My family had a great time here. This is our new spot!

Like others have mentioned this is an old-time diner that has been in this location for years with pretty much the same staff and repeat customers. Place is large, we've gone there when it's been busy and when it's slow and the service is always efficient and friendly. Prices are also good and portion sizes are large. We like that the meats are good quality, ham, bacon, and sausage. We've tried just about all the diners in Manteca and their bacon and breakfast sausage is the best. Even when we ordered the mini or light entrées, we still end up taking leftovers home. We also like the pancakes which are huge and fluffy.

We were promptly seated on a Sunday at about 1pm and ordered beverages right away. I tried the corned beef hash and eggs, ordered crispy corner beef with eggs on the lighter side as I don't like dry scrambled eggs. Corned beef was mushy, not crispy though. Also ordered the hash browns crispy and it came with biscuits and gravy. My goodness! So so much food! I had at least a whole meal for two left over! Hubby got chorizo and eggs, with potatoes. Again, giant sized and at least another meal. It was good, not great but server was fantastic.

Country Omelette with country potatoes and Enchilada Omelette.

Sunday morning and the place was crazy as usual. Great service as always and the food is so good! Got the Country Omelette which is huge along with their country potatoes. My wife got the Enchilada Omelette. Food is delicious with large portions and the staff are always friendly even when it's this busy. Only complaint is it's always just a little too warm inside...need to crank up their fans or get that a/c running a bit. Old school diner/cafe vibe...but place was clean as always.

I'm not sure how busy it gets on weekends. The coffee is always fresh, and the menu has all the classic café breakfast options you'd expect. My favorite is the chorizo omelette with a side of strawberries. The omelette is flavorful without being greasy, and the strawberries are always fresh and delicious. The toast is decent, though I think trying a different bread brand could make it even better. The servers are consistently friendly and attentive. Orders come out quickly, and coffee refills are always topped off without having to ask. Overall, Frank's is a great spot for breakfast and definitely worth checking out.

Great food, great service, and great vibes.

Unfortunately, there were a few drawbacks. There were quite a few flies, and at times there was an unpleasant odor that resembled strong cheese and animal waste, which took away from the overall dining experience. The food was decent but not particularly memorable. The chicken and waffles looked great, and the fried chicken was very large with a flavorful, crispy batter. However, the chicken itself had an unusual flavor that wasn't my favorite. The waffle seemed as though it had been sitting for a while before being served--it was cold, somewhat squishy, and lacked the fresh texture I was expecting. We also ordered a waffle and bacon for the kids, but the whipped cream that was supposed to accompany it was forgotten. Service was another area that fell short of expectations. Guests are required to walk up and place their own orders, then wait for the food to be brought out. For a restaurant that presents itself as a more upscale dining experience, I was expecting traditional table service. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and I'm glad I gave it a try. While there were aspects that didn't meet my expectations, the beautiful outdoor setting made for an enjoyable visit. That said, I probably wouldn't return, but I'm happy I had the opportunity to experience it.

I ordered a plate of crispy hashbrowns topped with tender pulled pork, smothered in rich, creamy gravy, and sprinkled with fresh jalapeños for a perfect kick. It was comforting without being heavy, like a warm hug you didn't know you needed. But the best part? They had fun flavored mimosas that made brunch feel like a celebration. We tried a few different flavors, and each one was bright, refreshing, and paired perfectly with the savory food. (Rachel Green would approve.) The staff was friendly, kept the coffee refills coming, and made us feel welcome without hovering. The prices were fair, and the portions were generous enough to leave you full but not overly stuffed. If you're looking for a cozy spot with great food, good vibes, and a reason to say "How you doin'?" to your mimosa, this is it. Can't wait to come back and bring friends for a brunch round two.

The food was really good and definitely lived up to the hype. Unfortunately, the service didn't quite match the quality of the food. That said, we're still willing to give it another try in the future to see if the experience improves, because the food alone makes it worth another visit.

The front half of the establishment (where the GPS directs you) is a market, while the back half is the coffee shop. But the whole building is connected. The coffee is from Yemen and every drink Ive tried so far has been amazing. The biscoff latte, Dulce de leche, brown sugar oat & peppermint bark! Looking online they don't regularly update their menu, so I snapped a recent picture of the menu for my fellow Yelpers! It appears they also have a changing seasonal menu for their coffees & desserts. All of their treats are homemade and very delicious! I highly recommend buying a treat to go with your drink. For the non-coffee drinkers, they offer matcha, matcha flights, lemonades, refreshers, teas, smoothies and energy drink mixers. The service is great! They are extremely fast serving drinks & food. The line might be long but you won't be waiting long. The lady at the cash register is usually the same person and she's very patient & kind! She'll explain any of the desserts for those wanting to try new things! The market & coffee shop always smell so delicious upon walking in.
