You wouldn't blare Metallica in an Italian Restaurant, you wouldn't play Cher in a sports bar. Other than that - the coffee is great, they make their own syrups for flavorings, and they have awesome seating for computer work. Bring your noise cancelling headphones if you plan to spend any amount of time here. Took them about 15 minutes to make 2 lattes and there were 2 drinks in front of us.

You have lost the concept of a gratuity. If it is mandatory, it should be called a fee or a tax or something, cause it isn't a gratuity. Love the concept…read more Frankly, I think it's kind of the best time to be open now as the only other reliable coffee chain that serves decaf, aka Starbucks is somehow only open til 6pm these days (what!?). Plus, I was already a fan of the Bremen branch, now we don't need to cross i-20 for decent coffee after 6. Love the signature classic latte flavors, iced Milan mint mocha is subtly minty and awesomely chocolately! Other signature flavors are tad bit sweeter for the sweet tooths out there. Oh if it wasn't apparently already earlier - for my fellow decaf drinkers, they do decaf espresso drinks! Woo! P.S. bring spare dollars & change to tip the baristas!
