This is how a Waffle House should operate- efficient, good food at reasonable prices, good customer service, and not in a ghetto fabulous area. In addition, this location was very clean on multiple occasions that I've visited, and has plenty of parking outside. With the exception of the waiter dropping an F bomb around my kids by accident, I'll give this location the benefit of the doubt by visiting again to get my eat on.

Love the food and staff is quick and personable. You can't miss with this greasy spoon restaurant. Food is hot and made to order. Service is friendly. We love hearing them call out the orders.

What can you expect? The food is fast, fresh, and delicious. We went at around 12:30, so the restaurant was a little packed and noisy, but the staff was working hard to maintain a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. This was one of the best waffle houses I have been to. I will definitely be back.

The service was great, the food was SO delicious and the vibes were exactly what you would expect from a Waffle House. I really like the staff at this location. They're friendly and very easy going. I always get the same thing at every Waffle House so not really much to recommend, but definitely give this location a try!

Great fresh food! Place was clean as a whistle ! Service was great! Waitress was Misty i believe, she was very nice and attentive to my kiddos and me. Great spot!! Not like others.

The cutest drawing EVER, our waitress made this for us!

AMAZING!!.... Service, Food, Cleanliness.... Absolutely fantastic experience. I have never in my life seen a cleaner Waffle House. This one is top notch! Only two employees at the location when we stopped by, a waitress and a cook. Our food was cooked to perfection, hot and fresh. Waitress absolutely made our day by creating a doodle for us before we left.... Overall 10/10, will absolutely be back to this location..... I hope the two employees see this because y'all are great! Thank you for making our day, y'all deserve a raise!

Tablecloth, roses, candlelight and special Valentines Day dinner menu! (02/2023)

This visit was on 2/14, their Valentine's Day dinner. I heard in one of my Facebook "foodie" groups that Waffle House goes all out for dinner on Valentine's Day and had to check it out! Sure enough, some (but not all) locations have a special. They even require reservations! There is little to be found about the Valentine's Day dinner in an internet search but I was patient and checked every few days or so. They just have a list of the locations what would be participating and the person to contact for a reservations. That was it. I should mention that we did see people come to eat there but did not have a reservation and were actually turned away so if you are interested definitely make a reservation! My fiancé called the contact for this location, left a message and got a call back telling him where to schedule a reservation. I'm not sure why he couldn't go directly from the announcement page to the reservation page, but that isn't how they have it set up. You select the table number you want and the time you want. Each reservation is only 35 minutes so you are in and out, they reset the table and the next reservation is seated. We arrived and our table wasn't quite ready so the host encouraged photos at their decorated wall where props were also available. He even offered to take our picture. He took several and he did a great job. After a few "regular" photos he encouraged funny faces, which made us laugh - as it was expected to, no doubt! Our table was ready immediately after the pictures so he escorted us to the table. Each table had a white tablecloth on it. Granted, they were thin plastic tablecloths but the effort was there and it was appreciated! Tables had flowers on them and they greeted us with a drink in a plastic champagne flute! It was some sort of Sprite/strawberry concoction but it set the mood so nicely! There is a special dinner menu from which to order if you'd like. The two of you would have to agree, though, because these were set up as dinner for 2. There was a 2 T-bone steaks dinner, a 2 sirloin dinners, 2 chicken dinner and a 2 porkchop dinner. Each came with a side salad, drinks and a dessert to share. We didn't go that route and ordered from their usual menu. Next time we might try ordering from the special menu, because steak? At a WH? That deserves to be tried! We were out of there in 30-35 minutes, they changed the tablecloth, reset the table and greeted their next guests. I have to say, the guy acting as host was the perfect choice! The was personable but not pushy. He treated it as the special day that it was and I appreciate that. We don't usually do anything on Valentine's Day and treat it as any other day so this was really fun. All of the servers were also friendly and you could tell they probably really liked each other - they were playing, laughing, dancing and some were singing together. Will we go back to Waffle House? Eh, maybe, maybe not. But for Valentine's Day? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Really good, new location. They were super-friendly & fast. I took an employee for lunch. The only thing I did not like was that they dressed my burger for me instead of putting the veggies on the side, as I am used to. That meant I had to navigate around disgusting pickles, which I loathe, and deal with their residual, overwhelming flavor. I've never had a Waffle House burger come pre-dressed. Other than that, it was a nice lunch.

The waffle was very good for a gluten free option, which was an upcharge of course Biscuit was very good too. Buttery The coffee was decent, but $4 for brewed coffee is a bit excessive. My friend got a vanilla latte, that she said was very sweet. Didn't even look to see the price for it, but I imagine it was close to $10 Service was great. We had a new girl, who did very good. Made sure our drinks were always filled up, & was very sweet The ambiance is chill, it was a bit loud for a breakfast spot though. I've been to 4 locations, & each one is different as far as its atmosphere. You will spend close to $50-60,'with a tip, just for 2 people, so it's a spot for an occasional visit. Good luck finding a parking spot BTW, especially if it's on the weekend. Downtown Keller is cool, but the parking is abysmal It only gets 4 stars because of the prices here at Seven Mile. It's a great spot for breakfast, brunch & lunch, but it's always been a pricier spot, that hipsters love to congregate

It was so loud that when they came to grab it before I was down they didn't hear me and took it. Food wise, I what I ordered was not good or cooked properly. I asked for something else. They said they would still charge me for the first one. (Took two bites). I would've been glad for them to try again. They said they don't do that. So I was charged for it and didn't eat it regardless that it was improperly cooked. Then they added gratuity for the food I didn't eat and the over charged drink. My daughter got a cinnamon roll and it tasted like the pan they didn't clean well enough when cooking it. I mentioned it. Nothing done. Don't expect this place to be a nice place. They auction the food to tables since they don't know what food goes to who. It's the little things like You ask for something like salt and pepper and they deliver it to the end of the table to pass it down rather walk two feet and hand it to you. (Yes the person was sitting on the outside). Same with hot sauce. With how loud it was it was hard to talk and the people next to us were hollering. Definitely not a nice place to take a family to sit and enjoy company of all. Plus with the "policy" of not replacing items so not taking care of customers...beware. I even told them I expected more from a place that looked like it would be a great place. They did nothing. Don't think my family will be going back. Update: I stepped out early and come to find out they told my family to leave since our reservation wasn't long enough? Waiting 20 min for water and a pen for the bill since it was already gratted and then the family needs to leave. Horrible customer experience.

Today I finally ate off the lunch menu and was not disappointed! I got the California Wrap ($12) which is massive! Should have split it. Burrito sized tortilla stuffed with grilled chicken, avocado, lettuce tomato & bacon (I asked for no mayo). Portion of fries was huge and they were good. Crunchy on outside, soft in middle. My Mom got the Turkey Bacon Club & Fries which was also massive!! We brought more than half our meal home. Will share next time. My only two wishes for improvements (and reason for removing 1 star) - need a homemade ranch & decaf coffee. If can't do homemade ranch, switch to a better one than what's currently being used. I like the booths by the windows, allowed us to see outside during our meal. The breakfast menu has LOTS of options, so it may take you a minute to find what you want. I picked the 4x2 which comes with 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage and 2 pancakes. I asked if I could opt for a waffle instead and the waitress said I could but there would be a unchanged for it...she thought $2-3...no problem. As she delivered our food, she advised the charge is actually $5. I'm expecting a good waffle for the price increase....and I was completely disappointed when she brings out what looks like a thin, non-belgium waffle (even though the menu said it was a belgium waffle...) you'd get from another place that serves waffles and has waffle in its name and gets a bad rep for attracting some wild characters. Not knocking that other place, I like their food and you know what you are getting. I digress...but my mention of that "other place" can be tied back to this place in that the food quality is about the same, except here my meal (2 plates) cost $40 and would have been about $20 at the other place. For what its worth, my eggs were cold and the bacon was waaaaay overdone. Not crispy, rather it was burned by grease and old bacon scraps. With the number of breakfast places in the Keller/Alliance area (including that other place..lol), I think I'll pass on this spot. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.
